A P Pest Control Nottingham

Don’t look anywhere else if you have a pest problem. Andy is the best in the business and is very thorough at what he does. An absolute professional and I would recommend Andy to anybody.

Thanks Andy for your quick prompt service in removing a waps next. Very knowledge guy who is passionate about his job.

Spoke to Andy at 5.30 on Tuesday evening, he arrived at my home and had the wasps' nest sorted by 9.30 the next morning. Great service, great price - keeping AP Pest Controls number in my phone!

Andy responded to my enquiry super fast, and came out the following day to treat our wasp nest. We had cohabitated uneventfully all summer but they were starting to be a problem. The nest was just under the roof but he accessed it quickly and easily. Within 24hrs the noise indoors from the nest had stopped, and we couldn’t see any activity. Would definitely recommend him, and use him again. Thanks Andy!

Rang AP after a mole burrowed into our house. He came round swiftly the next day and gave us a thorough professional look round the house giving advice on all weak points for pests coming in. Would highly recommend

Andy provided a great service at a very reasonable price. He came out very quickly, was very responsive to text messages and dealt with my problem within a couple of weeks. He is a very practical, no-nonsense person who is very experienced, knowledgeable and good at his job.

Andy came out the same day after we had been let down by another company who failed to turn up. He tackled two nests on the roof, a hornets and a wasps for half the price the other company quoted. Can highly recommend this company and will certainly use again.

Andy is friendly, reliable and always punctual. He has amazing knowledge in his field and spent time reassuring us and explaining in detail how he would deal with the problem we had. He was thorough in his work, really sociable with a great sense of humour. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone with a pest control problem.

Fantastic service. We contacted AP Pest Control on Sunday and got a response from Andy really quickly. Having discussed about a bees nest we had found at the bottom of our garden with him, he arranged to come to us the next day. Andy was so knowledgeable about bees and was happy to pass on lots of information about them to us, which was excellent. His love for bees shone through and he quickly dealt with the nest, putting it into a lidded bucket so that he could take the bees to his garden for them to enjoy. Knowing that the bees did not have to be killed with pesticides was so good. The cost of dealing with the bees was far less than I expected. Far less than prices I have seen advertised on Google. Andy is so likeable I could have talked with him for hours. I will be passing his details onto everyone I know so that they have them just in case they need him for some pest or bee control. Thank you Andy, you are a star.

Came and did a thorough check, really impressed with the service!

Andy is beyond the next level! His knowledge and patient is fantastic. He is very helpful and I don’t know what else to say. He is just awesome. I gave him a call yesterday and he pop in early this morning. He sorted out all my queries. He provides great advises etc. He charges really reasonable price. I am highly recommend Andy if you have any pest control issues. He is definitely worth more than 5 stars.

friendly professional company I was given amazing advice, support and reassurance with my Bee problem, i would 100 percent recommend this company

After freaking out about finding maggots near my chimney breast, I found Andy and he literally came around within minutes to talk me through the process and putting my mind at ease. He is an intelligent, helpful, humble man. Not many helpful people like him around anymore. So I just wanted to say thank you. You have really helped me and my daughter. Keep being amazing at what you do because you just don’t get that service anywhere these days. Georgina

Provided helpful advice on bumble bee nest and came to check promptly. Would recommend

Absolutely brilliant service, came out same day for an ant problem! Andy was really thorough and explained exactly what he was doing. Highly recommended .. :)

I thought Andy and his colleague were brilliant. They visited the site and assessed the situation immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Within 10 days scaffolding was in place and the honey bees removed from a chimney stack. The job turned out to be much more than originally thought and I will always be thankful for the great job they did, including rehoming the bees and ensuring they can’t return. These men genuinely care for the wellbeing of these important insects. Thank you again Andy. I would recommend this company 100% for prompt, efficient and knowledgeable service.

A big thank you to Andy for coming, very knowledgeable guy on Pest control and construction, advised us where the problem needed fixing, no big quotes just gave us where the solution was needed, deffo reccomend.

Very grateful for Andy. He was efficient, very informative and offered reassurance. I would highly recommend him.

It’s very rare to meet someone so honest—someone who genuinely takes the time to educate you instead of just trying to make money off you. I learned a lot about bees and really appreciate the time and effort. Thank you so much

We contacted Andy about what we believed was an active wasp nest in our loft. He came out straight away and was incredibly knowledgeable. After a thorough inspection, he confirmed that no treatment was necessary, which was a great relief. He took the time to provide plenty of practical, sensible advice on how to deter wasps and prevent future problems. It’s clear that Andy is honest, professional, and genuinely focused on helping his customers. I would highly recommend AP Pest Control to anyone in need of expert pest control services.

Great service. Andy was knowledgeable and reassuring. Would 100% recommend A P pest control. Thanks

Excellent service! Andy is very reliable and knowledgeable. He even offered advice on a sunday evening! Would definitely recommend.

I had a squrill problem gave Andy a call he came out the next day. Now all sorted hes very Knowledgeable and the price was spot on. Would have no problem in Recommending him to anybody Thanks Andy.

