Faultless. I messaged and had a reply almost immediately. Nathan came to assess very quickly, quoted quickly (I couldn't believe how little it would cost) and completed the work quickly. Work is of a fantastic standard and the house was left clean. I'm already recommending him to friends and family. Delighted. If I could give ten stars out of five, I would!

You’re gonna wanna read to the end of this one, it’s a real doozie. Started off as basic customer service ineptness, which escalated to threats from the business owner. Appalling service from Nathan who appears to be the business owner; I had an appointment booked in with him and he knew at the start of the day that he would not be able to keep the appointment due to his vehicle being out of service and he provided no notification whatsoever that he wasn’t going to be arriving to undertake the work as agreed at any point during the day. He also proceeded to tell me my attitude was horrible when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service when I finally got a response from him 10 minutes before he was due to “leave” site. A simple message at the beginning of the day or even before my appointment was due to inform me of the change in circumstance would have been absolutely fine, but instead I was ignored despite my messaging him twice to confirm the appointment. Would not recommend unless you can afford to be messed around. I found this experience unprofessional and rude. Updated 28/03/24 He was booked by my partner as a favour to me and he sent him a message telling him to tell me to take down my reviews or he “will come to my house “ I have attached the screenshot from his conversation with my partner in which he demands I take the review down or he will come to my house - when I called him to tell him not to threaten me or my partner he tried to explain this away as that he was planning to come to my house to “say sorry”; who in their right mind says “take the review down or I’m coming over to say sorry”? I informed him I perceived this as a threat and he obviously realised he messed up by putting this in writing hence the strange response on the phone. He THEN proceeded to inform my partner that he was going to share mine and his personal data online as a rebuttal for this review. Doxxing someone’s personal data for the purpose of inciting harassment is an offence and isn’t something that wouldn’t be threatened by a reputable person. Would you trust someone like this to work in your house???? Including this for anyone’s reference so you can make your own informed decision whether to enter into business. It completely goes without saying but WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Even if it was an emergency.

Fantastic service. Fixed several hinges on our windows and fitted new handles which has made a massive difference to our windows. Also fixed our patios doors too. Called Nathan on Thursday and it was all finished by Friday afternoon. Highly recommend!

Nathan came out to repair my kitchen window today which he did a great job of and he was very professional and reasonable in price. I will certainly be using him again in the future if required and would be happy to recommend to friends and family.

Amazing my partner rang on a Saturday last min as needed window out got a call back on his day off and would be here within 20mins amazing service helpful and reliable would highly recommend

Nathan came to measure and quote to replace my window on the day I called him, and was back to fit it on the day it was delivered from the supplier a week later. He turned up when he said he would and was quick and efficient, taking care to clean the new glass after fitting. Nathan was incredibly polite and professional throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again should I need another repair. Thank you!

I had a faulty window where the hinge was broken and some bi fold doors with a lock mechanism not functioning properly so I called Universal Window Repairs for some advice. Nathan came at a time suitable for us and was very understanding when he looked at the issues. He managed to amend the bi fold doors there and then and ordered the replacement hinge for the window returning to repair it later on a couple of days when I was available. His pricing was very fair and I received a very good and professional service. Nathan is a tradesperson who I trust and will definitely use in the future for any similar matters.

Called out for a change of lock on front door and broken hinges on 2 windows….brill service, nice guy…..recommended.

I called Nathan on an emergency after the police had to smash the lock on a family member’s house in an emergency, he arrived 3 hours later and repaired it that day,, I highly recommend him brilliant service and a brilliant job done

Very very happy with the service. We've been looking for someone to come and fix a tilt & turn hinge on our window for a while. None of the other companies got back to us (probably too small of a job). We contacted Nathan in the morning and he came out the same day to quote for a repair and ended up fixing it on the spot. Couldn't be happier!

The most frustrating experience with a trader I’ve ever had. I can’t comment on his work because he didn’t show up. Arranged 5 separate occasions for him to come and do the work and he didn’t show on any of them. First few times he texted with various reasons. Ok fine, I understand that things happen. Last couple of time he said he’d come he didn’t show and didn’t bother to let me know either. Just gave up in the end. Absolutely no way to treat people.

So great to get in touch with a company that actually turn up when they say they will. Brilliant service from start to finish would definitely recommend and will be using them again when needed. Thankyou Nathan

I have used Universal Window Repairs and Glazing to repair a window issue Nathan arrived on time completed the work in a professional manner, left no mess behind also excellent workmanship. I have used hundreds of trade people in the past, we have a property portfolio so always require trade people for various jobs. I only recommend people when I am 100% satisfied with the overall workmanship. The price charged for the work completed was fair. Very friendly approach. Attention to detail mindset. Nathan has over 20 years experience he is a registered surveyor also FENSA certified.
