Contacted Chris via recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately we had a problem with Rats. Chris came on time when he said he would and was available to contact anytime if I needed. He did a detailed checked of our full house and identified where the problem could have come from, traps where set and Chris came back until he was confident that the rats had been caught. Thank you.

Contacted Chris after our tenant caught a live rat in the kitchen. He responded immediately and arrived within an hour or so. Removed the rat and gave advice on how to deal with any further issues. We had an invoice confusion resulting in him being paid twice, he contacted me to let me know and returned the overpayment straight away, very trustworthy! Would highly recommend and would use again without hesitation if needed. Top notch service!

Rang Cs pest busters for ants entering my house near the front door, came out at the first available slot that was suitable and right on time. Uncovered a 10 foot ant nest under the paving outside and wiped them out in one go with no trouble and they never came back. Price was fair and any troubles I have in the future they will be my first point of contact

Great customer service. Chris was professional and solved the problem for us. He clearly knows what he is doing and is well equipped to carry out any issues.

Had a big problem at weekend with ants nesting in my house, I called Chris at CS at approx 9am this morning and he arrived, as promised, at 3pm this afternoon. Chris was brilliant, promptly dealing with a carpet beetle problem in the dormer part of elderly mother's bungalow. Chris was very professional, highly knowledgeable and importantly as far as a pensioner is concerned, totally trust worthy, understanding, down to earth and great value for money. I would have no hesitation in using Chris and his business again and would highly recommend to other people in the Teesside area.

Chris was professional and prompt, returning regularly until the job was finished. He was clean and tidy in his approach, explained everything clearly, and we really appreciated the unmarked van. It was also great value for money - and we only paid once the job was finished. Hopefully we won't need to have Pest Busters back again, but if we do, we'll definitely be ringing Chris.

Great professional service, thanks Chris and the Team.

Recently contacted this company on behalf of my friend who had a serious mouse problem. Came out the same day, very knowledgeable guy and reasonably priced. Had people out previously but they didn't seem to have a glue, I'll be sticking with cs pest busters in future! Highly recommend!
