Brilliant service. Guy was very informative. Great price. Gave me a walk around the vehicle and tested the new key. A very happy customer here.

Great service

Mikail was very friendly and explained that my issue wasn’t with the lock but with the hinge. As they don’t deal with hinges and they didn’t do any work they didn’t charge me, and suggested another company to try. Top guy and company. Will definitely use them next time I need something doing.

The engineer Mikail comes very fast, professional and friendly. Thanks.

From first contact via phone they were able to give me confidence that my lock could be repaired and asked for a photo via WhatsApp. It was done in a couple of hours and worked better than ever. Staff were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I would happily use them again.

Love their efficient and responsive WhatsApp communication channel - made it hassle free to book etc. The door they fixed started showing similar issues after a few days. Junaid promptly returned and fixed for no extra charge. My son's bike lock had broke and he even fixed that whilst he was here. This is the type of 'old school' quality delivered with modern efficiency and class.

Engineer Junaid changed the locks on my property very professionally. He was efficient, courteous, and did an excellent job. I’d definitely recommend him and this company.

I messaged at 11pm on Saturday night that I needed a key cutting and it was ready to pick up before 12. Excellent friendly and efficient service. And it was reasonably priced as well considering it’s a Sunday.

Arrived exactly when he said he woukd. Pleasant manner. Patient and above all considerate and left leaving the area tidy. Also supportive of further advice relating to protection against break-I ‘s

A quite incredible service. Within an hour of first making contact with Locksafe to change the locks on our new home, Mikhail had come to measure everything up, the locks had been built at their office, and Jay had come back to install everything. Brilliant experience from start to finish.

Just brilliant. The best key people in UK.

Needed a locksmith at short notice as 2 of our double glazed doors were sticking badly. Jay arrived promptly and provided an excellent service. Not only did he fix the problem but explained how to look after the doors to stop them sticking in future. I found the cost very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend.

Jay came to our rescue after locking ourselves outside our property within 20mins of calling them. In addition gave advice on how to prevent further incidents and staying safe from scammers posting as Locksmith. Will sure recommend.

Jay arrived on time this morning and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly had the customer’s best interests at heart. Rather than suggesting unnecessary expensive work, he repaired the problem properly at minimal cost. Really impressed with the honest service and would definitely recommend.

I messaged via WhatsApp to see if I could have a spare made of my car key (Toyota keyless entry). I received a quick reply with a reasonable price. Turnaround time was less than an hour and the key works very well. Would definitely recommend.

Fast, friendly and very fair pricing. Will definitely recommend to freinds and family. Thanks guy's.

We turned up without notice and asked Jay ( what a nice guy ! ) if he could sort out a spare key for the car. Due to the age of the car and a chsnged media centre, this proved to be a tall order technically. Jay kept us updated on what he needed to do. We now have the spare key, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a service that was both really excellent technically, but performed with a smile. Superb service.

Excellent service from start to Finish. On time and communication was fantastic. Highly recommend these experts.

Amazing service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from first phone call. Shaun was helpful on the phone and then Mikhail cut the keys while I waited. The three keys fitted really well. Would recommend

Quick and reasonable cost

Mikhail was great. Got the job done within 10 minutes.

Fantastic service, very knowledgable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to get things right. We're able to help sort a complex issue with my car keys/steering lock same day, despite being booked up. Happy to support a local, ethical & friendly business.

Great service. Arrived faster than I expected and had me sorted within minutes. Nice guy and also and gave me suggestions to help in the future

Excellent from contacting them, booking, and getting the key complete. Was told it could take from 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes but was ready within 45 minutes of arriving. Once I called the locksafe team, they answered the phone within minutes and resolved my issue in a total of 5 minutes! Spoke with Shaun on the phone and he followed up with a text.

Fast efficient service replacing a lost car key fob at short notice.

Mikail did a very good job. I will recommend.

Very helpful receptionist who booked in our appointment. Mikhail was waiting for us when we arrived. It was very reassuring when he kept our safe in full view the whole time. He spent alit of time trying to pick the lock and finally he was successful. Our batteries had died in the safe and we didn't have the backup key. The good thing is with new batteries the safe works again when other companies could only open by breaking the safe.

Great company very helpful from my first call to completing the job , fast and professional service at a good price would highly recommend. Thank you

Friendly, helpful service from the young lady behind the country, and the addition of the safe boxes by the entrance are a quirky addition too. Very reasonable prices with a wide range of services and very good service; you can't expect much more.

Arrived at the property quickly and managed to change the lock quickly too to a good standard. Since it was out of hours it was really good for the price.

