Great service. I contacted curly locks on a Saturday morning having not been able to lock my front door the night before. He came with in an hour , identified the issues wasn’t with the pick but with the door itself. He removed the door and did some repairs to the door and rehung it and the lock was then working. He charged a very good price. He provides excellent workmanship and does not rip people off on the price. Can’t recommend him enough.

I locked myself out of my house this morning, and Malcolm was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. He got my door open quickly without causing any damage to the lock or door. He was a real lifesaver and completely took the stress out of what had been a very stressful situation. Pulled the cilinder out of my lock in penarth. Called Mr. Curly at 18:59, and had everything fixed at 19:26. The man himself is extremely friendly and honest, and the pricing is fair to match. Price is given upfront, and no extra charges behind it. If you are ever locked out, and you need help fast, this is your man! (Yes, i know it sounds like i'm paid for this, but it is just such a rarity these days that you are not taken advantage of when you're in trouble, that i cannot be anything but happy with this man)

Recommended Curley by my friend who had used their services when locked out of their house. I had a weird case with some roof racks stuck from past owners of my second hand vehicle. First used Curly Locks Locksmith about 10 years ago, and have had him out twice in the last few weeks for problems with a front door lock and re-adjusting a patio door. Simon provides a great service, is responsive and his prices are really reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

What a great friendly service, our front door would not lock it needed to be realigned. My niece recommended Curley Locks. We phoned them and 30 minutes later Dyfrig (hope I spelt his name right) was at our front door, he was brilliant, he realigned the door and made sure we were happy before he was finished. He also gave us a reduction in the price because we are both disabled pensioners. So we were very happy with the price. Highly recommended.

I contacted Curly Locks at 10am after the bailiffs evicted my tenant, I wanted him to change the lock so the property was secured. He provided me a quote over the phone and arrived within 30 minutes. We got a call from our conceirge just as the 90 mph winds were gearing up during storm Eunice. (We weren't there at the time) Our flat is on the 6th floor. I was told the balcony door had flown open, the windows were in danger of smashing and the flat could have been wrecked due to the massive winds. They had to gain access, plus fix and secure the balcony door, which they did saving us from a ruined flat and smashed glass door and windows. So grateful for the quick response. I honestly cannot praise this company's service enough ,got to me less then ten minutes on a Sunday night!! We used Curley locks to install a key lock on an old garden gate. Simon and his team were extremely professional talking us through the options after examining the gate. It was to replace an old obsolete patio door lock which had given up the ghost. They surveyed the situation and suggested lockable slip bolts top and bottom to secure the door.
