Super service from Ask Locksmiths. They were incredibly quick to visit, very friendly and professional, and took the time to explain the best way to fix the lock. They also gave great advice on other security solutions that could be useful for the house in the future. A genuinely helpful and reliable service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Ask Locksmiths.

Great service from Alan and Sarah, had an emergency as couldn't lock the patio door. Managed to squeeze us in on short notice. Anyway fixed the problem with 30 mins and alleviate the anxiety of having an unlocked door all night. Great friendly couple and they have their shop just around the corner in Elmstead. Will be popping in to get some new fitting for better security. Thank you for your great friendly service. Price was spot on. Jeff
Came out today and couldn't fix the issue due to it being a problem inside the door rather than the lock (broken gearbox), but they were so helpful and didn't charge a call out fee despite being well within their rights to! Would recommend a thousand times over!

Fantastic service. Came round the same day (it wasn't an emergency). Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. New handle and locks supplied and fitted on the day.
Moved home and needed the locks changed. They came out to me within hours and did a great job. I also needed my window handles changed, for which they quoted me, arranged implementation and kept in communication throughout the process. They arrived promptly, gave an excellent service and amazing customer service too. Will be using them again.
Ask Locksmiths are excellent! They gave clear information about their service, booked in a lock change within a few of days (it was not an emergency) and arrived on time and changed the locks quickly and efficiently. Friendly, knowledgeable locksmith charging reasonable prices. A pleasure to do business with! I shall use them again if the need arises.

Amazing thank you so much! Lady and her son came out to me straight away on a Friday night at midnight after locking myself out. On the day Alan called when he was about 30 minutes away. He did an excellent job of replacing the lock on a patio door for which the key had been lost. Alan to the rescue again. Locked myself out of my flat earlier this year. Got in contact with Alan who managed to contact me within minutes when I made my request. Alan provided efficient and exceptional service. Over the weekend, I managed to lock myself out of my flat again. After stressing and thinking of having to contact an emergency company who would’ve charged an arm and a leg, I texted Alan and he called within 10 minutes. After 40 mins, Alan came and unlocked my door and saved me yet again. Really appreciate the efficiency and affordable service. Hoping I never lock myself out again, but I know if I do, I can always depend on Alan to help!!!
