Very professional. I was unable to get thru the electronic locks after a long holiday. I don't know whether I should deal with the front door or the French door because both ways are very difficult to be breaking in. They provide an effective and quick response and yet very affordable solution to me. Brilliant!!

Managed to get a key cut for an electric bike there today for £9.95. Done quickly with no fuss. Just what we wanted. Timpson said they couldn't do it.....didn't have the blank and wasn't sure where to get one...!

After locking myself out, I called Newark Locksmiths at 8:30 and by 9am they were at my house. 5 minute job and they were in. Harry was lovely, and would recommend them to everyone. Amazing service by this company. I had 2 doors which I had lost keys for, they came out the next day and replaced both locks with high quality locks and at a very fair price. The young man who replaced them, Harry, was very polite and a lovely chatty lad. Really engaging and was done in excellent time to a very high standard. Nice and quick service. Had a duplicate key made in five minutes and it worked fine with my lock. However I felt the price is a little high 6.5£ for a normal key.

Brilliant place! My one & only key for an old mazda bongo snapped and I needed to get it sorted. Gentlemen here were very kind and polite as well as helpful, professional & competent. They also gave me more info and prices regarding other keyes I will need to get copies of soon. Very quick service & key was perfect 1st time even though it was twisted and in 2 pieces. We visited to get advice on providing security and ease of use for an elderly relative who was suffering from dementia and had on occasions locked her carers out and herself in. The staff were well versed in this scenario and supplied suitable door lock and advice on fitting. The price was very competitive, technical knowledge first class and service friendly, empathetic and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are amazing, saved me so much hassle. I am so glad I called them not the guy who tried to blag their success by copying their name.
