I used Copas Locksmith to change 2 front door locks , replace a night latch replacement and install a bathroom door lock. I was very happy with the end result, the locks feel much more secure and new handles which I supplied were also fitted for no extra cost. Steve did not finish the job until I was happy with the install, which was very much appreciated when the bathroom lock took a few adjustments to make it easier for children to operate. I would definitely use Copas Locksmith again and recommend them to family and friends.

I would definitely recommend Steve of Copas Locksmith Services . He recently was called out to a lock failure of a main external door to my house. Steve attended promptly within an hour . He quickly assessed the issue and actions needed to resolve the matter. Steve fully explained the plan of action and ordered the necessary new part. He temporarily ensured the door was secure pending further repair. The repair was done quickly on a Bank holiday at very reasonable and no additional cost All round an excellent service which I thoroughly recommend. Very happy customer.

Came out within 10 minutes of calling on a Sunday. Affordable price and had the snapped key out of the barrel within a few minutes.

Really professional, polite and prompt communication. Came out in quick time explained what needed doing then proceeded to fix the two broken UPVC lock mechanisms on my windows and patio doors. They turned out to be a bit trickier than expected but Steve worked hard to fix the problem and charged a fair price for his time and parts.