Excellent service from Andy. Came round straight away, did a thorough inspection and diagnosed the problem. Professional and courteous, highly recommended

Andy was extremely thorough and resolved the issue of rats. I liked the fact that he stuck to the price he quoted, even though he did additional work. I thoroughly recommend.

Andy once again has helped us with a problem we encountered in the loft. He quickly identified the problem and made suggestions on what it was. Via a process of elimination Andy sorted the issues out. His communication is key and he is always willing to help. A nice guy too.

I phoned Andy based on the good reviews I told him I could hear something in my loft and I was quite concerned he came round the same day and investigated the situation. He found where the squirrel was coming in and dealt with it efficiently he has a lot of knowledge and is thorough, his prices are very reasonable. He did a great job thank you Andy.

Very competitive price, prompt, reliable and sorted the issue for us.

We had a great experience with A P Pest Control. Andy was extremely thorough and took the time to clearly explain the issue to us, which was really reassuring. He didn’t just treat the symptoms either - he liaised with other professionals to help identify and resolve the root cause of the problem. He also carried out as many visits as were needed, including over the Christmas/holiday period, which we really appreciated. Andy actively chased other professionals on our behalf, advocating for us and pushing for the issue to be resolved as quickly as possible. There was a single flat rate until the problem was fully resolved, which was fantastic for budgeting and gave us real peace of mind that costs wouldn’t keep increasing over time. Professional, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout. We would highly recommend A P Pest Control to anyone needing pest control services.

Thank you very much Andy. Best ever service. Really helped me with my issues. Very nice guy and a great service. will definitely recommend you. Thank you again.

Excellent and professional service. Andy has been amazing and trust worthy. Has done much more than expected. Always on time and tries his best to help.

Wow - such amazing service from Andy! I made a phone call after receiving poor advice from an 'expert' and had a visit within the hour. A comprehensive review of drains and our property was completed to ensure that no rats could gain access in the future as well as eliminating those that were already in the loft etc. Andy even visited on Boxing Day and New Year's Day after panicked phone calls......and he still charged the price agreed at the outset. If you have a problem, don't hesitate in calling Andy.

Andy was recommended by a friend and I would totally recomend him for any Pest issues you have, mine was resolved very promptly and professionally Andy...

Phoned Andy up, he was round within 2hrs, identified the problem, problem was solved. Excellent service, friendly guy, very professional. Would highly recommend. Would definitely use him again

I would not recommend this company based on my experience in 2020. We paid for a pigeon deterrent service at our flat block, including netting, and was told it would prevent pigeons from nesting. Unfortunately, the pigeons returned within a week. I reported this promptly but had great difficulty getting any response afterwards, with calls and messages largely ignored. When I did eventually receive a reply, the proposed solution was not what I had paid for and did not address the original issue with the netting. I made it clear that I wanted the agreed work corrected or a refund, but neither was provided. I have retained the invoice and message history as evidence of the work agreed and the follow-up communication. Despite this, the company later denied knowledge of me as a customer, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, the work did not resolve the problem and communication after payment was very poor.

Andy was fantastic. Came out to us straight away on a Sunday morning. Identified the issue and came us solutions to correct the problem. Really lovely guy, would definitely use again.

Andy at AP Pest Control always does a fantastic job. The toughest issue we faced was a bird mite infestation that had migrated into the house from a bird nest in the attic. After reading about bird mites, we thought we’d never get rid of them—but Andy did! He was thorough, professional, and reliable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Effective, speedy response, fair price and very very knowledgeable. Goes the extra mile for his clients. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Andy for over 10 years now and honestly, he’s the best pest control in the UK! Always happy to help, he goes above and beyond every single time — often doing extra work without hesitation. He takes that extra step to make sure everything is sorted properly. On top of that, he’s a genuinely great guy — always up for a good chat and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend Andy to anyone. If you’ve got any issues, he’s your man

Great service on a Sunday and a nice guy

Absolutely amazing service from Andy. What a top man. After being scammed by a different company Andy came same day and sorted it out for me. He knew exactly where the rats were coming from and spoke to my council to make it better for me. He’s amazing 100% recommend!!!

Rang this man at 19.30 and he was here by 20.00 for a wasp nest. Lovely gentleman and very professional, sorted out the issue within twenty minutes. Will definitely use him again if ever I need to. Thanks!

Thank you Andy for a amazing job .your prices are really good. Thanks once again

Rang with suspicion of a rat/mouse and instead of coming out and charging me money spent 20 minutes on the phone explaining things I could do myself first. Nice to know there are still people out there that don’t just want to take your money. Top bloke thanks

Exceptional service - Andy arrived within 2 hours of phoning for help at super short notice with an ant problem. His service was so reasonably priced and I’d definitely recommend!

Phoned AP pest control and Andy came out the same day. He was was never nice and did a fantastic job. He sorted my problem out. Highly recommend him to anyone that has a pest problem. Very responsive and fair priced. Thank you so much Andy.

