Got the locks changed on the house ive just bought. They where early, did the job fast and for what I thought was a very competitive price. If I ever need a locksmith again they will be my first port of call.
A business with integrity. I had 2 motorcycle keys cut with them, and when the keys didn't work, they didn't try to run or provide a bad fix. They admitted that it's not something they usually do, so they're not familiar. And offer a refund on the spot. Their prices are also excellent compared to the chains. I find the difference between a good and bad business is how they handle when things doesn't go right, and this business certainly handled it with professionalism and integrity. I won't hesitate to go to them when I need a key cut in the future.

First rate service! Myles came over to sort out a particularly difficult issue with a broken latch gearbox and a multipoint door that wouldn't open. Fantastic service. We had a new front door fitted that came with Ultion keys. We urgently needed more keys that same day. Ultion directly were 1-2 days wait, timpsons were 3-5 days. I called warrington lock and safe and they kept the shop open just to help me. They supplied 4 keys within 10 minutes at a cheaper price! Brilliant customer service thank you
I needed a new lock for my utility room, and if you're like me, you don't know how they work so you rely on a locksmith. Myles came round and made a few suggestions on the required changes, changing less than I originally thought was needed. The lock now works perfectly. Myles has been our saviour after our son accidentally broke the lock on our internal patio doors which meant we were unable to get into our conservatory. Firstly he managed to open the lock on our outside conservatory door even though there was a key on the inside of the lock and then after assessing the problem with the locked patio door, which initially refused to wield to his magic hands, he went away to study a similar mechanism back at his shop then today returned and resolved the problem which included the addition of a new multipoint locking system and adjustment of the fittings. His expert knowledge and customer service skills are first class and the price for the whole job was very fair and reasonable…I would have no hesitation in recommending this small family business to anyone.

Great quick service at a reasonable price
I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this man came to a house I that rent and walked away saying it was a mess and out of his remit. He then rang my landlord and basically made it out like I’ve vandalised the patio doors and they are falling apart so my landlord now thinks i have virtually pulled the doors of their hinges when it’s more like wear and tear and they want me to pay £2000 for new doors when I am a single mother of 3 young children. Definitely don’t recommend.
Went along to this store today to find a very helpful and pleasant young lady who found the correct keyblank and then cut 2 x replacement keys. A 1st class service at a reduced price to many High Street outlets. Would recommend. Oh the 2 keys work well. Thanks.

Miles has replaced the lock mechanism on our bifold doors and the action and ease of the mechanism has never been so slick and precise even when it was new.

I highly recommend Warrington Lock & Safe. Myles has done two jobs for us and I was impressed with his work on both occasions. He knows his trade inside out and has a wealth of experience. On one job, he ran into unforeseen problems but was able to finish the job as he maintains a wide stock of locks. Great response to phone calls. Reasonable prices.
