I can thoroughly recommend Emma and the Kitchen Warehouse both in terms of the products available and pre and post sales support. My wife and I are delighted with our kitchen which has been installed for 5 years now. It always brings a smile to my face whenever I walk into our new kitchen. Emma is a very experienced and professional kitchen designer. Her ideas and advice undoubtedly resulted in our Masterclass kitchen being the fabulous cooking and entertaining space that it now is. From the units and storage to the hob, extract and ovens Emma provided a complete service.

I was looking for a new kitchen and had a tight timeframe to get it completed prior to my daughters wedding. I visited a number of kitchen showrooms and eventually decided on Winchester Kitchen Warehouse, the Masterclass range and including all new appliances and painting. Emma and Richard at Kitchen Warehouse were extremely helpful, friendly and resolved the couple of minor issues that arose both promptly and with no fuss. Emma recommended Goodwood Kitchens to do the installation, Mike Liddiard and his team did an excellent job. Altogether I was very pleased with the way the entire projects was managed within my timescales and the kitchen looks great. I would certainly recommend Winchester Kitchen warehouse together with their chosen installer Goodwood kitchens for any new kitchens.

I have been into the store twice to discuss the Masterclass kitchen design with Emma. I've also sent her our architect's plans and measurements. For 2 months now, despite my emailing and leaving phone messages, no one has got back to me. I assume they don't want to sell us a kitchen.

After having checked the usual big suppliers it was a breath of fresh air to walk into the show room. The furniture was top quality. Emma was attentive and came up with ideas which added to the design. The delivery was on time. The fitter was able to get timely response to any questions. I was dreading having my kitchen done. With masterclass Emma and the kitchen fitter it was a dream.

Emma and the team at Kitchen Warehouse did an incredible job of understanding my needs for a modern bespoke kitchen that complemented the way I wanted to use the space. Emma's design was ideal, with her experience she steered me away from decisions that I now understand would have been a disaster and I have a kitchen I love.

I had designed my kitchen following building work to widen and lengthen my old one and I chose the Kitchen Warehouse because I was told that Emma (at the Winchester branch) would help project manage the process. From the moment we walked into the showroom Emma was a delight. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She was very patient and understood what we were looking for, from our kitchen. Several attempts to perfect our design later, she was always on hand if we had any questions and kept us up-to-date on the status of our order including electrical items. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to order another kitchen. My finished kitchen is just what we wanted.

We were looking for good quality kitchen units with real wood doors. Kelvin introduced us to the Masterclass range and after many design meetings we got a great kitchen. Throughout this Kelvin was always very helpful and responsive which made the process smooth and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble. There were a few snags, as you might expect, which Kelvin resolved without drama. Kelvin also recommended a kitchen fitter, someone he had worked with on other projects, who did a great job for us. Very pleased.

A great experience from Eco Kitchens, good polite friendly helpful service from Phil the kitchen installer and Emma helped with the design and features. We had a budget in mind and managed to keep within the budget without compromise. Very pleased.

Emma was a delight to work with on the design of a replacement kitchen for a rental property. She made good suggestions given the brief, provided prompt quotes and drawings and was always happy to discuss ideas. I was very pleased with the finished kitchen, and am impressed with the quality - having rented the house out for two years since the kitchen was fitted it still looks like new.

We're really pleased with our new kitchen. Kelvin did a great job and was patient with all our changes along the way. A couple of the units were damaged in transit but these were replaced without any difficulty straight away.

Emma of Eco-Interiors TRANSFORMED our home. With her artistic eye and experienced respect for functionality, she magically turned our tiny cramped kitchen into a beautiful cooking space for two, and our small third bedroom into a generous office/work room. Not only are we delighted with the final result but from beginning to end Emma consulted and communicated with us regularly. She came up with the designs, made suggestions for appliances and fittings, ordered all materials, recommended builders, and as the building work commenced, she checked in regularly to consult with us and the builders. Excellent service and kitchen! From the start of the process; designing the kitchen, choosing units and fixtures, through to fitting and completion of the kitchen the service we received was exceptional. The design of the kichen was worked out to fully meet the needs of our family and maximising the space available. The quality of the kitchen has been excellent and the fitting was carried out efficiently and with great craftmanship.

Emma is an incredibly knowledgeable kitchen designer and her experience shone through when helping us with our new kitchen. When we needed a new kitchen we asked Emma at Kitchen Warehouse to draw up a design. Of the two designs she presented, one instantly caught our eye. Emma's local knowledge was invaluable and she gave us the names of a couple of local builders and fitters to do the work and they were a pleasure to work with. I came upon Eco Interiors by accident whilst researching bathroom installations for our whole house renovation project in the adjacent showroom. I already had my new kitchen lined up from a well known DIY store but was impressed by the kitchens on display. The sales assistant approached me offering help and advice but I had to admit that I was purely window shopping and that the beautiful kitchens would undoubtably be beyond my budget, to which the reply was “you would be surprised!”. We chatted and discussed my requirements which led to Emma offering to put together a quotation to substantiate her claim. She was right – I WAS pleasantly surprised and after working together on the plans to realise my dream kitchen – I now have it! I have a far superior quality kitchen at a lower price than my original high street choice and I am delighted with the outcome.