Thank you you did a great job Andy everything has been sorted perfectly

I’ve been with AP pest control for 6 years now as I own a farm and Andy has always gone above and beyond with the problems, as you can imagine the pests I get on a farm but with Andy I can say I’ve got no problem anymore with the rodents that I once had so from my point of view I’ll be using AP Pest control for my duration of my life on any farm I own Thanks Andy I appreciate all your hard work to get me pest free Regards Paul Kidderminster

We had a population of bees turn up in our commercial property around the Mansfield area. Andy has been a great help. Came away from our first phone call with a tonne of information We were also visited and Andy used some nifty tech to check if bees were nesting in our building and gave great advice on what to expect, risks and actions we could take!

I've used Andy's services twice now. 1. To deal with a Wasp's nest in my loft. 2. To deal with rats getting into a rental property In both occasions, Andy demonstrated knowledge and professionalism. He responded quickly to requests and kept me up to date with progress via WhatsApp messaging. This was especially helpful with the rental property, where I could be confident of progress, despite not being on-site. The tenants also seemed very happy with his friendly manner. He put them at ease and gave them confidence that he'd solve the issue. I particularly like that Andy takes the time to explain what he's going to do to solve the issue before you need to commit to the job. When he treated the wasp nest, he hung around for a cuppa and sat outside to watch for the slowing down of the wasps in and out of the eaves of the roof to ensure his intervention had been effective. In short, he's a very nice guy, knows his stuff, gets the job done quickly and is very responsive to communications. 5 stars.

£1,270 for nothing. I wish i could write a good review about this company but I have no choice but to let people know my experience. Paid for a £1,270 pest control of Bed Bugs. The guys came down and did on the face tried their best resolve it however they did not resolve the issue and within weeks there was a report of Bed Bugs again. When I flagged it with them they came around and resprayed two rooms but again despite initial improvements it did not resolve the issue. Now the company are ignoring my calls. I have tried to communicate 8 times with no response. Given the value of the job: £1,270, it is not acceptable. It is not as if it reoccurred months later, its been a matter of weeks since the treatment and its not cool to just ignore us and leave us with an infestation and £1,270 out of pocket.. My tenant understandably are very unhappy and now I am facing more significant bills to resolve it. Overall it has not been a good experience. I am perfectly willing if the issue is solved to amend this review to reflect their response if we receive a positive response to our concerns… Over to you…

We discovered some signs of pests on our lawn and called Andy as a local expert to offer some advice. He responded quickly to messages, arranged a convenient time to assess and turned up on time. It turned out that no treatment was needed, but Andy offered excellent advice and a thorough explanation. He didn’t accept a fee or call out charge, which was very kind. A knowledgable expert and a friendly guy! We’ll certainly call again if needed and happy to recommend to others. Thanks again, Andy.

Andy is brilliant and goes the extra mile. Quick at sorting the problem out and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Brilliant customer service. Called regarding a suspected issue in the loft and Andy came out the next morning. After inspection, no treatment was actually needed but Andy gave a lot of information and advice and no call out fee was charged! Lovely guy, couldn’t recommend enough

Having tried to eradicate pidgeon nest building from under Solar Panels, long poles, hawk deterrent etc, we called Andy for further advice. He arranged a prompt appointment to access the issue at our home 🏡. On arrival We met a very professional, knowledgeable Mr Peates. After receiving his advice, and very reasonable quote we decided to appoint Andy to perform the required work of nest removals and wire net enclosing the solar panel sides , top and bottoms. We are very pleased with the Fantastic, neat results achieved 😀 NO MORE Feral PIDGEONS TO BE SEEN OR HEARD!!!

What a sincere gentleman and he gave true and honest advice. Truly recommend this service to everyone 👍

Andy was quick to respond, very informative and offered the reassurance I needed and even gave us a few pointers for future reference! Andy resolved the problem quickly and effectively, visiting us 3 times in total to check things over. Extremely reliable, helpful and competitive. Thanks so much Andy. I hope I never have need to call you again but if I do, you’re at the top of my call list!

Andy came to our house after another company had ‘treated’ the problem and the problem had very quickly returned. He came back multiple times and investigated thoroughly until the problem was solved properly and was very reasonably priced. 100% recommend.

I cannot recommend Andy enough. He is a thoroughly nice chap, very proffessional and erradicted my garden rat problem very promptly and effectively, if you have a pest problem this is the chap to call. Very reasonable prices too, thanks Andy, the kettle is always on if you need a brew. Further to this review I called on Andy's services again to deal with a wasps nest which he sorted straight away, no more wasps attacking me and can enjoy the patio in peace once more. Clever stuff Andy, your a bloody star.

Fantastic service, Andy came round a viewed the job and had it all sorted for us. Would use again. Thank you so much for sorting the job!

Fantastic service!! I called Andy following the reviews i’d read as I needed investigation into a nasty smell seemingly coming from behind kitchen units. Andy came to see me within 24 hours of my call even though I was a new customer to him, he was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough in resolving the problem. I cannot praise his attitude and customer service highly enough and would recommend with no hesitation whatsoever.

Highly recommend Andy. Very knowledgeable and came to see us straight away to provide reassurance.

