Fantastic service. We had an issue with a lock on our uPVC door, and Duncan was incredibly patient, thorough, and methodical in finding the problem. He turned up exactly when promised, was honest and trustworthy, and clearly takes great pride in his work. What stood out most was Duncan's determination to get the job done properly. He didn't take shortcuts and wouldn't leave until the problem was completely resolved. It's refreshing to find someone with such integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. The gentleman arrived even before the scheduled time which was a bonus for me and within half an hour my door was fixed with non destructive entry, a new cylinder replaced, and all that was done for a very reasonable price, compared to other quotes I had been given. Duncan arrived promptly and was very professional. There was a bit of a difference with the lock plate and Duncan ordered an alternative and came back and fitted it. His work is very good and I would definitely recommend him.

I found Duncan on a local page and what a find he was. Not only was his communication fantastic but he came out in a timely manner to help me. He took a look at my front door and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend and have kept his business card for anyone else who may need his help. Mr Duncan is a very helpful professional locksmith. He is honestly such a nice guy. He help us unlock our door. He was fast and efficient. Got to us in wallington area in under 30 min. I called at 9:30am in a state of panic as I’d locked myself out! Duncan responded very quickly and was here by 10:40! I had a very complex lock which took some time to drill out however Duncan did not give up and finally got me in! I’m so grateful for the speedy & efficient response! Honestly couldn’t recommend Dunk enough. He came out to us in an emergency and was such a legend from the start, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He explained everything clearly as he went along, so we always knew what was happening and why, no confusion and no pressure. He’s a lovely chap and you can tell he really cares about doing things properly. His prices were also very fair, which we really appreciated, especially in an emergency!

Came out super quickly, assessed the problem, explained clearly, supplied a specialised part first thing the next day & fitted. Came out immediately a few days later to make an adjustment, without a problem. Very satisfied with service.

I couldn’t get into my door because the lock was stuck. Duncan came out, opened the door and didn’t even need to replace the lock, just gave it a good clean and it works like new again. Thank you.

Duncan came round within 20 mins to fix a lock where the key broke. He gave us a good alternative to using a key to lock from the inside and was done quickly. Would def use again if I needed a locksmith