Amazing service, had spoken to a few locksmiths who all of them said my particular lock was very difficult and would probably need drilling out and would cost a lot,but then i found this company who was very professional and came to do the job about 30 mins after calling them.my locksmith was Jay and he managed to pick the lock with no damage so my lock is still perfect.jay is a credit to his profession.highly recommend this company, and the price was very good.well done

Absolutely legend Called them middle of the night and they came in within 20min and door and lock replaced I would recommend these guy all day long 🤙keep it up

I had a problem with my car keys. The key suddenly stopped working and wouldn't link with the car. I had used Locksafe before on a car key problem which they expertly sorted out for me. I remembered Jay at Locksafe, rang them and Jay asked me to visit their office the next day. He fitted a new key battery and re synchronised the key with my car. Problem sorted within 10 minutes. I asked about the cost but being a previous customer he did it at no charge. How's that for customer service. The staff at Locksafe are always friendly and efficient. I have mostly dealt with Jay and he has always given excellent and friendly service.

Brilliant service, went out of his way to ensure the issue with our door was fixed.

Very efficient and they were here within 30 minutes. Kai the engineer was very helpful. Thank you.

Seemed great at first and really professional. Quoted a price and I agreed. Asked me to send photos of the lock which I did, then they totally ghosted me. No idea why. Did post a picture originally of the exchange but google took this review down. Edit to add the owner seems to suggest below that this review is fake. It isn’t, but he did have my original review with a photo of him ghosting me removed. Listen mate, you could’ve just done the work and not ghosted me. Now you need to take your 1 star review like a man.

Highly recommend Great service came out replaced the lock on garage door. I was out so he did a video explaining what he’d done and showing him putting keys through the letterbox. Honest trustworthy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Once Jay arrived he was thorough, effective and very pleasant to deal with, giving a clear explanation of the problem and the work he had done. Recommended.

I received a quick and efficient service. I was kept informed at all stages with an explanation of work done.

Jay from LockSafe was extremely helpful. He took some time to understand my issue and walk me though potential diagnostic steps to see if I could fix it myself. He was also very patient and explained how to select the right locksmiths, gave me a good understanding of what next steps I could take to resolve my issue or to have a temporary resolution in place to await a permanent fix. I highly recommend Jay and LockSafe just from the conversation I had, he did not at any point use any sales tactics and even encouraged me to check other registered master locksmiths to get the best price for myself. Easy 5 stars.

Engineer Micheal came out to do an emergency lock opening close to midnight on Easter Good Friday after I forgot my keys in the house. Impressively quick, efficient and excellent service which is affordable when/if you're in a pickle. Fantastic.

Alan from Locksafe was personable and professional. He explained the job and answered my questions. The work was swift and any mess cleaned up.

I was very pleased with the service we received on Tuesday February 6, from LockSafe. The man I first spoke to on the phone was helpful, answered my questions about the costs/timescales etc. The engineer (Michael) arrived within 30m, as promised, and had the problem fixed very quickly. The service was excellent and the price was fair. We were very happy with LockSafe.

Very easy to deal with and work was quick but thorough. After initial call, followed up with quote on WhatsApp where we arranged visit. Michael was polite, tidy and explained clearly what he was doing.

My car key battery needed replacing yesterday and I was panicking as I could not lock my car. I quickly headed down to this locksmith after-hours and I was grateful to have met Jay who was very polite and kindly sorted this out for me quickly and efficiently! The price was brilliant too! Thank you so much for the great service

Excellent service when a new key was needed after it was lost in the house. Very fast service (Same day) and very competitively priced compared to the main dealers. I would confidently recommend their services and will use them again if required.

Junaid was a lifesaver! I got really lucky to have found LockSafe online as I spoke to a few other ‘locksmiths’ who said the problem was unfixable and were quoting me really high to fit a whole new door!. Thankfully Junaid knew what the issue was straightaway and was able to fix my door quickly and without any damage. A very professional service and really glad to have used them.

Fast and efficient service

I had my spare car key stolen from my house. I contacted Locksafe and explained my situation. They gave me a couple of options and explained each one in detail. They are super professional and extremely efficient. The price was really good as well. They have really helped me out in a stressful situation. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Locksafe.

Jay from Locksafe Security came at the time we'd arranged to replace an interior door latch which no longer turned. Very friendly guy who took time to get the faulty mechanism out, then swiftly put a new one in. He also noticed a problem with the door frame which meant the door didn't fit well. So he chiseled a piece of the frame so the door now fits like a glove not catching on the frame as it shuts. Excellent work.

Brilliant service. Really quick and great advice. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from Jay!

Our front door key snapped, and Jay managed to get to us, and into our house within 20 minutes! Amazing service

Used Mo at Locksafe for years for both car security and locks at the sports club I’m a member of. Can’t recommend him / them highly enough. Reliable, VERY knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, good value (especially given the level of expertise)… Just an all round brilliant service and a pleasure to deal with.