Thankfully no visit was needed but this chap replied promptly late at night and put my mind at rest. Thank you

Amazing service from Andy. I spotted a rat scurrying behind my washer late at night, contacted him the next morning and he arrived within 2 hours and spotted the problem (a hole in the exterior kitchen brickwork allowing the rat access) within 30 seconds of being on the property. He didn’t charge me a call out fee which was very decent of him. Clearly a very knowledgable person and I’d definitely recommend. Thanks, Andy!

Rang Andy after a failed diy job after discovering a wasps nest in the eaves of my mother in law’s bungalow my advice is forget trying to do it yourself and get Andy in to do it ! He’s so professional and knowledgeable and his prices are so competitive and above all he’s reliable and a really nice person. Thanks Andy for a brilliant job. Trevor

Fantastic, very prompt and professional service from Andy today, at a very reasonable cost, dealing with the eradication of 2 wasps nests at my property. I have no hesitation in highly recommending his services. Thank you Andy.

Andy is a nice bloke and I would highly recommend his services. He sorted out a large Wasp nest for me very quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Leave it to the expert to sort out your problem, he really knows his stuff and I wouldn’t hesitate in getting him in again if needed and will recommend him to anyone who need his expert help.

Rang this chap for general advice, spent just over 30 mins on the phone receiving valued help and suggestions to resolve my squirrel issues. A great help with no charge. Will certainly share his details and professionalism with my friends.

A P Pest Control pigeon proofed my roof and solar panels - did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Andy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend for any pest control job.

I wrote the below review 4yrs ago. I've just had the pleasure of meeting Andy again for what I thought might be rats in my roof. Andy's high standards and exemplary work ethic have not slipped one jot in the 4yrs. Cannot recommend him enough! Thank you so much for coming out so promptly and putting my mind to rest. Andy is a rare sort - one you don't find very often. I can wholeheartedly recommend him. After reading all the excellent reviews, I gave Andy a call about woodworm. He came out the very next day (Saturday) to do a survey. Turns out the woodworm activity is historic. He came armed with research and information for me, including a treatment I can purchase and apply myself. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and keen to help. Had I used anybody else I'm sure I'd have been ripped off. Andy is a genuine person and a joy to deal with - I can't recommend him enough. Update: Andy came back - on a Sunday, no less - as the 2 beetles he'd taken away to examine under magnifiers (they're miniscule) turned out to be furniture beetle. Andy sprayed the joists. Altho he doesn't treat woodworm per se (something he was straight up about from the start), he nonetheless went out of his way to help and give me some peace of mind for what is a very worrying issue. I have found Andy to be professional, dedicated and immensely helpful.

My friend recommended Andy at AP Pest control. He turned up when he said he was going to. Did an excellent job and got rid of my rodent problem and prevented anymore from happening. Great price

I can’t recommend Andy highly enough. He is a friendly, knowledgeable and reliable man who certainly gives value for money. We had a squirrel problem in the loft which he quickly sorted out, caught the squirrel and unasked sourced the point of access on the roof and plugged the gap. We would use him again without question.

Andy was recommended to us a couple of years ago by another person in pest control to deal with a squirrel problem we were having. Since then he's come back a few times for a variety of issues and each time the situation is dealt with brilliantly. We realised earlier today we hadn't written a review yet and we should! We highly recommend Andy! Thanks for all your help.

Andy is brilliant! I cannot praise him enough! He provides an efficient service with an in depth explanation of everything he does. He provides continuing support and is a true gentleman. I cannot recommend him enough!

Very quick response and advised how to prevent further problems

Andy offers a first class service. Everything involved in his service is is clearly explained and delivered. He is knowledgeable and reassuring. Highly recommended.

Within 2 hours of ringing Andy he came and dealt with the wasps nest in the eaves.I was delighted with the prompt service and would not hesitate to use his service again.

Great service, very knowledgeable, genuine and honest. Would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from Andy - prompt, professional and he had a great determination to solve our rodent problem. Can't speak highly enough of him.

Couldn't be more happy with the brilliant service from Andy. Super friendly, professional, always on time and great value for money. Would recommend Andy in a heartbeat.

Excellent service from Andy, highly recommended him. After hearing and seeing evidence of rats in the loft Andy came quickly to have a look . He made a couple of visits and was very thorough investigating to see where the source was that they were getting in, he is very knowledgeable. Really pleased with the result and big thanks for helping us get to the bottom of the problem.

I would recommend this company. They were very responsive, respectful, reassuring and effective.

Andy came out in the summer to look at an ant infestation. Very knowledgeable over what was causing it and how to rectify it. Would not hesitate to use again.

I have used others but AP Pest Control have been the best. Professional, polite, respected my home, and got the job done for a squirrel problem. Would recommend and hire again.

I couldn't be more disappointed with the service I received. I booked with this company because of the positive reviews on here but that isn't my experience at all. I spent so much money to fix the pigeon problem I have with my flat, I was told the new netting would be impossible for the pigeons to land on but this was not the case at all. One year later and the pigeons are still there nesting. I was also told that if the problem persists he would come back and rectify it at no extra cost. I've reached out over the course of the year only to have multiple excuses of why he cannot come, my most recent attempt to contact has been completely ignored. Complete waste of money, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Andy knows his stuff, always super quick to come out and deal with the problem. Friendly and professional, would highly recommend!

