Contacted N and D as my ignition barrel on my Vauxhall Corsa had snapped. Nathan asked me for my address through what’s app . He informed he was on his way and even text through what’s app to say he would be with me in 15 minutes. Unfortunately my car is over 20 years old so he had to go hunting for the correct part but he kept me informed every step of the way and it was a Friday afternoon but Nathan had excellent customer service friendly polite and very informative and soon had me back on the road.

Nate just came and cut us a new key for the car. He was prompt, friendly and provides the most excellent service. I highly recomend him, an excellent service and a nice man.

Called ND because keys got locked in the car 2 hours before a mobile mechanic was due to turn up. He was here within half an hour and it was done in minutes. Lot cheaper than I expected and bare in mind my appointment stress was not his problem. I used WhatsApp to contact him so if you're not keen on phone calls, that makes it easier. He was also going on holiday so he went out of his way to help me out. Massively grateful.

I needed a new key for my Mini Clubman as it had been lost. Nathan responded to my WhatsApp message straight away on a Sunday afternoon providing a couple of options. He visited on the Monday to confirm pricing and did job for us on the Tuesday. Going through the official car dealer would have been twice the price and less convenient. Great mobile service. Will use again for other jobs too such as air con repairs and new reg plates.

Absolutely Amazing 👏 we had so many issues after we went to halfords to only get a key battery replaced as they damaged the key and it wouldn't start the car so we got fed up on waiting for halfords to sort it before ND auto locksmith we has 2 other locksmiths who couldn't fix it and when Nathen come out he was so very helpful, kind and professional and now after 2 weeks its working we want to thank ND auto locksmith and Nathan as we been struggling with out a car as I am disabled and cant walk far and my husband work is 45 mins away he had to get taxis so these guys have saved us we highly recommend as they are amazing and they come to your home if we ever need a locksmith in the future ND locksmith is definitely our first choice Thank you again we both really appreciate all your help and the fast response we got from ND locksmiths is amazing🙌

Highly recommended! Our issue wasn't straight forward (never is for us) however, Nathan never give up! He worked on it all day on a Saturday for us. He wasn't going to give up, and his work paid off! Job done, new key for the little old B-Class

Following the steering lock failing and ignition problems on my mk5 Golf, I contacted ND Auto Locksmith through their Web page. From start to finish, everything was handled quickly and professionally with great service and communication throughout. ND Auto Locksmith arrived quickly and was able to diagnose and repair the steering lock and replace the ignition barrel without issue, and returning my car to full working order within a short period of time. My vauxhall insignia key decided to snap as I was at work. I called Nathan and he attended promptly at the time agreed He quickly assessed the situation and cut a new key and set the electronic locking device. All in all less than an hour. Good prompt and reliable service. Thanks Dave Mold

Fast response and excellent communication. Even though we were far away, they dispatched someone to help us out when the ignition barrel had worn out. When repairing that, it was discovered that the ignition switch was also faulty! But they made a temporary fix to make sure we could get home safely. Good service! Would recommend
