Reviewers praise Barnes Walker’s inventive designs and the transformation of an untidy garden into a low-maintenance space, with positive feedback on listening to clients. One caller describes an unwelcoming response to an enquiry and felt their foreign accent influenced the interaction.
Fantastic experience with Barnes Walker! Our garden was a bit of an eyesore, and it has now been transformed. They listened to what we wanted, and have created a gorgeous, low maintenance garden which we can enjoy. Thank you !
What a joke. I rang their office to make some inquiries about a job and the lady on the line clearly didn't want to speak with a potential client. She must have been put off cause of my foreign accent. Great way to run a business guys!
Professional service, with innovative and smart designs! I have been working with them for last 5 years in Luxury housing in Manchester; and has been surprised and thrilled with their ideas, designs and great service every time.
