Having an area of our garden redesigned by Creative Landscapes was an extremely satisfying experience. Our interactions with with the design consultant were helpful and inspiring, taking us in directions we would not have considered without their input. The implementation team were excellent. Thoroughly professional, considerate and helpful .It was a pleasure to have them on site. And we are delighted with the end result.

As a 30+ year Veteran, I know about teamwork. Corina and her co-workers are an outstanding team that in the space of a day, completely transformed my front garden to an extent that far exceeded my expectations. Throughout the planning process, Corina effortlessly and precisely noted what we said we wanted to achieve and then she and her team produced the goods. I would not have thought that so much effective, detailed work could be done in one day, including setting up an automated watering system. Nothing was too much trouble and a number of additional tasks that were beyond our physical abilities, were willingly undertaken in such a pleasant, helpful manner, rarely seen these days. At every stage, waste was cleared and the area was left neat and tidy. Thank you, Corina and the lads!

We had a number of trees planted by The Big Plant Nursery a few years ago and have had other shrubs from them every now and then. We decided we needed two more trees and didn’t hesitate to use both Corina and the nursery again. They are all wonderful and go above and beyond to make sure that their clients are happy. Creative Landscape transformed our garden, it has gone from being a very uninspiring, depressing area into one that gives us pleasure every time we look at it. Elaine took control of the design, and her team carried out the work and planting. We can’t thank them enough.

We have recently had trees and a drip feed irrigation system put in by Creative Landscape, with the view to screening a neighbour’s house. We are delighted with the completed job, even though it will take a couple of years to reach It’s intended purpose. The guys carrying out the project had to work in a couple of very wet days and were clean, tidy, helpful and respectful of our wishes. They are a credit to the company.👏👏 Their consultant and project leader (Elaine) was extremely helpful and very willing to share with us her considerable knowledge and experience. We have no hesitation in giving Creative Landscape five stars and can highly recommend them.

We have been very impressed with the service and advice received from Creative Landscapes. Everything they said that they would do, they did and the plants were well chosen and well planted. The proof of the pudding will be when the plants start to blossom in the spring, but the care and attention lavished on the project fills us with confidence. I would strongly recommend them..

A wonderful transformation of our garden which was well worth the wait. The pair of guys who came to do the planting were excellent and very conscientious and left a very clean garden in the end. We also installed irrigation which you could hardly spot in the end it was so well concealed. Great support from the very start from Elaine, the designer, in visiting us at home, showing us the plants in the nursery and then laying out the plants on the day of installation. Great team effort. Such a transformation! When it was initially suggested we remove the grass I was hesitant but we decided to put our trust in Elaine's vision and I am so pleased we did! The result is more than we could have imagined and we can't wait to see the garden come to life over the summer and the coming years! We used this great team to replace part of our hedge. From the moment Corina came out to quote, until the completion of the job, everything went smoothly. The team carrying out the clearing and planting were friendly, hard working and very neat. The hedge plants used looking very healthy and the finished result looks fantastic. We are very happy with the service that we received from Corina and the team. Corina took her time to understand what we wanted and created a planting scheme based on our wishes and budget. The installation team worked really hard on the day and were friendly and courteous. Emails received from administration and accounts staff were similarly helpful. We have been delighted with the works carried out by the team on our garden. They have been a delight to work with and the results are stunning.

Complete waste of money. The design service is nothing more than paying for a quote for a list of recommended plants. When they arrived to plant three large trees, more money was demanded to dig bigger holes than anticipated. The trees all snapped at the inappropriate stakes within weeks. Having reluctantly agreed to pay for three new trees at discount, I had them replanted and staked properly. I ended up with three trees all of which are not particularly healthy, one of which has since died and a second has is on its way out. So, in short I have paid for 5 trees two of which have survived with one more nearly dead. Oh, and in all the tree replanting many of the other smaller plants purchased under the same project were also lost. Would not recommend Creative Landscapes or Big Plant at all. Avoid!!!

Elaine and her excellent team at Creative Landscapes have just completed a second project for us and we are again delighted with the end product. The process from design to completion feels easy and stress free; they are very easy to work with. Most importantly, the finished result looks great. We have already booked them in for a final project to complete the garden.

Excellent service from my first visit to the nursery and subsequent phone contact with Julie. Informative pleasant staff in the site office. We chose to have an on site visit from their garden designer, Elaine. After her informed advice and recommendations, we chose the relevant pleached red robin trees assisted by excellent staff member Gemma. We opted to have Creative Landscape plant the trees too. The planting team, Nathan and Duncan discussed the position of the four trees and we're delighted with the result. A thoroughly professional company to deal with.

Elaine was really helpful in advising on what plants would work well in my border and which trees to use to provide the privacy we needed from neighbours. The team that came to plant the large trees arrived on time, they were polite and knowledgeable and even tidied my garden up as well as planting the trees. I was very happy with the final look and look forward to enjoying my garden in the future.

If you want a five star service then this one will suit you. The journey getting to overhauling our garden was painful until we came across this company. We had seen 11 yes 11 different gardening services who frankly at best were unprofessional as well as difficult to get quotes from, plant knowledge or layout design. Creative made a swift appt when we first contacted them, arrived on time equipped with pen and paper. I mention this as several gardening services expected to remember all that we discussed and constantly forgot most of the details when discussed a second time. They kept to the date first mentioned to start the job, arrived on time, had clear instructions on what to do. A team of 4 set to work as soon as they arrived and worked hard until the day they left. I wanted to keep a few of the existing plants and they made sure they were incorporated into the plan which was discussed at length and was moveable even as we started planting so simply nothing was too much trouble. In a world of poor service this company exhibits exactly what you hope you will get and delivers to the best possible heights. For those out there wanting to take the foot work out of finding a company who really do invest a a first class service I have saved you a lot of time and bother. Ring them now and book an appointment as I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Creative landscapes have done a brilliant job, we’ve got a lovely collection of plants and tress to fill in a large section of border and provide some screening, it looks fab. Very efficient and organised team, I highly recommend.

We have always been delighted with the ideas and plants supplied by Big Plant Nursery. Corina came up with an imaginative and realistic planting plan and Steve and his men did a great job (as always) of planting the new trees and shrubs.