Recently moved to the area, and found a wasps nest within the property. Andy was very professional, polite and turned up straight away. Andy came out a week after his first visit as the wasps made there way into our loft. There was no extra charge for this. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone that needs any kind of pest control. Hopefully we won't need Andys services again 😅, but if we do we will dedinitly be using Andy.

Andy turned up on time, was hugely knowledgeable, polite, humourous and brilliant to deal with. Andy dealt with three wasps nests and within hours they were no more - and with a guarantee, I cannot speak more highly.

Andy is the type of tradesman who you can instantly trust, we would highly recommend him if you have a pest control problem. He is a friendly knowledgeable person who persists until the job is done. Thank you Andy

Excellent service. Had 2No wasp nests in the roof. Called on Sunday morning not expecting anyone to answer. However, Andy attended 2 hours later and sorted the problem straight away. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone that is asking.

Thx Andy for sorting out my problem excellent job

What an absolute gent! Arrived when he said he would and dealt with my bee problem without harming any of the stripy bumblers. A really first class service from a man who really knows his stuff, his skill in removing the hive was remarkable and he gave me so much advice on the subject too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for anyone looking to have a hive removed without killing the inhabitants. Thanks again for all your help!

Excellent, prompt service. Andy came out and truly educated me on our bee situation. Andy identified that these were bumble bees and would be gone in about 3 weeks (I also learnt a lot more about bees generally). He didnt charge me for the visit and wouldn't even accept any fuel money for coming out.

I had heard a scampering noise that seemed to come from the loft in the early morning which was waking me up at night. I feared the worst, and due to having mobility issues could not check the attic easily due to it's placement. I called A P Pest control after finding the bussiness in Yell and after listening to my situation Andy came out as soon as he could with a very professional and friendly attitude. After a very through investigation of the outside of the house and the attic (which was not an easy location) we found it was birds that had nested, getting in from under the roof tiles. He was very clear with his investigation and really put my mind at rest. After a long time fearing the worst, having this service has really helped. He was very professional and discreet offering very experianced advice. I would really recommend AP Pest control, and if I had problems in the future, I would feel very comfortable calling again. Thank you for the service.

Andy, many thanks for the advice, a true Gem. So happy I found him, very knowledgeable ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommended. Andy was very knowledgeable and solved our problem efficiently with minimum fuss. Very reasonable cost, excellent service.

Excellent customer service and fast response. Goes above and beyond. He also really knows his stuff. Fully recommended

Total professional...outstanding customer service...response time super speedy. Andy is now my 'pest professional ' of choice. Happy customer!

We booked Andy as he was the cheapest of the quotes I got for removing a wasp nest . He arrived on time and was very efficient at removing our wasp nest and even cleared some of our guttering for us whilst he was up the ladder , which he really didn’t need to do ! Great job , great price and I would highly recommend for all of your pest control issues.

Andy came out to see if my tenanted terraced house had rodents in the loft or not after the tenant had reported hearing scurrying around on a few occassions. Andy was early for the appointment, very friendly, had a really good look in the loft & gave great sensible & experienced advice. Extremely happy with his entire service, would definately use again, & would highly recommend.

Excellent and speedy service received - highly recommend as Andy will help move the Bee nest and not destroy it!

Called because of bees problem, was advised over the phone and totally professional. Would definitely recommend 👍👍

We had to call Andy out following a complaint from the neighbours about a vacant house having lots of flies which were coming into his house. Unfortunately on entering we found a deceased person. After the police were called, a week later we got keys back and Andy jigged his diary to assist and came back to eradicate the flies. He is a sound guy, plenty of experience and great with communication. Highly recommend him. We will certainly be calling on his services again. He's going to be our no.1 pest control guy.

Had Andy for the first time today to sort a bees nest in our garden Andy was very pleasant extremely knowledgeable he offers the most amazing service We have learnt a lot from this most pleasant chap about the bees that made there home in our garden Andy took the bees away to be relocated so none of the bees were harmed I would highly recommend his service at a very reasonable price and rate him as a 10/10 and will definitely use again in the future Top class

An expert in his field and I'm so glad I used his service. We had a major pigeon problem but all sorted now thanks to Andy at AP pest control. Brilliant service, couldn't have asked for more. Andy cleared the pigeons and prevented them from gaining access underneath and completely cleared the gutters also. A really nice bloke and my kids loved him! I won't use anyone else in the future, highly recommended. Thanks again Andy

Andy did a a brilliant job. Would highly recommend to anybody. Top guy!!

Brilliant service from Andy today, pigeons under our solar panels are now gone! Can't be beaten on price and quality. Lovely bloke, will recommend 110% Thanks Andy

I called this company late afternoon on a Friday for a problem I had with Indian meal moths. I wasn’t expecting him to b able to come out that evening as it was about 5pm but he was at mine by 6pm. Very friendly guy, very knowledgeable and Knew how to sort my problem. I was quoted by another company £520 for this issue. £120 just for an assessment. A P pest control did an inspection for free and gave me all the advice I needed to help eliminate the problem. Up to now it has sorted it. I Would recommend this company to anyone.

