Never use these time wasting useless people I called as I was locked out , Book the job to come and give me access to to my property, They said within one hour an engineer will be with you it’s gone past one hours and half and nothing I called to get an update someone said on the phone I’ll call you back and give you an update. Never called me back , I have to call back two hours later to ask for an update again I got told we have to cancel the job . Never use them they are waste of time waste of space Arrogant people No communication no respect for the clients Just uslesss

Our bifold doors would not lock so we had to search for a good locksmith, we found Roman and he came out straight away . It was a difficult job and he said if he wasn't able to fix the problem he would not charge us. Fortunately he did repair the doors at a very reasonable price. We needed an emergency appointment over the weekend due to the PVC patio door lock mechanism breaking, which was restricted access to our garden. The shoot-bolt in our bedroom window broke and so we were unable to open it. As it wasn’t urgent we procrastinated for a couple of weeks, then found RJ Locksmith Services through Google and called him as he had such good reviews. The reviews are correct!Romans contacted me the same day, and made an appointment to come, and also provided an estimated cost. Roman arrived exactly at the time he said, and within a very short time the window was open. He replaced the broken parts and also replaced the old loose handle. While he was here, he also replaced the handles on our porch door, which had seen better days and were hanging off. Left message on RJ Locksmith Services Ltd. about my conservatory door which was not locking properly, with a date and time I was at home. Received a reply from Roman within 15 minutes with his labour rate price, which was acceptable. Roman arrived on time, Roman showed me what the problem was and what needed replacing. This was a door over 15 years old, so wear and tear was no surprise. Roman recommended changing the handle as again the mechanism was failing. Roman had all the parts and were replaced within 30 minutes. Door now locks and unlocks with no problem. I have just asked Roman to come back and take a look at my front door with the same problem.

My lock jammed at 5pm on a Sunday. I phoned several 24/7 emergency locksmiths but none could attend until mid week or just didn’t answer. Luckily I phoned RJ Locksmiths Ltd. Roman said he would be approx 35/40 minutes and his labour rate was £10 less than the others. He came when he said he would, replaced the lock quickly and cleared up. He was efficient and courteous. The lock was sorted and the property secure within about half an hour of his arrival. This was a huge relief to me and I am very grateful that he turned out on a Sunday evening. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.
