I’ve used Cox Landscapes a few times now and as a novice landscaper they’ve always been extremely helpful, patient and guided me in the right direction when required. Deliveries have been spot on, flexible around me with zero fuss. It’s been a pleasant surprise to have a company that combines great products with such a supportive professional service. I have used the team at Cox’s landscapes quite a few times and it’s always been a good experience They did a great project for us in our garden, and also have a great local delivery service for materials for various garden projects.

Just replacing a large area of decking. The quality price and sizes of the timber decking are far the best in the area. Very helpful staff and great delivery also just added some treated posts and postfix, again at great prices. Can thoroughly recommend these guys, really worth a try .
Had some bow top 7' foot fence panels made recently, helpful staff and a good quality product.
What can I say but, super value for money, I brought some feather edge boards, a fraction of the cost on what other companies charged. The chap that I dealt with was so knowledgeable and very helpful, I would definitely recommend Cox landscaping
Shockingly bad. Cox Landscapes Ltd is and has been a disgrace on our development. Staff arrive on site and sit in their vans for hours doing absolutely nothing, and when they finally get to work, the quality of the work is mediocre at best. Planting trees and bushes were quite many die shortly after being planted. Would absolutely not recommend Cox Landscapes to anyone.

Not being in the fencing game I was unsure where to go and was recommended Cox Landscapes by another local fencing supply company. I was unsure of exactly what I needed so I explained the project I was doing to which they sorted out a list of gear which was duly delivered a couple of days later. Craig served me and could not have been more polite and helpful. Thanks, fence completed and looking good.

Dangerous driver on motorway coming off junction towards braintree while i had my son in the car swerved into our lane almost crashed into us. Sort your drivers out.

Ordered Turf late afternoon, Gentleman was very helpful and said he would phone in the morning when it arrive, true to his word got phone call early morning advising me it was out for delivery. Two nice men delivered the turf and were very polite and helpful. We have used this Company on a couple of occasions and they are very helpful, professional and very good on prices 5 Star

Nice little outfit, currently buying my dried kiln sand from them for driveways etc. Bigger bags and cheaper than B and Q where I was buying this from. Easy drive in and out system, works well. I will definitely consider them in the future when buying any timber as they hold a lot of stock there. 👍

We had our turf laid as part of a new build development by Cox. Unfortunately, the quality has turned out to be very poor. Half of our lawn is now dead along a very clear line and the ground is very lumpy. Upon further investigation the turf was laid directly onto the building site as there is huge rocks and no topsoil evident. Our puppy also found shards of metal just below the turf which is incredibly dangerous for both animals and children. We are disappointed as it wasn't cheap and now we will have to redo. Avoid.

We live on a new development in Framlingham where Cox landscapes have landscaped the whole development. Much of the planting is very poor including trees (30% of trees are dead). Trees have been planted with no deer guards despite being in a rural area. Standard turf has been put down in areas designated on the plans for wildflower and the wildflower areas that were seeded were cut despite being in flower throughout 2021 not allowing them to establish properly at all. It's clear this company are cutting costs and planting trees of improper size and standard giving them a much lower chance of survival. I will be taking forward the wildflower issue to local planning as this was earmarked for biodiversity and what Cox has provided doesnt meet this requirement at all

Very helpful and polite yard and sales staff. Extremely reasonable delivery charges. They sell everything for your landscaping project - timber, fence posts, screws, cement etc. A word of advice - take a map. Driving into their depot is like driving into an unfamiliar small town.
One member of yard staff really should be sacked, rude and bloody aggressive

Extremely helpful. We had a delivery 2 weeks ago but we had not ordered enough timber for our project. ( totally our fault!) needed extra timber to finish. Spoke to Charles whose has arranged for the extra to be delivered. Thank you Cox Landscapes. Highly recommended
We bought metal railings from Mark - without seeing them and collected by courier. They are great, good condition - just what we need for our rescue spaniel. They were very reasonably priced too!

Amazing everything. The staff were incredible. So helpful and knowledgeable about what is needed for the job. They advised me so well that they stopped me over spending by 50 quid. And they were cheaper than all the other places. Mark was particularly helpful and his customer service has ensure that I won't go anywhere else and feel stupid for going elsewhere in the past!
