Very professional and provided a quick service to my request for a Japanese Knotweed survey. Report was created and sent to me very quickly, which helped as I was about to purchase a property and needed clarification either way. Fortunately, there was nothing to worry about. Would recommend this company for any help regarding this very invasive species of plant.

My experience has been exceptional the recepionist, surveyor and director were all very helpful when we thought we might loose the purchase of our property, even though our solicitor dropped it on us that the lender required a new guarantee the day everyone finished for Christmas. They corresponded with me and reassured me even whilst they were on annual leave.
