What a lovely and dedicated bloke! Came as soon as he could (in fact he was 30mins earlier than expected) and would not stop until he had everything not just working, but working smoothly (which took the full hour). Luckily he had the right part in the van too as not a common one. Would thoroughly recommend.
Service is top notch, clean job, lovely job done, will recommend any day, anytime.

We were locked out of our property when we discovered Terry of VAT Locksmiths, the only available 24-hour locksmith in Blackpool at the time. Terry quickly came round, and his calm manner and professionalism was very reassuring. The fixed price on the website also gave us confidence that we weren’t being exploited. He had all his necessary equipment, so he quickly gained us access. There was no noise or mess, and he didn’t even break the lock so what could have been a stressful experience was really quite positive. For anyone in a similar situation, we highly recommend Terry of VAT Locksmiths and after reading the other reviews, we can only agree with what they’ve all said.
Great service and good price fixed my door in very short time. Terry knew excellently what to do to sort out the problem.
Can highly recommend Terry. I called him after getting locked out just before 5pm. He answered and said he would set off immediately. 15minutes later I managed to gain access and called Terry to explain. I offered to pay a call out fee for the inconvenience but he wouldn’t accept. Thank you Terry, very professional service.

Had a major issue on saturday night when moving house we went to lock up and the door just would not after ringing around multiple emergency locksmiths that clamim to be 24/7 (who didnt answer were shut or had HAD A FEW CANS) Terry came to the rescue tried to sort it out with the limited avalabily of what he had on his van he secured our old house until monday he was busy when we called and rang back as soon as he could. He was pleasent professional and just told us whats what and whats happened. Would reccomend if anyone ever in a pickle of needs something sorted.
Terry came out and saved us in an emergency situation! The lock on our front door had completely broke, he secured us with emergency breakers and saved the day! It was a Saturday night so extremely hard to get hold of anyone! Terry came out straight away, sorted the problem, was extremely pleasant and helpful! Highly recommended. Wish everyone was as prompt, nice and efficient
We found ourselves in a right pickle when our caravan key snapped whilst holidaying nearby. It was Easter Sunday so I panicked we wouldn’t get sorted. I found VAT Locksmiths on Google and gave them a ring. They were super helpful and sorted us out straight away, at a really great price! Pretty much saved our holiday! Thank you!

Can’t thank Terry enough I phoned him at 1 am on Saturday morning because I couldn’t get my front door open. He stayed on the phone with me giving me instructions to try and rectify the issue and eventually we did manage to resolve the problem. He was very knowledgable and his service was outstanding. Will definitely use again if I have any more issues. Thanks again Terry.

Contacted VAT Locksmiths in urgency. The team responded immediately and the work got carried out. Most efficient and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone.
Turned up at the stated time and quickly discovered what the issue was. The required part eventually had to be ordered but not before numerous stockist had been called and visited to see if one could be obtained sooner. As soon as the part arrived back round to fit it. Further to fitting the new part others issues were spotted and rectified at no extra cost. Superb service from a very professional locksmith. Would recommend and will use in the future should I need him.

Excellent service all round. We had our frame lock replaced on our UPVC door and after inspection we needed new hinges and thus new handles. Terry was very professional, he sourced all the required parts in rapid time and did an absolute sterling job in fitting/replacing them. Both back doors now work perfectly. Highly recommended.
My husband and i recently moved to Blackpool and needed the locks changing on 3 outside doors. Terry was able to do this effortlessly and we are very happy with how secure our property is now. Definitely recommend VAT Locksmiths & Maintenance!!!
