I've used Cox Landscapes for a variety of fence panels, posts, gates. All extremely well built. Tom took the time to help make sure I got the right products based on my measurements. I highly recommend Cox Landscapes for your trade needs!

Great service - had a couple panels were slightly lighter than the rest. They came and swapped them out straight away - brilliant customer service. 10/10

We have used Cox Landscapes happily for many years, recently we had a slightly different project and yet again they stepped up. Tom was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we met our deadlines. Highly recommended. Thank you

Called this morning frantacilly needing post and rail with a naughty horse who wanted to escape! they where so helpful, and delivering with in a few hours! very competitive prices, and super super helpful!!

Was served by Tom at the yard office, he was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much bother. Had what I needed and sorted quickly and professionally. Will definitely be back, great service

I’ve used Cox Landscapes a few times now and as a novice landscaper they’ve always been extremely helpful, patient and guided me in the right direction when required. Deliveries have been spot on, flexible around me with zero fuss. It’s been a pleasant surprise to have a company that combines great products with such a supportive professional service. A big thanks to Tom and Jamie for their knowledge and help throughout my garden renovation project, it’s very much appreciated. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Always have what I need, good fast service. Knowledgeable staff and polite always.

Staff are very knowledgeable about the product they are selling which is rare today Nice and reasonably priced too

I have used the team at Cox’s landscapes quite a few times and it’s always been a good experience They did a great project for us in our garden, and also have a great local delivery service for materials for various garden projects.

Very helpful was in despite need of some fencing phone them up was able to collect 30 minutes later had it out ready for me very polite people and fairly price

Very helpful staff professional and patient, when they deliver they are so helpful could not ask for more thank you gentlemen.

Just replacing a large area of decking. The quality price and sizes of the timber decking are far the best in the area. Very helpful staff and great delivery also just added some treated posts and postfix, again at great prices. Can thoroughly recommend these guys, really worth a try .

Had some bow top 7' foot fence panels made recently, helpful staff and a good quality product.

Thanks Tom and Ewan brilliant service

Good service good price.

What can I say but, super value for money, I brought some feather edge boards, a fraction of the cost on what other companies charged. The chap that I dealt with was so knowledgeable and very helpful, I would definitely recommend Cox landscaping

Helpful and kind staff, great environment

Shockingly bad. Cox Landscapes Ltd is and has been a disgrace on our development. Staff arrive on site and sit in their vans for hours doing absolutely nothing, and when they finally get to work, the quality of the work is mediocre at best. Planting trees and bushes were quite many die shortly after being planted. Would absolutely not recommend Cox Landscapes to anyone.

As a tradesman I’ve been using Cox landscapes for my fencing supplies for over 20 years. Friendly service, fair pricing and reliable.

Very good prices! Lovely team, Will definitely be using them day to day, thanks too the guys in the shop Tom and Bob extremely helpful!!

Always great service and prices

Knowledgeable staff, purchased some shrubs, great quality thank you tom

Not being in the fencing game I was unsure where to go and was recommended Cox Landscapes by another local fencing supply company. I was unsure of exactly what I needed so I explained the project I was doing to which they sorted out a list of gear which was duly delivered a couple of days later. Craig served me and could not have been more polite and helpful. Thanks, fence completed and looking good.

Superb company with well trained helpful employees. I have used this company and would highly recommend them .

Great customer & professional service, would definitely recommend!

Terrible company! Provided with a contract for a development and never completed the job, steer clear, dishonest company!!!

Thankyou for your help excellent service

Tom great service and great product we will be back

I ordered some turf through Tom at Cox Landscapes, he could not have been more helpful and the turf is of a very good quality. Thank you very much

We have been using Cox's for years. Whenever we need any fencing supplies, timber tree caging materials etc this is where we go. Fair prices and helpful staff as well as a wide array of products. Fast response when you email them for a quote as well. Ollie Bee Brook Ltd

Excellent customer service from Tom. Extremely helpful, managing to source various products we needed for our project. Excellent communication and very patient when we added things onto our order, he was so accommodating when we needed to change date for delivery as well. Thank you!👌

Excellent customer service and quality of their products at competitive prices, recommended

Great service from Tom and Bob professional and experts in the field of landscape products we will be back again thank you

Ordered Turf late afternoon, Gentleman was very helpful and said he would phone in the morning when it arrive, true to his word got phone call early morning advising me it was out for delivery. Two nice men delivered the turf and were very polite and helpful. We have used this Company on a couple of occasions and they are very helpful, professional and very good on prices 5 Star

Just collected some featheredge boards etc. Great service from a very helpful team as usual.

