I wanted to change my lock and the handles of my door and I contacted Darren who is a great guy and professional he did the job under 20 mins also he is quite quick getting in contact with the client it wasn't that expensive as I thought it would be so without a doubt I had an amazing service with Darren

Top marks and just the tradesperson you'd hope to deal with. The issue itself with our lock was laughable in truth, but he remained entirely professional, polite and helpful regardless. He took money off what he'd normally charge as well in light of the issue being so small. Very speedy attendance as well, messaged at 9pm last night and attended at 1230 the next day. Highly recommended

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Very happy and will be contacting Darren for any other issues in the future

So friendly and came out in 30 mins when our door suddenly wouldn’t lock. Was resolved within a hour! Cannot recommend enough!

I realised I had locked myself out when I got back from walking my dog in the rain after panicking for about 10 mins as I live in a 2nd floor flat & there were NO windows I could attempt to get into I luckily had my phone so I went online & found Sherlock locksmiths I called Darren & he asked a couple questions said he'd be with me within 20mins...not only was he here within 10 mins I was in my house within a couple mins of him being here! Very efficient & a reasonable price too. :)

Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

We had a key snap in our front door on the Friday evening and went on Checkatrade to find a locksmith. Within 30 mins Darren at Sherlock phoned me and said no problem he could come round next day in the afternoon. Sure enough, Darren rang me next day and agreed a time and replaced the door lock. Fantastic service and a really nice man I highly recommend him

Had a problem with my front door and needed some locks rekeyed. Darren was great he did everything I needed and was fast and efficient. He also gave advice on what did or didn’t need changing and showed me what was the cause of the front door issue.

So my 2 year old decided to lock himself in the bedroom.i called Darren from sherlock locksmiths and he was kind enough to leave the bbq he was having to come rescue my son.
