What a lively guy. I rang him and was here within 10 minutes. Spent lots of time tryong to get the lock to work. I needed a new part and stayed until the door was perfect. I would definately recommend him to anyone. Gold star service. Thank you Steve.
Steve answered an emergency call out and attended within the hour, fixed the lock and totally saved the day. He went above and beyond to make the door secure, and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and above all genuine. We rarely leave reviews, however it’s important for local residents to know that Steve is a local expert locksmith who you can trust to do a good job fairly and honestly. We live close to Sutton On Sea and would recommend him to anyone in need!

Had an emergency with our motorhome door, which wouldn't close, nevermind lock. Mr Steve came to look at it, even though he didn't think he could fix it. Thankfully he was able to secure it, so it is safe until we are able to get to a motorhome specialist to get it repaired/replaced. Thank you so much for your prompt assistance 😀
Arrived on holiday with my children and became locked out of my car with all of our holiday luggage and contents in it! Steve was with me within half an hour. Had to call Steve out as we had lost a set of keys and needed the locks changing for security reason. Called him at 6.00pm, he came straight out and changed the two locks. He also took the time to realign one of the doors that wasn’t closing correctly. Would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing a situation such as the one we had. Called him teatime on a Saturday came out within the hour.to a broken lock. He had a problem with it but persevered and would not let it beat him . So good I had both locks changed. Price wise will be very hard to beat. No callout charge . Top knock job. Steve came within an hour of calling to help with a caravan lock emergency that was about to ruin our day whilst on holiday. What can I say, just fantastic service from Mr Steve. We had an issue with our milenco wheel lock that was (unbeknown to us) faulty. It was not simple to remove even by drilling but mr Steve stuck at it for 2 hours and would not give up until he’d released it. You saved our holiday. We can’t thank you enough. Not only this but he was professional and friendly at all times and more than happy to answer my stupid questions. He was also extremely reasonably priced especially given the time he spent and number of drill bits used to get the very stubborn lock off. Highly recommended.
I needed a locksmith as the lock on my front door was sticking. Steve was easy to contact and he arrived within the time frame he promised. He was professional and knowledgeable and inspired confidence that he knew what he was doing and that he knew what he was talking about. He was also reasonably priced. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend.
Steve did a superb job. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Giving us advice as he was completing the job. The job turned out to be not straight forward but Steve was very patient he tried lots of different methods to sort out our door . We would recommend him to anyone and the cost of the repair was very reasonable.
Steve was so kind and professional and got me into my apartment in less than half an hour on a Saturday evening Dec 30th. He was reassuring and ensured not only that I got back into my apartment but that I also didn’t have to change the lock. I was so happy with the price as well. I could not be happier.
Steve came round the same day to help with a lock for a difficult door. He had an amazing amount of knowledge regarding insurance compliance, fire safety legislation, and British kitemark locks. Even though it turned out that we couldn't fit a lock to the restricted door (conservation area), he stayed until 7:30pm trying to solve the problem and didn't charge us a penny. Will use him again if and when we need him. 5 stars for a 5 star service.

The lock on our caravan suddenly jammed. We couldn't lock it from inside or out. It was 1630 on a Sunday afternoon. We called Steve, he was here by 1710. He diagnosed the problem. Fitted the required new internal mechanism and was done by 1815. Fast, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

I've used Steve twice in quick succession. He answers the phone, he arrives same day and when he says he will, his prices are transparent, he tells you want's bust and how he's going to fix it. What's not to like. Thoroughly recommend, great for landlords or holiday home guests if you get lock issues.
Called him out in an emergency and he came within 25 minutes. 4 new locks fitted and absolutely no mess. The bill was totally acceptable and in fact less than expected. Would recommend Mr Steve unreservedly.

Mr Steve came out to me when my door handle became jammed and I was locked outside my property. He arrived less than 20 minutes after I phoned, was friendly and professional, and not only regained access to my property for me but also fixed the problem which had been happening on and off for weeks with the door handle. I was alone as my husband was working away and I felt totally safe throughout. Mr Steve gave us a time to arrive and rang 5 mins before that to tell us he was there. He gave full details of the problem, and what it would need to fix it. He did the job quickly and efficiently and charged the price he had quoted us. We are caravan owners living 2 hours away from the site and so he left one key with our current customers and suggested taking the other one to our site office for safe keeping. Polite. Professional.
