Had an issue with the front door not locking late at night, called Ben the following morning, that afternoon, Ben and his partner arrived and sorted everything, the door not only locks, but is better than it ever has been :) Would definitely recommend NORTH WALES LOCKSMITH, they are Professional, Polite, Pleasant people, I definitely felt I had called the right people, as soon as they arrived.The service, the people, the price , all excellent. If it was possible I would give them 10 stars :)

What an absolute fantastic company. I have worked with them previously and always knew they went above and beyond, but they have also helped us with great car key and immobiliser advice.

My car decided to lock on its own yesterday with the key and the dog in it!! I did a quick search and found NW Locksmiths. Ben said he could be there in 10 which he was. 5 minutes later the car was open. So relieved I didn’t have to smash the window which would have cost a lot more. Doggie was ok as well. My front door multi-point mechanism broke tonight while I was outside and couldn’t get back in. Picked Ben entirely at random from Google and very glad I did. He managed to get the door open, replace the broken part and even worked out the underlying issues with the fitting of the door, as well as giving me tips on keeping it lubricated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I can’t recommend Ben highly enough. My front door inexplicably became impossible to lock from either inside or outside. I live by myself and was a victim of sustained stalking by an abusive ex so am paranoid about security - it was getting late on a Friday evening and I’d run out of people to ask for help, so rang North Wales Locksmith in a bit of a panic. Ben arrived in under an hour and got the issue fixed with understanding and good humour. You really are another Emergency Service and clearly care about your clients. We called Ben on a bank holiday Monday after calling at least 3 other north wales based locksmiths. I Arrived in Llandudno on Friday from Manchester and stupidly locked my keys in the car when I parked up, I was in a panic as I wasn’t a member of the AA and was given North Wales locksmith’s number by a nearby hotel. They were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them. They were very accommodating and came out at short notice, fantastic communication they messaged me to let me know where they were and how long they would be. They arrived and was able to unlock my car within a number of minutes. I cannot thank them enough as myself and my mum was able to start our holiday and enjoy the rest of the time in Wales, I was dreading the cost but it was an extremely reasonable price considering. I believe the lady’s name was Casey and my apologies because I can’t remember the gentleman’s name. You are both Angels. OUTSTANDING COMPANY.

My new favourite people. My palaver-in-law had cack-handedly knackered a new front door lock while I was hanging out of a first floor window precariously holding a freshly removed 5 stone PVC framed pane over my yard. We were taught a profoundly humbling lesson by the lovely people from North Wales Locksmith who dealt with both problems and charged for only the one they had been called out for. Legendary.

He was able to see the issue with our non standard lock straight away which another locksmith didn't. His prices were good and he had a card machine so easy to pay. Have had trouble with the lock on my door for a couple of years. A chap fixed it - sort of - last year but it went wrong again recently. Fantastic, prompt and courteous service! Locked out of my home without mobile phone, credit card or anything useful, when door slammed shut by wind; went to a neighbour's house to use phone and phone directory; 2 other services had already promised to arrive within 30 minutes, only to call my neighbour after promised arrival time and cancel appointment due to lack of available locksmith; at least another 2 services would not even book a call out without credit card details. NWL was an absolute life saver for me.

The door to my outside storage room had been broken into by thugs and stuff stolen. The door was in bad shape and the original lock was much too easy to open without a key. Ben was here the next day, just when he said he would. He made the job his own, and applied many skills and much ingenuity to make this old Victorian door very hard to break into. I was expecting a huge bill but his charges were amazingly reasonable. I'm truly very grateful for his work and full of admiration at his inventiveness and professionalism.

When we arrived on our campsite near Conwy, we were unable to open our roof box due to a problem with the key. I contacted Ben who was very helpful on the phone and came within 30 minutes. He managed to get into the roof box without damaging the box or locking mechanism and made the key useable . He delivered some new keys to the campsite within the week. Child locked my keys in me car by accident. I had RAC cover on key replacement and had to go through all the messing about putting through a claim before I got help. The weather was 30 degrees and the rac stated it could take up to 24 hours minimum. I phoned North Wales Locksmith and he was there in no more than 10 mins. Job professionally done.
