Our lock broke after hours and we were unable to close the door. After calling lots of locksmiths in the area, who all said they couldn't come out until the morning, Rob agreed to come over within around half an hour. He fixed up our old lock and gave us good advice for replacement in the future. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic service from Rob when our patio door lock broke on a bank holiday weekend. The job was a lot more complex than he originally thought, but he spent nearly 3 hours making sure he repaired it without damaging the door and keeping our costs to a minimum.... despite that he stuck to the price he had quoted us and kept us updated as he went along. Highly recommended, wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Rob was very helpful and accommodating me on short notice regarding a problem with my front door that wasn’t closing properly. Came when he said he would, fixed the problem promptly, charged what he said he would, and didn’t go until I was happy and the door was working fully. Friendly and easy to talk to, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend, and on first meeting, already consulting him about another job!

What a true gent . Being a locksmith myself and having lost my keys while out we arrived home to be met by Rob who was waiting in the van for us .
