ASK Locksmiths

Came out today and couldn't fix the issue due to it being a problem inside the door rather than the lock (broken gearbox), but they were so helpful and didn't charge a call out fee despite being well within their rights to! Would recommend a thousand times over!

Locking myself out wasn’t on my to-do list, but thankfully, I found Sarah and she turned a stressful moment into a surprisingly pleasant one. She’s a calm, confident professional who works with precision and ease. Watching her work was like watching a skilled artist, fast, focused, and totally in control. She even shared a few helpful security tips without upselling anything. It’s rare to find someone who brings both craftsmanship and kindness. If you ever find yourself in a jam, don’t panic, call Sarah. You’ll be glad you did.

⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Outstanding Locksmith Service and Customer Care I recently had to contact ASK Locksmiths and I can confidently say their customer service is second to none. From the moment I called, the communication was clear, courteous, and prompt. Sarah was friendly and understood the urgency of my situation, sending a someone out right away. The locksmith arrived on time, was professional and polite, and explained everything clearly before getting started. He worked efficiently and handled the job with great skill. He offered helpful tips on improving my lock security. What really stood out was the level of respect and empathy shown throughout the entire process. In a stressful moment, they made me feel at ease and completely taken care of. It’s rare to find service providers who combine technical expertise with genuine kindness, but ASK locksmith does that. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of fast, trustworthy, and professional locksmith services. They’ve earned my loyalty.

Had a new lock fitted on my front door, ASK Locksmiths were very quick and professional and although they had to come out twice as the lock was not standard, they were very accommodating! I would definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend.

Alan was brilliant. Responded to my query really quickly and had our front and living room door fixed within a few days. Alan was brilliant. He arrived at the time arranged, he sorted out the problem in the most cost effective way. Would recommend.

Contacted through Checkatrade and received an almost instant reply. Alan was available the next day but I was not so we arranged for the day after in the afternoon. On the day Alan called when he was about 30 minutes away. He did an excellent job of replacing the lock on a patio door for which the key had been lost. I would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

On behalf of my husband. Contacted through Checkatrade. Replied quickly and could visit the next day. Provided a quote. Spoke to Alan on the phone and sent texts. Booked for 0930, Alan arrived early. He was very friendly and polite. Went through everything he could do and provided advice. This was so my mum (OAP) could use the locks easier. Excellent work and service. Great price.

Alan to the rescue again. Locked myself out of my flat earlier this year. Got in contact with Alan who managed to contact me within minutes when I made my request. Alan provided efficient and exceptional service. Over the weekend, I managed to lock myself out of my flat again. After stressing and thinking of having to contact an emergency company who would’ve charged an arm and a leg, I texted Alan and he called within 10 minutes. After 40 mins, Alan came and unlocked my door and saved me yet again. Really appreciate the efficiency and affordable service. Hoping I never lock myself out again, but I know if I do, I can always depend on Alan to help!!!

Excellent service. Alan explained everything fully and was very reassuring. Will recommend to family and friends. Thank you

Highly recommended - very professional, polite, knowledgeable and quick service from Alan and his team.
