I locked myself out of my flat and the guys were there in less than 20 mins. Got me inside within minutes and replaced my locks for a very reasonable fee. Great service, great friendly lad. Would highly reccomend!

Sam is THE BEST!! Had good experience with Sam the previous year, so I did not hesitate to contact him, when we experienced a seized lock mechanism in the kitchen door this time. Really recommend this company. Our bathroom lock was broken and in less than an hour they had attended my home and replaced the lock. Reasonably priced too especially for an emergency.

Called sam due to my lock breaking with my door in a lock position but the door open. He was at my home within 10 mins and did a great job not only did he fit the lock and fix the gear mechanism, he adjusted the door as it dropped slightly and fixed the gaps out of just wanting to provide the best service he could. It can seem like a real disaster when you have lost your keys and worse if said keys are attached to a key fob for a controlled entry. No problem for Sam. Lock barrel replaced in the main door and new key fob coded for immediate use. The great deal - all done within 40 mins of contacting him. Brilliant Sam so it is the big 5 Stars from me.