Gushing recommendation can appear phoney but I was genuinely impressed and grateful for this service which minimised damage in freeing up my seized lock. Jay's work showed knowledge and intelligence.

The locksmith engineer was very helpful, explained everything and was a pleasure to work with. I would happily recommend the firm.

Top service from a lovely bloke!

Was helped by Alex with a lockout service and was able to resolve the issue in less than 5 mins with no damage to the lock.

Amazing service. Locksmith arrived within 30 mins. No need for the locks to be dismantled. Door was opened in a matter of minutes and no damage to the door seen. Would strongly recommend.

Excellent, fast service. I thoroughly recommend them!

Jay quickly diagnosed the problem. Then he fixed it. (Total time ~ 2 minutes 😁)

Quick response, friendly, informative service .

Excellent service, economical pricing and highly knowledgeable chap.

I have had the most unwelcoming experience with the below individual, i was promised something on the phone by the person in the picture who was purely rude and had a really bad attitude, i did not appreciate the behaviors the individual gave towards me as a customer, straight away asked for the payment from the very second with out any greeting, I've had to force the individual for my refund which was refused, once the individual seen me recording then decided to refund and was rude had the worst experience.

Excellent service with Leicester Locksmiths Locksafe. Good and speedy communication prior to the visit with a clear and accurate quote. They attended really quickly (within 15 minutes of my call). Mo went above and beyond to help. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience with this locksmith company! Mo arrived promptly and was very quickly able to solve my issue without causing any damage.

Great service

Replaced a broken car key. Fast, knowledgeable and very competitive pricing.

Helped by Mo to cut 2x blades and program 1x immobiliser transponder for 2010 Ford Focus. Very knowledgeable and patient. Good value and efficient service. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future when needed.

Knowledgeable and professional service. Junaid explained the issue after a thorough assessment and was able to provide a solution and advice without need for unnecessary replacement of parts. I would happily recommend their locksmith service.

In these days it makes such a difference to actually get such amazing service from such a professional company. Everything from the service to the locks used first class. The attention to detail is a massive plus. I could not recommend this company more highly. Thank you very much for your exceptional work.

An issue with my car key remote control was sorted promptly by Jay at Locksafe. For the price of recoding the key, he also carried out a full analysis of the Engine and Electrical system. I was impressed with the skill and knowledge of Locksafe. I would recommend this company, to all potential customers. You will not be disappointed.

Went to get a DAF diesel cap key cut. He didn't have the exact blank, but cut me a key that works just as well as a spare for a bluey. Couldn't be happier.

Fantastic service, the engineer that came was friendly, professional and knowledgable. Explained the problem and solution very well also. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone to use!

Recently had locks changed and Jay was fantastic, super quick, friendly and reliable service would definitely recommend!

The best. They not only do a nice job, staff are ver nice and kind as well.

Excellent professional service highly competent and very helpful

Quick and friendly service. Talked few hours about car :)) Recommend to everyone

Honestly the BEST place to get locks done - they check the parts really carefully to see if they can fix it rather than replacing is straight away. I am so happy that I have found my go to locksmith in Leicester - really could not recommend anymore. So friendly. So quick. So professional. Really reasonable rates.

Thank you so much Junaid and his son- got a japanese import that needed a new remote key-other places told me not possible to have a key cut but in about 1hr I had the key done, v prof and courteous too.

Fast, efficient and competitively priced! Special thanks to Junaid

Absolutely perfect service. Highly recommended . Cut my own key and programmed for really good price.

Excellent service, would definitely recommend. I recently had a break in at my house where my spare car key was stolen. Jay was very helpful and full of knowledge. He explained how the key can be reset to the car meaning the stolen key no longer had the ability to start the engine. I called in the morning and was at the location within in the hour. Again excellent service, thank you!

I would definitely recommend this locksmith, they unlocked the door in a jiffy without damaging anything at all. The engineer also gave some expert advice, thank you!

Very efficient service, first class

My friend was locked couldn't get out and I called locksmith near me and they sent jay who opened the lock and he is very expert in this field. Thanks jay for opening the lock.

Amazing service could see I was in a panic but was happy to do everything he could to ensure I left happy and safe! Would highly recommend to family and friends.

I was searching for an auto locksmith to replace a key for my sons car. I found this place via another local Locksmith who recommended them to me. Turned out to be a gem of a place. The guy there doesn’t normally do Saturday mornings but today he did for us. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable and best of all his prices were excellent - I initially just wanted one key doing but I had two done in the end and it was still cheaper than other quotes I got for one. After chatting with him it turns out he’s one of only a couple of National Network of Approved Locksmith in Leicester. So very trust worthy!

Quite professional. Jay came through within 30 mins of my initial contact with them. He's efficient and personable.
