Danny came within 5 minutes to let me in after I’d locked myself out. Thoroughly decent guy and the price was the price. No damage to my door and no new lock needed. A life saver!! Brilliant service from Danny. Our front door lock had failed in the closed position. He was able to provide a same day response and managed to drill out the failed gearbox and replace from the well stocked selection of spares available on the van. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and pricing was competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Danny and Cusworth Master Locksmiths.

We had police breakdown our door while we were in hospital due to mistake on their part. The door was split, entire lock was missing and even part of the frame was damaged. Called the locksmith send pictures of damage and was able to come in between christmas and new years. Secure our door, put new lock in so we were able to use our front door as normal while we wait for new door to be fitted which can be months. Amazing work, great communication, paid exactly what quoted even though it ended up being a longer job than expected.

An extremely stressful morning led us to taking the wrong keys out and being locked out of our newly-fitted high security doors with no backups! Thankfully, Cusworth Master Locksmiths/Danny(?) was on hand. I spoke to multiple companies before this one and honestly, I was shocked at how unprofessional and scam-like many of them seemed. I've worked in fraud investigation for telecommunications & advertising before and it was red flag after red flag for most companies I spoke to. Danny is a real, down to earth professional who (almost worryingly) got through the super high security heritage lock on my new composite door within about 30 minutes with the tools and knowhow that I'm sure only comes from decades of experience. He also gave me some top tips (besides giving someone a spare key immediately) to prevent having such issues again, such as taking a picture of the serial number on my key so he can create one like-for-like in the future. All in all, Danny is a diamond among a sea of rubbish that is locksmiths! Fair pricing, lovely to deal with, and a master of his craft. I'll be recommending him to everybody. Thanks so much Danny!

Excellent service. Seemed very reasonable price and matched the estimate given before the job. Was able to come quickly, and responded to my initial email enquiry the same day which was a Sunday. As well as sorting the locks, Danny adjusted a couple of doors that were sticking. If you are looking for a locksmith, then put this one at the top of your list.

Very nice and efficient man when my back door refused to open after l had been outside early one morning! Fortunately l had my house key's and had to get in my house via my front door. I phoned Cusworth Master Locksmiths as soon as it was a reasonable hour. He came out to me as soon as he had finished another job. Really very good and very reasonably priced. Has his own payment machine so l was able to pay immediately. Will highly recommend this Gentleman if you are unfortunate to get locked out of your house as l did.

A friend recommended to me and, once contacted, he responded quickly, talked me through the options and then travelled outside his usual area to fit the security locks within two days of the call. Literally the best tradesman we've ever used. Had him out over a year ago to fix our PVC windows which weren't closing properly. We'd had a few companies out who had looked at it and said it wasn't something they could do. He fixed it for us no problem, and at such a good price. So when the back door went, I gave him a call. He got here within 30mins and had the door fixed within another 30. He is such good value, and such a lovely bloke, would recommend him to anyone looking for a good locksmith or window repair. Exceptional value, really good quality workmanship and the best customer service you could ask for!!

Following a break in and a poor response from our Insurers preferred provider I contacted Danny who attended our property in Heald Green. The service provided was fast and efficient, the upgraded security explained which helped restore confidence at a difficult time. I was recommended Cusworth Locksmith by my neighbour, who had used them to change his locks. After I called Danny Cusworth came out that same afternoon. He changed my lock on the front door with a new key straightaway. It is much more secure than the old lock we had and much easier to use with the key. He was very efficient and I’d definitely recommend them.

Best locksmith, I would really recommend him! He changed three locks and a door handle at our house and he couldn’t have been more helpful to try and fit us in. We will definitely call him again!

Really good service and good knowledge of locks

What an amazing service this gentleman provides. He takes his work very seriously also genuine and considerate. My Mum had a door handle that was becoming increasingly difficult to open and eventually it became completely stuck so I couldn't open the door. I rang to see if he could come round and fix it. He arrived within a couple of hours and explained how the mechanism inside can have small parts in it that over time fall apart and get stuck causing this problem. He replaced the mechanism and made sure the door handle was working smoothly which it was. My Mum would just like to give you a big thankyou for coming and getting it sorted she's very happy with the service.

I have used Danny on two occasions now, for locks, keys and other security. He clearly knows his trade very well and provides great service at a reasonable price. He is now my go-to for locks and keys.

Great service. Very professional and friendly. Danny made some good practice recommendations which we followed. He made a second visit at no extra charge to exchange a lock in a double door because he had been sent one which didn't have a matching key to the other door. We would have been happy to have kept the other lock but he insisted that it wasn't what he had said he would fit and so he ordered another lock at his own expense to match. No hesitation in recommending him.

Fantastic service and craftsmanship! We were in an unusual situation whereby our patio door wouldn’t lock - attended our house within 24 hours and fixed it. Door is now operating and locking better than when it was first installed. Highly recommended on price and quality.
