Roy repainted our kitchen after a leak from our bathroom - excellent job. So when the hall, stairs & landing needed urgent attention after the installation of a stair lift, he was an obvious choice. We chose the paints and he arranged everything. Attention to detail was superb, It’s almost a shame we haven’t got anything else to be redecorated. All Roy needs is a regular supply of tea.

Ray did a fantastic job in fully redecorating our four bedroom house. His work is exceptional and he couldn’t have been more helpful in touching up areas for us and working through weekends to get the job done on time. I needed new floor coverings and other jobs done to bring the property up to par and Ray went far beyond what he needed to do and arranged all of the work. We had 4 rooms and the full hall/landing space of our house decorated by Ray. He was meticulous in his preparation, very thorough with the painting and then tidied everything away afterwards. Ray did a superb job on our dining room, kitchen, utility room and cloakroom while we were away. The work was done to a very high standard. All the rooms look so much fresher but the biggest transformation was, ironically, in the smallest room: the cloakroom. It is not only brighter and somehow looks bigger than it did before.

Ray is surprisingly quick for such a great job. He takes his quotation as gospel but remained flexible on the delivery. Really glad we were able to find such a great decorator. Went based on his reviews and was very pleasantly surprised when he exceeded expectations. This was a big project with Ray spending over 4 weeks in the house. He made the experience as painless as possible and we discussed logistics regularly to minimise impact. Have already asked Ray to come back and do some exterior work later this year. Would highly recommend.

Ray recently painted the outside of our mid terrace house and carried it out very thoughtfully and meticulously. It looks great, very fresh and bright and he did a quality job in repairing and filling all our render cracks and holes. He cares to do a good and thorough job and not cut corners. Ray did an amazing job repainting the whole flat. He also did some minor repairs and redigeres shelves and paintings on the wall. The job was done professionally and to a high standard. I called Ray Halls at short notice to see if he could come and help out on a project we had started and which invariably turned out to become much bigger than originally planned. Thankfully he was available and he quickly got stuck into the job. We have used Ray many times over the years for both small and large projects. Once again, he was brilliant. High quality work, long hours and incredibly flexible and responsive to our ever-changing needs. The task included repainting newly plastered walls, refurbishing and repainting some very old woodwork and doing some high-quality wall papering.
