Initially the call out from Joe to help our family in dealing with a rodent problem could not have been faulted. He called out on two occasions, one being of a Sunday too which was great! He carried out a survey and deployed poison. He told me that if there was any changes or developments that I could WhatsApp him via his business card which he gave me. I thought brilliant! Very reassuring and empathetic to our quite stressful predicament. Things seemed like they were going great until he had a misunderstanding or miscommunication with our landlord. Joe from that point didn’t return. I messaged him on WhatsApp which he didn’t reply to. I rang him. He didn’t respond to that either. I went so far as to call his office number even leaving a voicemail to which I received no reply. He put down poison, contact poison and contact powder too, so anything that died is probably still in our house decomposing. I’m really annoyed that what seemed like a very genuine and friendly engagement turned into just nothing. Not even a call or text! And we as a family are still here dealing with this issue. Edit: no contact was ever attempted by yourselves. Apart from the reply below. No call, text, email or WhatsApp was received. Whatever occurred between yourself and the landlord shouldn’t impact upon myself trying to get in contact now. A large amount of poison was left over two visits and is still here.

I would never use any other company for my pest control needs than Fermanagh Pest Control. I am the manager of a nursery who wanted to use a local service. As well as being local I was also really impressed with the professionalism of all those associated with Fermanagh Pest Control and they were by far the best value for money for what they offered compared to others. From our first phone call with the company to each and every time the fellas came out, everything about their service was first class. They were polite, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable about their area of work. They spent extensive time with us to ensure that we got the best service possible, which is extremely important for a nursery environment. The lady on the phone was also lovely and touched base with us regularly to ensure our needs were being met and always scheduled our quarterly inspections in good time. As well as providing an exemplary scheduled service, there were occasions where I had to call upon them in an emergency; on these occasions Fermanagh Pest Control were nothing short of prompt in reacting to and solving the issue, even providing a call back service a week later to make sure the problem was fully resolved. I could not recommend this company enough and would not hesitate to use them for personal needs in future as well as commercially.

Great service fast and handled the problem professionally. Both were friendly and helpful and knew what they were doing with in mins of arriving.
