I was having trouble accessing Tidal, Zoom and other apps. Despite trying all the online fixes and spending several unproductive hours, the apps still did not work. I was away from and needed my laptop for a Zoom call. One company I contacted figured that my laptop needed a 'factory reset'. Not happy with that, I contacted Teesside Tek, who managed to fix my laptop without downloading any data. Extremely happy with the fix and the cost. Plus, communication showing me the problem apps working was good. Would use again, despite living in Surrey.

Took my 12 year old laptop. They have done a great job. Kept all my documents updated it to windows 11. I only lost one login game but that couldn't be helped. Although I use windows 11 at work just trying to work my way around it. I asked for a quote after dropping my laptop off after 4pm on the Saturday. Agreed quote was a good price. Picked back up on Sunday after my dinner. Excellent service 👏 thank you 😊

Been here twice now — the first time for a motherboard repair and the second time to install an additional hard drive. Both times the work was completed quickly and professionally, and the prices were very reasonable. my computer was dusty as hell and overheating, Teesside Tek cleaned it.. stripped it and moved it all to a new case with a new AIO. all within less than 24 hours. amazing time frame and with realistic pricing. Have used his services multiple times before and will do again.

We needed help with our iMac and it is difficult to locate technicians who have experience of these computers and are willing to do home visits. Amazing ! Currys wanted a minimum of £50 just to trace the fault might take 7 days and then I would get a quote for the repair and might take another 7 days or more because of holidays. I saw the reviews for Teessidetek online. Messaged, dropped my laptop off and had it back in 2 days at a cost of £60. Working perfectly again. Next time I will just go straight to Teessidetek. Very impressed.

Ive had a problem with my hard drive and got teesside tek to have a go a fixing it. I knew the task was a difficult one but they attended anyway. Sadly the drive has un-salvageable. Teesside tek had brilliant communication while trying. I picked up the broken drive and wasnt charge. Super friendly too.

I had a problem with my desktop computer, I contacted Teesside Tec by text who responded within minutes, after brief explanation of problem, he agreed to attend my home the same day, fixed the problem within 30 minutes and gave me some advice ref upgrades. Was visiting family in middlesbrough and while there had a problem with my laptop. It had all my important work stuff on it. Panaking didn't know what to do. A family member recommended teeside tec. Dropped my laptop off and next day laptop was ready for collection all sorted at surprisingly low price. (£50 tip) given Amazing service would give 10 stars if I could. 100% recommend if you live in middlesbrough.
