Titan Pest Control Cardiff

Phil responded quickly to a squirrel eating pipes in my roof. found the entry point and fixed it and checked for any other activity. Much much better than other services, save yourself money and time and call him!!

Phil took the time to answer questions and concerns, and was timely in arriving and finishing the job. Would recommend him to anyone!

Phil is incredible - we have had a serious, ongoing problem with little visitors (the sewer kind) that left us and two other pest control companies stumped. I’m so glad that he was our third time lucky! Phil has worked with us multiple times over a number of months, and through process of elimination was able to identify the problem definitively and advise us on next steps in a way that was very practical and empathetic to how stressed out we have been. I would heartily recommend Phil to anyone!!

Titan was the third company we contacted the first two no reply , called Phil and within ten minutes he'd called back, I explained our situation with a rat/ rats in the flat roof ceiling Phil arranged a time to visit our house and he turned up spot on time , I was away working but he put the phone on loudspeaker and explained what was the best course of action, it was to install a rat flap in the drain , Phil gave us a link to one he recommended and where to install it ,this I thought was great as a lot of companies would install it for you and charge you double, I would say Phil is very knowledgeable and very trustworthy He didn't recommend anything that didn't need doing. Ps I'm glad to say it seems that the rat flap has done the job ,no more scratching and scurrying from the ceiling ,Thanks Phil More than happy to recommend Phil and Titan pest control

Contacted Titan as I had a problem with rodents. Phil was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and was able to provide a solution to solve the problem. I would certainly recommend this company and would use them again if I had any further problems.

Came next day to remove wasp nest. Great service. Bush Inn

Had problems with rats in the garden. Great service by Phil. Very helpful - initially - recommended I removed my bird feed for 10 days which often gets rid of them without need for baiting ( ie not pushing his services), but to ring him back if it didn't. Unfortunately turned out to be a nest so Phil came out and baited. Very conscientious about minimising impact on local wildlife. Came out for 3 visits and removed all bait on 3rd visit when confident that rat pack had gone. Would thoroughly recommend.

Phil was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant with our issue. He was very responsive with follow up queries and honest about quotes and work needed. A pleasure to deal with and would thoroughly recommend

Mice invaded my home and I was very upset about it until Phil arrived and sorted the situation out completely, he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He figured out the entry points and got up into my attic through a tiny access panel to resolve. I would have him back in a heartbeat if anything else arises in the future. Thank you!

Very kind helpful advice !

I can highly recommend Phil and Titan Pest Control. Very prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Sorted out a wasps nest in no time at all. Thank you very much.

Phil did an excellent job. He communicated well and turned up when he said he would. He explained what he was going to do and what we should expect afterwards. I would definitely recommend Titan Pest Control.

Rats had entered our wall cavities via the sewer. Rang Phil and made an appointment. He turned up on time and was able to identify the location where they were getting in. He advised cctv and what work needed to be done (used a separate drainage company for this). He laid poison and returned 4 times (always on time) to ensure the problem had been sorted. Professional and friendly throughout; highly recommended.

Excellent, professional and very knowledgeable advice given. Very responsive, straight forward and helpful. Would definitely recommend you call Phil if you're worried about your unwanted guests, he'll be able to put your mind at rest and get the issue sorted in an open and honest manner, I feel sure

Turned up on time. Just a bit expensive compared to other companies. However they guarantee their work for 3 months so let's see.

Wasn't able to help me with my problem, but was very up-front about it and advised me where I could find help, and answered my other questions in the mean time. Great service, even though I wasn't a customer.

Phil was responsive as soon as I called him with regards to our household issues! I was freaking out a bit (!!) but he reaussured me with his knowledge and guaranteed me he could sort the issue. He was super efficient and communicated with us throughout the process. We havent had any issues since...but feel like if we did...we have someone to rely on who would help us instantly! Thank you Phil !! Would highly recommend :)

I can highly recommend this company as thanks to a feline friend we had a few infested rooms whereby the fleas had out stayed their welcome. One phone call with a polite informative member of staff & I was given an appointment the next day. Very pleased with the service provided.
