Key Door Solutions Ltd is a locksmith and glazing service in which Andy is repeatedly named by customers. Several reviewers say he gave quick help, including attending within minutes after a school door handle came off, unlocking a car and fixing garage locks after a break-in. Customers also report UPVC door and lock repairs, key cutting from a photo and a well-researched quote for a car key. One reviewer says a repair was quoted before work started, and another describes him as genuine and honest. A customer seeking an insurance report reported fast, detailed and friendly service.
Excellent customer care received from Andy, at Key Door Solutions. I requested a quote for a remote key for a car recently purchased. Key Door Solutions, responded promptly and also took the time and trouble to accurately assess the situation. They then provided me with very well researched, relevant and accurate information and costings. The advice given later confirmed by the car dealership. Without the expert advice of this company, we could have had a potentially damaging experience going elsewhere online to find a new key for our car. We now know this may not have worked and could have damaged the electronic programming of the car and other key. We are very grateful. Thank you Key Door Solutions. Highly recommend.
Thanks Andy, amazing service and great communication. My daughter lost her car key, sorted and replaced in a couple of hours at a decent price. Would definitely recommend.
I rang Andy in a panic first thing one morning, as the main school entrance door handle for the children had come off. He asked me to take some photos and send them to him and was with me within 15 minutes with a new handle, which he duly fitted in under an hour. I would definitely recommend Andy and we were truly so grateful that he could come so quickly to help us out. Highly recommend, definitely five stars from us!
Andy is highly experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of locksmith, glazing and upvc work. I would thoroughly recommend him as a one stop solution to all of your problems. Topping that he’s a genuine and honest tradesman - well done Andy.
Called Key Door Solutions when upvc front door mechanism broke leaving us unable to gain access/ exit Andy came right on time and diagnosed the problem straight away also quoted price to repair before starting any work so no shock at the end, he gained entry repaired and fitted new lock it now works perfectly also adjusted patio doors at rear of property they have never operated so smoothly Andy is an absolute diamond with pride and passion in his work I could not recommend him highly enough Thanks Andy
Andy was so helpful and made sure to deliver on his promised service. He cut keys from a picture and when it didn't work first time tried again to ensure we got the correct keys. Everything was turned around very fast and he was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.
Great and quick service, Andy unlocked my car and helped me jumpstart it! I highly recommend! 😊
Andy- I cannot tell you what joy your work has brought us!! It's not an exaggeration to say every time we turn the key it is so reassuringly smooth instead of the anxiety- producing clunkiness previously! The new keys work perfectly too. Thank you so much- it will be a pleasure to pay your bill!
Andy provided us with fast, professional, detailed, expert and friendly service when we needed a report for our insurers. I highly recommend Key Door Solutions.