Andy was brilliant, quick to attend, has wealth of knowledge and did a brilliant job - the garden is now rodent free!

Andy has helped immensely with controlling rats at our property. He always arrives on time, even at short notice and provides a very effective service to eliminate rats, at a very reasonable price. Thank you Andy for your help. Thanks to Andy's newly acquired drain video system we have finally found where the rats were entering our property. He also came up with a cheap and effective solution to prevent them getting in. As ever, Andy provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. Well done Andy and thank you

Andy was extremely punctual, he actually arrived early. He was really helpful and knowledgable regarding our recent problem, a really friendly guy. Matt- Bakersfield.

Thank you Andy!! Best service I could have asked for. He was here sorting the mice problem out on the same day I contacted him. He's reliable, respectful (takes off his boots), good value for money and if you're terrified of mice like me he will put your mind at ease. Happy to see the mice go all thanks to A P Pest control.

Had a problem with mice eating away merrily at pipework between the kitchen and the bathroom above. Called Andy at AP Pest Control and found a gem. From start to finish he attended as arranged, was helpful in identifying how they were entering the building and visited four times to resolve the problem for an extremely fair price. He discovered further activity in the loft and an old wasps nest which were all dealt with at no extra cost. He has years of experience to enable him to resolve issues fast and what's more is friendly ,hard working and to be highly recommended. Don't pay extortionate rates to the likes of Rentokil and other National companies -- just call Andy --you won't be disappointed.

Andy is a truly genuine person and is really passionate and very knowledgeable about his job. I'd recommend him to any member of my family or friend.

Andy came to look at a wasp problem within a few hours of calling even though he was very busy . He has great knowledge and advised us well ,he felt that we didn’t need treatment and that the nest was probably dead so didn’t charge which was very honest . Much appreciated and I would recommend . Thank you

We had an issue with mice in our house. I called Andy and he was extremely friendly aswell as knowledgeable. Andy always worked to the times that I was available and would not mind attending in evenings or during weekends. Good price and sorted the problem within 3 visits! Would happily recommend to anyone else with pest control issues.

Absolutely brilliant service and spot on advice. Very experienced, happy days

We have been the fortunate recipient of Andy's great professional services 3 times over the past year. Each time he has attended punctually and dealt ably with nuisance wasp nests around the house. Not only is he great at his job and most knowledgeable he is a really friendly chap who takes great pleasure in helping people in difficulty and going the extra mile. hanks Andy

Lovely gentleman, so helpful. Fantastic all round service. Will definitely use again if necessary. 100% recommend based on price, friendliness, knowledge, flexibility and reliability...I could go on!! Thankyou Andy 👍😃

So there we were watching the final series of game of thrones and what should pop out from behind the sofa? A dragon? A white walker? No!! It was a massive rat! A friend told me about Andy and I am so glad he did. When I rang him, Andy agreed to come round that day and soon sorted out our uninvited house guest! In addition, Andy provided lots of information about what may have attracted the rats to our house and how to prevent them from returning. Definitely brilliant service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.. Thanks Andy!

Highly recommended, Andy was able to sort out wasp issues quickly and was able to return to sort out our ant infestation. Will be using again.

A very reliable, competent, friendly and extremely competitive service. Highly recommended!

Solved the problem. Quick response, efficient, informative, good time-keeper, all at a really fair price!

We've used AP pest control a number of times now - Professional, punctual, friendly and obviously very experienced. High quality service at a good price - Thanks Andy

Eighteen months ago my two neighbours and I discovered that we had a rat problem, not an isolated situation when you leave in a rural location. We contacted Andy, who promptly reviewed the situation, explained what was required and installed lockable bait boxes in key locations. Andy called in frequently to re bait the boxes, quickly the issue was brought under control. We have retained Andy's services with a clearly defined contract that is easy to manage and very cost effective, this covers the three households for most types of pest. In fact today he has taken care of a wasp nest that had established in the eaves of my house. Andy provides a very knowledgable and reliable service!

First class service at great prices and a true gentleman

Fast effective service which costs less than you would think. Phoned Andy up when we discovered a wasp nest, he was round within 30 minutes and the wasp nest removed. Brilliant customer service and very good value. Would highly recommend.

Lovely guy... Honest, Great knowledge and skills, good price and perfect results. Thanks Andy.

Fantastic service from Andy, competitively priced and willing to help at the end of a full working day with a days notice. Friendly and informative I would highly recommend. Beth from Southwell

Wonderful service from Andy who removed a bees nest for us. Speedy, efficient, very neat and tidy and a very competitive price also. Thanks very much! Do not hesitate to use this company.

Andy came to remove bees but after a quick survey (free) he provided me with advice and lots of information. I decided the bees could stay. Bees are happy and so am I. Andy clearly cares about what he does. Highly recommended.,

Phone last night, came within 20 mins only 50 quid. Did the job no more wasps after about 3 hours. What a great guy so friendly and approachable. Would recommend to everyone i know. Thankyou so much 👍👍

Andy was fantastic when I called in a panic due to a bird trapped in my chimney. He offered to come and see me that morning and although the bird was able to free itself he fully checked the area and gave really useful advice to prevent it from happening again. He refused to accept a fee as he felt he hadn't done anything. He is clearly passionate about what he does and cares greatly for the animals and 'pests' he liberates. Would recommend him every time.

