Andy is technically expert on all things click related. Used him couple times and is responsive, efficient and fair. I have no hesitation in recommending him

Very professional workmanship, replaced lock and adjusted door. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

We had a very positive experience with Andy from Canterbury AW Locks. He helped us repair our main door lock as well as another lock, and the work was done to a very high standard. Andy was punctual, professional, and very kind and friendly. He worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and kept everything clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and we felt the service offered excellent value. It’s clear that Andy takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. We truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable locksmith. Thank you so much, Andy!

I would highly recommend Andy. What great service! He did a very professional job replacing my broken front door lock, which was quite tricky to remove. He also fixed a couple of other locks that weren’t working so my house is ultra-secure now. Very knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful and the price was good too.

Excellent, quick, friendly service. Arrived promptly, changed the broken lock, tidied up after. Very happy customer.

Professional and friendly guy, perfect job. 100% would recommend 👍

Needed a locksmith to change multiple locks and found AW Locks, so glad we did, Andy was very flexible and accommodating to our needs. He went the extra mile for us and repaired our door as well at no extra cost. All the work was done to a high standard and I highly recommend AW Locks for anyone looking for a locksmith.

Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. And the price was decent too. 10/10, will be keeping his number for the future.

Top customer service from AW Locks we were away for Christmas and needed their services on Boxing Day. Woody arrived within a couple of hours and provided a first class service at a reasonable price....well happy...

Cannot praise highly enough the service we received from AWLocks, fast and efficient service from Woody. Nothing was too much trouble for him, will definitely use them again If needed.

I highly recommend. Great communication, on time, clean and tidy. Lovely chap and really knowledgeable and friendly. Worked hard to fix our door and managed to sort it, which saved us having to replace the whole unit, which is what we thought we might have to. Will be my go to from now on. Also gave advice for going forward. Thanks so much Woody, very grateful. Trina, Dunkirk

Really fantastic service. Quick arrival, great job and really nice and friendly guy. We were very impressed and would highly recommend!! Thanks again for your help, Woody.

Excellent service , arrived promptly and the price was very fair for a call out on Sunday . Fitted a rotary knob lock on the inside so we don’t lock ourselves out again. Highly rate 👍

Fitted three internal locks and fixed a bathroom lock. Beautiful high quality work.

100% would recommend, called on a Sunday and was not an easy repair on our patio doors but Andy had a lot of patience and spent most of the morning sorting it for us. Great service and price. Thank you.

Opening a door in seconds and charged you 80, do not recommend feels like a massive ripoff

I contacted AW Locks having committed the cardinal sin of a Property Inspector and locking myself out a flat. I received an amazingly fast service from Andy who had me back in the property and able to carry on with my work in next to no time. I don't plan to ever be so stupid again, but have saved his number just in case... Great service. Thank you

Fantastic prompt service. Arrived at my property within 15 minutes of calling. Highly recommend. Excellent value for money, fast efficient service and a very friendly man. Definitely would use again and can't thank him enough for helping me in a sticky situation.

Great service. Responded to my call quickly and delivered a personable and professional service. Highly recommended.

I could not recommend Woody enough! Fantastic customer service, incredibly knowledgeable, with competitive prices and generally a trustworthy and wonderful tradesman. After my letting agency sent him to fix an issue with our front door, I specifically requested his information when we later wanted to have the locks changed as he made such a brilliant and lasting impression. It's a shame I can't give more than 5 stars!

After a word of mouth recommendation, I rang Woody really early in the morning to see if he could help with an emergency lock job. He was there within the hour, was friendly and polite and did a great job. Would definitely recommend to others and would use again in another key emergency!

Andy came to help us after we were unable to open our door due to a broken lock. He was extremely professional and kind and even made friends with the cat. We’ve not had any work done in regards to doors/locks previously and Andy took the time to explain how it all worked and gave us a fair price. I would really recommend Andy and his services! Will definitely be calling again it I have any issues in the future. Thank you

Arrived within 10 minutes of calling him. Very pleasant man. Independent business and not part of a call centre, so customer satisfaction is important to him. I would recommend him highly.

I don’t often review services other than restaurants, the service here was above and beyond! Called straight back and kept me up to date by text until arrival to change my lock on my front door. Extra keys cut at my house was an unexpected novelty, and the guy even drove my 75 year old mother to the bus station afterwards as she had missed the connecting bus waiting in as I needed to go to work, what a star!

Brilliant Service. Can’t recommend enough.

We have been using Andy's excellent service for many years. He is reliable, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Everything and more you need from your local locksmith!

Woody even stayed after opening the door to help us figure out what the problem was. Incredible customer service, super friendly and reasonably priced. All round perfect experience, thank you!

Found myself in a real pickle today when my front door wouldn't lock. 6pm on a Friday night! I was worried about getting someone out and after calling Andy he was here within 30 minutes. Came straight from finishing what was supposed to have been his last job of the day. He charged no call out fee which so many other locksmiths sting you on and happily talked me through what lock would work best for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic guy, fantastic service. Can't rate him highly enough.

Outstanding service. Alan was here within an hour smart & professional the locks were quickly changed and I immediately felt much more secure. Would recommend unreservedly

Tremendous service from Andy who visited for the first time today, ten minutes after I telephoned. He offered to repair a lock but I opted for a new fitting given the age of the door and he had the right barrel on the van and fitted it there and then. Very reasonably prices as well, especially given he was able to make an immediate visit, which put my mind at rest. He’s also good (ie patient) with dogs, too! Thank you Andy.

Andrew was amazing! I called him in an emergency as our door handle/lock broke and I was locked out with our new baby. Even though he is based in Canterbury and we're in Margate, he came out to us immediately. Our door is quite complex and had a few historic issues, but Andrew managed to get us back into the house really quickly - he then fixed all of the issues and got it back working better than it ever!!! We couldn't recommend him highly enough.
