Having been let down by another company, who failed to carry out their due diligence and clearly just wanted to pass the issue on to somebody else, I was left with no hot water or heating and no clear solution. I called Ben, and he was able to come out the same day. He carried out all the correct tests, quickly found the gas leak, retested the drop rates, confirmed everything was safe, and got my gas switched back on. Ben was an absolute legend in my hour of need — professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. I will always use him from now on. I would highly recommend his service!
I contacted Ben on a Saturday morning as I had no heating or hot water. Ben quickly attended and soon established that the gas supply had been ‘capped’ off. Supply was restored and I had hot water and heating. Ben also talked through the thermostat with me. This was all done on a day when Ben had a family party to attend, so thank you Ben. I’d highly recommend Ben to others with similar issues.
Ben is an absolute superstar. As a landlord of multiple properties I reply on him to service and do all the gas safe certificates. He is very fair in price as does a service and gas safe package. He is reliable honest and I don’t worry at all about the boilers in my rentals and know that I am complying with all regulations correctly. I couldn't recommend Ben and Brighton Gas and Safety enough...especially for landlords! Ever year Ben reminds me that my gas safety tests are needed for my rentals, he coordinates with my tenants directly and always keeps me up to date on the latest laws for landlords. This year he added Co2 detectors to my rentals. To top it off Brighton Gas and Safety have extremely reasonable rates. 5 out of 5 stars!

Absolutely 5⭐️ Service, Ben sends a reminder text when my boiler/ heating is due for a check/service ( I find this very helpful ) if I have had a problem there was someone just at the end of the phone, nothing is to much trouble, also costs I found very reasonable, I have and will recommend Ben

Even if your problem cannot be immediately looked at, contact details of another reliable engineer will be offered. Work is always carried out promptly and efficiently with quick communication should anything not previously discussed or agreed arise. Highly recommended.
Ben did a fantastic job and really did go the extra mile to identify then source and collect the central heating boiler part on Saturday morning and then fit the part to get the boiler back working on the very same day so that my guests again had hot water. Ben is totally professional and I can’t recommend him highly enough for your gas boiler needs! Excellent Service. We needed a gas safety report and booked the company again this year. As access to the gas meter was not possible on the day, the engineer could not complete the full inspection. However, he came back again a week later when we had resolved the access problem and carried out the full test. Only then we got the full safety inspection report. He only charged us the one fee despite the second visit (parking around our area in very difficult.) He never complained, a true professional and a gentleman.

Brighton Gas Safety found a dangerous leak in our gas heater, which had been overlooked in the last Gas safety inspection by another company used by our estate agent! Its great to see there are still people such as Ben, who's work is of the highest standard and who take our safety so seriously!
