We couldn't open our garage side door as the lock seemed jammed solid. Phoned Havlins in Central Ave at 10:30 and ten minutes later Dominic arrived and had the problem sorted very quickly (the keeper was too tight and needed a bit of filing and adjustment). He turned down the opportunity to charge for a new lock, which I would happily have paid, saying that the existing lock was fine. Third time in twenty years we've used Havlins and had the same fantastic service each time. Thanks Dominic, I had thought this level of customer service was a thing of the past

These guys have a great reputation and I wasn't disappointed they where great didn't have my odd ball key but was able to make me one from a similar key. I highly recommend top class

Same day call out, very efficient service, 2 issues fixed very quickly, payment by card was able to be made right at the front door. Pleasant person doing the work and the price was very reasonable for what was needing repaired/replaced. Would *highly* recommend!

Needed somebody to come out to look at a PVC front door which wasn't closing properly. It was a simple fix so no charge which was really appreciated. Great service and really pleasant to deal with both over the phone and in person. Will be my first port of call if I need a locksmith in the future.

I needed a locksmith urgently this evening and Havlin’s were out to me within 10 minutes of my call. After fixing and replacing my broken lock They then even fixed 2 of my doors that weren’t closing very well by adjusting them which took longer than the actual job I called them for. These guys are great. I’ll admit I only ended up there though because it was the most convenient place to get keys cut at the time. I usually find myself in a certain chain of key cutters paying well over the odds and inevitably find myself returning when the keys don’t work properly. Not so here. Friendly, attentive, expert, good value service with keys that work first time. I’ll definitely be back.

I called Havlin’s because we had a sticking PVC door and a key jammed in a keyhole. I was assured someone would come out after 1pm on the same day, well, he turned up at 1.30pm and was all wrapped up within 20 minutes! He was friendly, polite and even took time to explain WHAT he was doing and WHY. When it came to payment he was able to take a card payment right on my doorstep so no need to run out and get cash. Cannot fault the service received and I will be sure to use them again in future and to recommend to others.

I managed to break the key in the front door lock late at night. I phoned Havlins at 2300hrs and Ray was out with me within 20 minutes. I was in the house for 2330hrs. I know they advertise a 24hr service.....but this was amazing. They're not even hard to pay !!!

Bought a motorbike with givi luggage kit but the previous owner had lost one of the keys.Before drilling out the lock and ordering a new barrel I give Havlins a call.The guy said he was on his own but if I wasn't in a hurry to bring down the bike and if he got some time he would have a go at picking it.I arrived and guy came out,looked at the lock went in picked a blank key went to the cutting wheel,came out put the key in the lock and opened it.I was speechless.He gave me the key and charged me a fiver all in a few minutes. His name was Declan and he's a bloody legend Highly recommend this master locksmith. Cheers mate.... saved me a lot of grief...I am not worthy Lol.

They replaced they metal part of my car key fob. They are friendly, efficient , and professional. The guy who served me (think his name was Declan) also provided a new battery free of charge as the old one was done.
