I usually leave wasps to do what they want, but discovered two nests in my wood shed. Trying to stack wood while wasps were getting increasingly agitated was not much fun, so I rang Richard in the evening. He came out the next day and explained what he was going to do and what would happen to the wasps. Suitably dressed in protective clothing, he sprayed powder into the nests. I went to look at the nests as advised to leave it for an hour, and no wasps! Brilliant job Richard, thank you.

Used Richard for a few years now, always does a brilliant job...clean, quick, tidy, reliable

Richard arrived the same morning that I called. He was professional and friendly and explained how was best to deal with the wasps inside the brickwork. He answered my questions, put me at ease & left me assured. After the treatment I checked on progress from the safety of the closed window and was very happy to see the situation follow exactly the path that Richard had advised it would! I was greatly relieved to see the outcome sooner than I had expected and very happy to see no further wasp activity. I thoroughly recommend Solutions Pest Control and thank my lucky stars that they are situated so conveniently! I would have no hesitation in reaching out in future. Thanks both, for a super efficient service .

I called Richard at short notice as we were having work done on my elderly parents house and the plumbers found significant evidence of rats in the loft. Richard went out at short notice to inspect the property and found that while rats had been in, there were none currently in residence. He gave us advice on how they were getting in and how to deal with this. He also noted that there was a wasps nest but that this was really an external issue, so didn't need attention at this time. If it became a problem he would come back and sort it. I thanked him and asked what I owed him. He told me there as no charge as he hadn't done anything. I was flabbergasted. This type of service is not something you come across these days. I have not needed to use a pest controller in recent years but if I do, Richard will be getting the call.

I've relied on Richard at Solutions for several years now, mostly as our friendly and (extremely) knowledgeable chimney sweep, so when I noticed a lot of wasp activity in the house roof eves he was my first thought to call! He arrived the following day and immediately found I had two nests on opposite sides of the house! The treatment was very convenient as he didn't need to enter the premises and it reduced the wasp activity almost immediately (they get very excited for a few hours after the treatment). I can't recommend Solutions enough. For a trustworthy, prompt and highly knowledgeable service, you can't get any better!

Richard was booked originally to sweep the chimney which he did an astounding job considering the huge amount of soot up there ......which by the time he had finished .....you would never have known he'd have been there......whilst there it was noticed by Richard that there was a wasp nest.....again he sorted that out whilst he was there too.....such a professional job....clean....and cheaper than the other quote that they got for just the chimney......would highly recommend. .....First Class service......

Whenever we have had a report of a pest issue in one of our properties, Richard has responded without delay, liaised with our tenants and/or us, inspected and reported to us. If action is required, he will deal with it, almost without trace of him having been there. If action is not required, he will say so and not fabricate a job. All in all, he is an excellent contractor and most certainly provides value for money. We are about to engage his chimney cleaning services and I anticipate the quality will be the same.

Responded promptly to my enquiry and came within the hour (on a Sunday) as he was nearby. Very professionally dealt with a wasp nest in the cavity wall of my house - explained clearly what he was doing and why, and what do do afterwards. All wasp activity ceased within half an hour.