Fairly on price Really poor service ,some of them employees

Great bunch of lads, helped me out, much appreciated.

Needs to learn to drive.

Very helpful staff

Nice little outfit, currently buying my dried kiln sand from them for driveways etc. Bigger bags and cheaper than B and Q where I was buying this from. Easy drive in and out system, works well. I will definitely consider them in the future when buying any timber as they hold a lot of stock there. 👍

Always helpful- good bunch of guys- bit too muddy though. Best walk last 100 yards unless you're ready for a vehicle wash!

Very helpful professional and great service and price top supplier

We had our turf laid as part of a new build development by Cox. Unfortunately, the quality has turned out to be very poor. Half of our lawn is now dead along a very clear line and the ground is very lumpy. Upon further investigation the turf was laid directly onto the building site as there is huge rocks and no topsoil evident. Our puppy also found shards of metal just below the turf which is incredibly dangerous for both animals and children. We are disappointed as it wasn't cheap and now we will have to redo. Avoid.

Top fencing supplier around here good stock and good prices helpfully guys In the yard 10/10

We live on a new development in Framlingham where Cox landscapes have landscaped the whole development. Much of the planting is very poor including trees (30% of trees are dead). Trees have been planted with no deer guards despite being in a rural area. Standard turf has been put down in areas designated on the plans for wildflower and the wildflower areas that were seeded were cut despite being in flower throughout 2021 not allowing them to establish properly at all. It's clear this company are cutting costs and planting trees of improper size and standard giving them a much lower chance of survival. I will be taking forward the wildflower issue to local planning as this was earmarked for biodiversity and what Cox has provided doesnt meet this requirement at all

Great building place. Helpful staff. Easy to find delivery point. Quikly unload.

Great selection of all sorts of wood for the garden

Great place good quality and brilliant service

Great place Helpful staff

Very helpful and polite yard and sales staff. Extremely reasonable delivery charges. They sell everything for your landscaping project - timber, fence posts, screws, cement etc. A word of advice - take a map. Driving into their depot is like driving into an unfamiliar small town.

One member of yard staff really should be sacked, rude and bloody aggressive

All your fencing materials in one place

Always got what ya need

Very helpful, good stock

Brilliant place. Friendly staff, good prices and lots in stock. Highly recommended.

Good helpful staff who know what they are talking about the best place to buy your timber.

Excellent service Placed order at 10.20am yesterday, and received about 2.30pm the same day. Couldn't wish for better service, & I will use again.

An unbelievably helpful place .... Jamie and Charles could not have been more helpful. Thanks chaps,

Wanted to make a small order of 2 fence panels and 2 posts. Spoke with Charles who processed our order and had them delivered the next morning. Thank you Charles for your help ! Cox's products are always top quality.

Absolute superb service. I ordered the wrong fence panels, they were exchanged, difference refunded instantly, all within the hour. Lad who delivered couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommended

Great service highly recommended Charles and Jamie in the office know the products and speedy turnaround after placing the order. Quality is good.

What can I say - these guys were lifesavers to me and my husband in supplying and delivering concrete fence posts very last minute - 2 day turnaround from ordering to delivering. Competitively priced, friendly guys in the office (Charles and Jamie), would use them again for sure. Cheers guys.

Fantastic Service (A*******). I was recommended Cox Landscapes, and the professional service and quality of the timber and materials provided is second to none!!. Both Jamie and Charles could not have been anymore helpful and are a pleasure to deal with. I will be using Cox Landscapes for all my future requirements and will also recommend to others to use. Thanks, Dominic

Great service, knowledgeable, flexible absolutely highly recommend.

Great service by Charles, would highly recommend for superb service and products!

Extremely helpful. We had a delivery 2 weeks ago but we had not ordered enough timber for our project. ( totally our fault!) needed extra timber to finish. Spoke to Charles whose has arranged for the extra to be delivered. Thank you Cox Landscapes. Highly recommended

Really friendly and helpfull every time we unload there

Amazing everything. The staff were incredible. So helpful and knowledgeable about what is needed for the job. They advised me so well that they stopped me over spending by 50 quid. And they were cheaper than all the other places. Mark was particularly helpful and his customer service has ensure that I won't go anywhere else and feel stupid for going elsewhere in the past! Great job all
