They imparted useful information, and hints and tips, and were neat and tidy in their work. I was really impressed by them returning and also by how friendly and understanding they were. Great outfit! Definitely will use them again if needs be.

Phil and his partner in pest control came out promptly, arrived on time and dealt with our unwanted rodent visitors with assorted bait boxes and poison trays. Pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend

Highly recommend. Our Residents Association has been using 'Phil's Pest Control' now for a few years. Andrew and Lorna are lovely, and turn up to the job every time like a ray of sunshine. After unsuccessfully trying out a couple of other pest control companies to tackle a sudden rat issue on our land, we eventually found 'Phil's Pest Control'. By then our issue was quite extensive across our land, and affecting most of our resident's properties - after the rats had relocated to our land due to construction work digging up fields and roads nearby. Andrew and Lorna were so knowledgeable, helpful and supportive, educating and working with us to eventually get the issue under control. And we continue to confidently use them to keep on top of the issue. We were charged a lot of money by the two previous large pest control firms, and were very surprised to find how reasonably priced Phil's Pest Control is, in comparison. I have since recommended them to someone else, who was equally happy with their service. They provide an excellent, trustworthy service, with a personable friendly touch - being a family-run business instead of a large company. And we never have a problem getting them out, or getting a booking, despite how busy they always are. I highly recommend them.

Phil’s pest control are absolutely brilliant. We rang after finding droppings in our loft, and they came over as soon as possible and advised us that it was squirrels 🐿️ They didn’t charge us for their original visit and then came over within fifteen minutes once we were sure that the squirrels were in the loft. The squirrels were gone within 3 days of our first call, super impressed!! Such friendly and helpful people, 10/10 recommend 🙂

Very big thank you to Phil’s Pest Contel, who answered my plea about a squirrel in a flats loft. He came out promptly and throughly inspected the loft, and informed me that it was in the soffits, so it would be a management company job, and refused any payment for his time and effort. I really hope I don’t have to use his services again 😬 but would throughly recommend this company 🐿️
Excellent service, from a local company. Would happily use them again and recommend to others. This year the dealt with a wasp nest in the soffits. Last year it was Hornets, and ground wasps. They also helped with rodent issue in my loft. Thank you!

Exceptional service! Andrew came really quickly when we suspected wasps and then came again when we needed ants sorted out. He always responds really quickly on Facebook and will usually be at my house the next day which is such a blessing! Highly recommend!

We have used Phil’s Pest control for over two years now it’s a 5* service. The local area had experienced sightings of vermin (rats). So we put into place preventative and reassurance measures. Andrew & Lorna inspect the strategically placed enclosed vermin bait boxes in the front and back gardens, they inspect each box and if necessary refill them and keep us informed on a monthly basis mainly to put our minds at rest. They are professional and 100% reliable and provide a most excellent service. Andrew also very efficiently dealt with the removal of a wasps nest for us that was in our back garden last Summer. ‘Thank You’ so much U2 for doing the jobs we don’t want to have to do ourselves! 👍🏻