Had a JackDaw stuck in my chimney, Andy was great, very polite and respectful, very difficult to find anyone honest these days, will definitely be using them again in the future A**********

We suddenly discovered that we had a big problem, with a bumble bee nest in our loft space, just where the installers would be working on piping for our new bathroom in seven days’ time. Fortunately, we found out about Andy and he promptly came out on Bank Holiday Monday to sort things out. We were really impressed by his friendliness and consideration, and by the professional way in which he did the job. Great value for money and highly recommended. The bees and nest have now been moved to his garden and we are very pleased that they still have a life ahead of them.

Fantastic service, very quick, affordable and most of all done for the love of bees. Our garden is now child friendly and the bees have a better home, rather than just bring killed off. Highly recommended!

Andy was brilliant from start to finish. Helpful from the word go on the phone and throughout the job. Gave us great advice on our bees. It is brilliant (and sadly all too rare) to meet someone so dedicated to his work; with the interest of the bees at his heart and no thought of doing anything other than treating the customer with respect. Would recommend for any pest control work and will definitely be a repeat customer should I have have need of his services.

Andy came to visit our property regarding 2 x bee nests in our soffits. Rather than charging us, he explained that they would disappear within a couple of weeks on their own - so there was no real need to have them forcibly removed. It's very refreshing to deal with a company that puts Customers & Wildlife first before £££.

Thanks for your expertise in fitting bird netting yesterday. A very skilled professional.

Great job at a good price, very helpful and nice. Thank you

Andy sorted out our rat problem efficiently. He explained the situation, what he was going to do and how to prevent further occurrences. His price was very good, he was punctual and a genuinely nice person. I definitely recommend him.

Really pleasant man who turned up on time and sorted problem straight away. Will definitely use again if needed.

Highly recommend this company. Andy was honest, reliable, punctual and a genuinely nice guy. To make it even better he was very competitive on price too. Will definitely be keeping his number for any future problem. Fantastic service. Thank you 😁

We thought that we had a rat in the loft (turned out to be a bird). Andy responded within 10 mins to my initial text and turned up 30 mins later despite it being a Sunday. He explained what our options were, undertook a thorough investigation and came back and did 2 other follow up calls to ensure that everything was ok. Andy is very knowledgeable and put our minds at rest. He arrived at the agreed times for the follow ups and kept us informed of what he was doing. Very reasonable price as well. Totally trust his work and advice and would strongly recommend.

Great service for a great price Andy was very friendly and helpful would highly recommend.

Brilliant service

Andy who is A P Pest Control is very professional and friendly. He explained everything clearly and solved the rat problem expertly. He went beyond what you would expect for this service. We were advised by a neighbour that we had a wasps nest in our roof and later on today they covered my garden and appeared to be angrily flying all over - apart from being phobic about wasps I look after my 4 grandchildren and I was concerned for them and couldnt let them play out in the garden. A family member had told my husband about Andy and after a phonecall he arrived the same evening and within a short time he had sorted out the problem. I can"t thank him enough for his quick response and professionalism. He expertly got rid of the wasps and his knowledge helped put my.mind at rest - in his words 'Happy Days' I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Andy to anyone who has a pest problem. Many thanks Andy

Great service, good prices, was on site 15 mins after calling and sorted out the wasp nest in the gutters. Very friendly and knowledgeable, would highly recommend

Excellent friendly service. Came to my property on a Sunday and sorted my issue at a brilliant price. Would 100% recommend to anyone with a pest problem!

Andy did an excellent job of resolving a major infestation of ants in and around our conservatory, and returned to treat a wasps nest above our garage equally effectively. Very knowledgeable, friendly and competitively priced.

Fantastic service and a genuinely nice, professional guy ... within two hours of my call he'd phoned me back, visited my house and dealt with the wasps nest ! Well worth every penny ... I read the other reviews first before booking and they're spot on! Thanks alot Andy! :D

Andy sure knows his stuff. Prompt service and a very friendly guy. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much

I phoned Andy Sunday evening regarding a wasps nest, he was here on Monday at a time that was good for me. He was very professional and friendly. I would certainly use him again without hesitation.

I phoned Andy initially about what I thought were wasps, he gave me a competitive quote and arrived soon after. Turns out they were bumble bees. He explained that they were no problem to the home at all. He went on to explain a little about bees and wasps which was informative and interesting. Quite by chance at that point, we noticed some wasps entering/exiting a vent. Andy treated the area with insecticide dust. Any further problems or questions he would be at the end of a phone call. Thanks Andy. Prompt, polite, informative, comprehensive and competitive. Would thoroughly recommend him.

Andy arrived early. Dealt with my wasps in minutes. Was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend him to my friends. Thanks Andy.

Great genuine bloke. Was provided with excellent premium service as a great price. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend highly enough AP Pest Control, I telephoned late one evening and Andy came to my property the following morning and rectified my pest issue without any hesitation. such a pleasant chap and couldn't do enough for me, even gave my property a health check whilst in attendance to ensure no other pest issues. Thank you ANDY

Great service, excellent price. Very happy with the work. Highly recommended.

