Fantastic service. Our window was very old with a badly eroding seal and a leaded pattern, so we thought it would be difficult to replace. Jason managed to source a new one and match the leaded pattern exactly so it lines up perfectly with the other windows. Both Jason and Lee were very friendly and courteous. The job was done very promptly. Really happy with the result and would definitely recommend.

We called Locktech after being locked out late at night. Jason quoted a price on the phone and arrived within 20 minutes. He managed to carry out a non-destructive entry on two front doors which was much appreciated. He stayed an extra 30 minutes trying to improve the safety of the door and gave advice, without increasing the quoted price. Very professional, honest and quick. We would recommend immediately.

We have worked with Locktech for a number of jobs in the house. My front door lock was failing to allow me entry to my property. I contacted Locksmith London and Jason arrived within 15minutes! Minutes after Jason’s arrival we gained access! :) Very accommodating, attentive, friendly and extremely reasonably priced, would highly recommend!

I could not rate this company more. I needed to have my front door locks changed for safety reasons and called Locktech for a quick response, not only did they assist me very quickly, the service was very professional and arrived with very secure locks. I highly recommend.

Key wouldn’t go into the front door lock rendering us locked out. Called LochTech up (after hoisting my partner over the back gate to get us in 😂) very late the night before Good Friday after phoning various other locksmith companies to no avail, and Jason said he’d be over within half an hour. As promised arrived and replaced the lock barrel super quickly with no fuss. Lovely, friendly guy who the dogs also loved (always a good sign), would absolutely recommend!

After being told by at least 4 other locksmiths it couldn't be done Jason came out last minute and got the shutter up and changed the locks in no time,greatly appreciated 👍🏻

Got home to discover I'd lost one of my keys, after 5:30 start this wasn't what I needed. Phoned locktech and spoke to a very well mannered gentleman who took some details from me regarding the door and lock type and said he would have someone with me within half hour probably less. Brilliant! Fortunately my neighbour appeared who had found my key down the road, I phoned locktech back immediately and told them I'd found the key and I didn't require a locksmith, the gentleman was gracious and wished me a good evening. No attitude because I didn't need them anymore, no surcharge, just a friendly approach all round, honestly I wish all businesses adopted this type of attitude towards customers. If I'm ever unfortunate enough to be locked out in the future my first call will be to locktech !

Jason helped us with a commercial project. It involved installing a steel door and entry/intercom system, with two call stations. The call stations had to be wired 100 feet from the front door. They did a great job, with good communication throughout. Highly recommended!

Jason attended to change 3 different types of locks. He was very professional and courteous and quite knowledgable as he had to answer a few queries and provide advice on several types of locks. Called Jason after my key snapped in our front door lock that had become tricky. Was here within 10 minutes of calling and had me in the house and the lock changed over in under 20 mins. Very happy with the service. Would recommended.

Jason came to fix new locks on some tricky and unusual doors recently and I was so impressed with everything. He is an incredibly personable guy with excellent customer service and ensured that the job was done 100% even though it wasn't very straightforward! He was also by far the best priced of all the locksmiths I looked at. Definitely wouldn't use anyone else now and would highly recommend!

We had a lock in a double glazed patio door which would not unlock. Although the job was not urgent Jason came round within half an hour and quickly freed the lock and fitted a replacement. Very efficient service at a fair price and professionally done. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again in the future if the need arises.

Jason was an absolute heaven-send! I called him at quarter to 6 in the morning and he answered straight away. We needed him to help with the lock on our front door that we couldn't open and we had broken the key attempting to open it. It had happened very late the night before and after telling Jason the situation over the phone, the first thing he said was that we should have called him sooner. He was quick to arrive and got the door open in about 15 mins! Paid the flat fee of £70 and job done! Would highly recommend Jason for future jobs! Really friendly, polite, quick and professional!!

Jason was absolutely fantastic. Got here in under an hour, as he said he would, and got us back in in no time. He even climbed through the window he'd opened to let us back in. Price was exactly what was quoted, and there was no damage to the property. We are so grateful! He was also just a really nice guy and true professional.
