Absolutely outstanding service from All Locked Up Safe UK — I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! We had a problem with our car keys and, from the very first conversation, Jo and Paul were fantastic. Jo was even happy to call back on a Sunday to talk through the problem with me. She was incredibly kind, helpful and patient, explaining the ordering process, the parts required and all the technical aspects really clearly. When the delivery was reported as delayed, Jo kept us updated and contacted us as soon as the key arrived, which was really reassuring. Paul, the car locksmith, was absolutely excellent. He carefully checked all the necessary documents to make sure we owned the vehicle and even spoke directly with Polestar as an additional security measure. He then got straight on with reprogramming two keys for us. Paul was not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also a genuinely lovely and trustworthy person. What makes this service even more impressive is that our car has a particularly complex key system, and many car locksmiths simply aren’t able to programme replacement keys for this type of vehicle. Paul had all the specialist knowledge and equipment needed and made it look incredibly easy! I’m so pleased we found All Locked Up Safe UK. I phoned in a panic one Saturday morning and initially spoke to Jo who reassured me that she could get me into my car and a new key sorted straight away. I contacted All Locked Up as I had lost one set of keys for my 2016 Kuga. Paul and Jo sorted it v quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. Arrived spot on time too and all done within half an hour. Highly recommended. Coming from me… that’s rare!!

Jo and Paul came to my rescue when I inadvertently damaged my key fob when changing the battery. Jo was super helpful on the phone and Paul came out really quickly and resolved the issue efficiently recoding a key and getting me back on the road again. Both were really friendly and while no one wants to be in that situation it’s great to know that if I am there’s a brilliant auto-locksmith there ready to help!

Excellent service!! Bit late posting a review as car key was replaced on 17th March after losing my smart key whilst running. Another Locksmith in Chichester repeatedly let me down and the reviews for Paul and Jo were positive so decided to email them. Jo immediately replied and provided a competitive quote for a universal key (which in practice looks exactly like the OEM version but considerably cheaper!!). All got booked in for the following week and the they arrived on time and had reprogrammed the key within no time. Very professional and personable so I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Was visiting friends in Chichester and lost my car keys so desperately found the first locksmith i could. Was worried about getting ripped off or dodgy work as i haven't had to use a locksmith before but couldn't be more impressed with Paul. He was so friendly and really a lovely guy and knew his stuff. Had everything to get my new key sorted in his van so no waiting around or coming back and the price was fab. I can't recommend this company enough if you find yourself in the same position they are brilliant.

Being the dope i am, i left my van keys in the back of the van and closed the doors, but i have slam locks on it so i had no way of getting back into the van. After calling about 5 locksmiths and being given every possible reason as to why they couldnt help me, worth noting i was 5 hours away from home as well so starting to panic ha, after this i called All Locked Up Safe, and the lovely Joanne answered and was immediately helpful and told me that this wasnt a problem and to not worry at all. 30 MINUTES LATER 👌, Paul arrived to save the day and that is exactly what he did without causing any damage to the locks or my van at all, even cut me a knew slam lock key as well. Genuinely couldnt rate these guys higher! Fantastic service, got to me faster than i ever thought i was going to get with a call out, and was hell of a lot better priced than the others i'd spoke to before them. Thank you guys 🙏! 5*
Fantastic service from start to Finish. I had an issue with my Ford Focus keys not working. Called Paul at All Locked Up, he was with me by lunchtime and quickly diagnosed the problem. He came back the next day with a new key cut & programmed as promised, issue solved. Will definitely be using them again!
