We live in Solihull and have been having a lot of trouble with locking/unlocking our front door and the door not shutting. I called VB Locksmith and he said he would be with us in 30 minutes, which he was. He immediately noticed the issue was the mechanism on the door, he fixed this thoroughly and all of this was completed from the phone call to the door being fixed in an hour. Excellent service. I would highly recommend!

Outstanding service from start to finish. I accidentally locked myself out with my keys left in the office on a Friday night and was expecting a stressful evening and weekend. He responded incredibly quickly, arrived when he said he would, and tackled what turned out to be an exceptionally difficult lock. It took far longer than either of us expected, but he never rushed, never gave up, and worked methodically until the job was done properly. Vlad was excellent, I had a French door that was stuck and wouldn't open, and two windows, one that wouldn't open or close (it was partially stuck open) and one that wouldn't open at all. He was able to open all three properly, replace the broken mechanisms, and also narrow down and mitigate the cause a mother few issues. He also adjusted my door for me, and all of this within the price he originally quoted me. Clad also kept me informed about his eta, and when he had to go and get a part to complete the job, he was back earlier than he said, and again, let me know he was on his way and his eta. Overall excellent service, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely awful experience with VB Locksmith Services. I called them for an emergency lockout late at night and they took far longer than promised to arrive. When they finally showed up, the locksmith seemed rushed and unprofessional. The price ended up being much higher than what I was told on the phone, and I felt completely taken advantage of in a stressful situation. Would not recommend them to anyone needing a reliable 24/7 lockout service.

I originally phoned a company called Samlock. After they let me down, I cancelled them. So glad I did as their reviews are dreadful. I checked reviews out for VB Locksmiths and they were excellent. I phoned and they said they would be there within 45 minutes. In the meantime a locksmith turned up in a hired van and wanted to charge me over £500 pounds for a new lock barrel. VB turned up and it was the owner of the company. The freelance locksmith was dispatched after telling me I was stupid and after I refused to pay a cancellation charge. VB were professional and informative, did the job and were very reasonably priced. He was so helpful. DO NOT EVER USE SAMLOCK. Thank you VB Locksmiths.

Paid £120 (discounted) from R150 to put a rail on my window with a lock and have it opened in like I said 30 minutes, Very quick and professional services needed on my window because I’ve locked it and broke the handle, called Vlad locksmith services and had it done in about 20 minutes (perfect and quick) and seems like a good business owner and hard worker (very professional) 3 stars just because the price was really high in my opinion seeing I earn that in a 6 hour night shift and hard labour. 1 star becuase i couldn't give any less than that. This company scammed me, charged me for antisnap locks, but once done a neighbour told me they weren't antisnap, so i got another locksmith to check and they said it wasn't, so they scammed me. They charged me £350 for 3 cheap locks whereas, since i had to get them changed, i payed another locksmith £270 for 3 3star antisnap locks. Avoid buying here unless you want to be scammed.