Very thorough and dedicated service, very professional and reasonable. Would highly recommend

Many of the previous reviews confirm what we have found to be so true of Andy.... he really goes the extra mile to support his customers. Andy didn't just fix our rodent problem short term , he used his vast amount of experience of pest control to go over every inch of our house and boundary and put in place measures to make repeat issues significantly less likely. We have worked with Andy now for some significant amount of time and he is the best there is out there. Whenever we have had an issue, one phone call and Andy is there. Excellent prices for what we have found to be a premium service. Highly recommend.

Very effieicient and professional service. Andy always goes above and beyond. Prices are VERY reasonable. Highly recommend.

Andy is thoroughly professional and very well priced. He was always on time and flexible around when suited me. He helped us with a mouse problem and made sure he visited until they were completely gone. He went the extra mile replacing traps and sticky pads and even filled in holes outside the property and left us with a mouse trap (just in case) at no extra cost. I couldn't recommend him enough. 10/10!

Andy was very friendly and helped us sort out our mouse problems along with blocking ways for the mice to enter our home. He came twice and came straight away whenever we needed him. Brilliant guy!! Would recommend to everyone!! :D

Andy is the nicest, friendliest guy ever. Gave me loads of advice, a free survey and put my mind at ease. Turns out I didn’t have any kind of pest problem but rather than ask me to pay out shed loads of money (others were asking for hundreds) he came and had a look first. I can not recommend his service more. He’s truly passionate about what he does and doesn’t look for easy money. Give him a call and you’ll see exactly what I mean within minutes!

Fast and professional response to a rat problem and quickly dealt with. Excellent service, very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend.. Cheers Andy.

Got Andy in to do a job at our rental property after doing some research & reading his top reviews! Also after other various companies failed to dispose of the problem (Rats) in the last 2 years! I felt like we had took the bait not the Rats😕 Even after Andy’s first visit he gave our tenants & myself reassurance with his 20+ years experience & extensive knowledge in his field, This is the reason why I got somebody who worked for themselves this time, because I knew they would have some pride in their work & their results, He did a full survey of our house & pinpointed certain key areas where they were likely to be getting in, so set about his business, Andy visited 3 times & was very thorough in his work, Highly competitive with his pricing! Will be definitely recommending Andy to anybody in the future, I’ve never met him but he’s a very nice/professional chap, Use with confidence... Has said any more issues just drop him a line, 5 Stars all the way!! Cheers

Fantastic service , after having problems with rats every winter for the last 2 years they returned again this year , We had company after company out previously who were unhelpful and ridiculously over priced! thankfully we found Andy who solved the problem completely for us , was extremely helpful and a fraction of the price . Highly recommended .

Andy was fantastic, wasps had entered the loft space, he treated the nest directly and fogged the loft space, fantastic service and far cheaper than other company’s around. Thankyou

We struggled to kill our wasp nest - tough little critters......! Andy came and did it with no trouble. Extremely efficient- he knows his insects.... His fee was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend him.

I met andy tonight to help with a bug infestation that we got from our pet food. He explained what they were and how to avoid them in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Jon

very friendly and knowledgeable guy, really efficient and no call out even on a bank holiday weekend. Can't fault at all and have no issues recommending

Awesome service, fast and efficient. Andy treated a wasp nest and managed to get to me in a couple of hours. Good value as well, half the cost of some others I called.

Andy came over regarding concerns we had with a wasp nest. He's very knowledgable, polite and professional. Would recommend to anyone with pest control concerns. Thanks Andy.

I couldn't have asked for better service. He came out on a Sunday to deal with an Ants nest in my bathroom. He was quick and efficient and very reassuring. He also didn't charge the earth! Would highly recommend.

Asked Andy to come and have a look at a wasp/bee nest we were concerned about. He came I randomly Andy, following a recommendation from a friend, to come and have a look at a wasp/ bees nest that was giving us some concern. He arrived right on time and was very quickly able to reassure us that there was nothing to worry about. He made a thorough inspection of the site. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He also said that if we had any other concerns he would be happy to return. A very nice bloke!!. Many thanks.

He managed to get rid of the nest without harming them and then even came back a second time to get ride of he pheromones and stop them coming back. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thanks mate. John, Matlock

Andy was great. He was with us the same day. Excellent and very polite. Was great educating the children about bees. Removed the bees nest without using any pesticides. Would definitely use again.

Had issues at one of our properties with Bumble bees inside a bird box, A P Pest Control attended within the hour, offered excellent advice on the bees but also removed them to be re homed instead of killing the bees. Very pleased with the service.

I am so pleased we chose Andy to remove the pests in our loft! He explained everything thoroughly and was friendly and polite. He was very reasonably priced and the fee he told us at the start was the price we paid with no hidden costs. Even though he also filled some gaps up in our roof for us and visited three times. I would definitely recommend AP Pest control and we would use them again, should we need to!!

It is good to see that Andy has now set up his own pest control business. We have used his services for many years and have always found him to be knowledgeable, very customer focussed.and up to date with the latest effective and safe products.
