Called Patrick out to replace a tap in my late father's house. He responded immediately and came out the next day. He let us know what work was required and how much it would cost before he started and carried it out the same day. Very good service and we appreciate him fitting us in at such short notice!

Company refuses to do small jobs without any reason Edit: I will contest your removal as this is a fair reflection of my experience with your company. My review is solely based on the customer service aspect that I received. A generic response would have been the least I would have expected after I contacted you directly. Your claim of having never spoken is factually incorrect, having sent over photos and a description.

Patrick sourced, supplied and fitted two new radiators in my home. He went over and above what other contractors had been willing to do to source a radiator to fit the existing pipework in the bathroom in order not to have to damage stone floor tiles. He was polite. knowledgable, tidy completed the job efficiently and to a very high standard. I will be using Patricks services again in the very near future and have no hesitation in recommending him to my work clients and friends and family.

Patrick and his team did an amazing job, refitting our kitchen, adding a new island with electrics, water softener, outside tap, outside dog shower, and herringbone tiled walls. he even fitted out our airing cupboard with hand built shelving

Patrick completed a bathroom fit, floor fitting, tiling and interior wall remove and rebuild on our 1930s end of terrace. He communicated issues in a timely and concise manner providing easy to understand explanations and provided his opinion so we could make informed decisions. Holding his work to the highest standards he completed a complete bathroom build from zero to ready to use as expected of a consummate professional. I would 100% recommend him and he will be the first person I call for our upcoming work.

Excellent service! Patrick came out to look at issues I was having with my toilet whereby it was not flushing/filling up correctly (On a Sunday I might add!). Whilst he couldn't repair it on the day, he did advise how I could use a screwdriver to manually stop the cistern from filling up, which was an excellent temporarily solution. A day later, Patrick came and repaired the toilet with a new part and it's worked perfectly since. Five stars!

Encountered difficulties with my shower, where we were unable to access hot water. PJ Refurbishments were very approachable to speak to and provided multiple options to resolve the issue. In the end we had them come to replace the shower with a new one. In person, they were professional and did a great job. Highly recommend

Patrick is my nephew but this is an unbiased review because he was paid to do work for me as if I was an unknown client. There were no family favours involved. The comfort for me was knowing he is a hard worker who is honest and reliable so it was a no brainer to have him do work in my home. Again, that is nothing to do with him being family that is his natural approach to his work which he takes the utmost pride in.

Amazing job! Patrick has re-done our bathroom he is very nice and professional. He changed the window, moved a wall to put a enclosed a shower tray, changed the door, toilet, and basin. He did a great job with the tiles and with the embedded mirror. He did everything we asked him to and suggested how to improve them. We highly recommend him!

Patrick replaced two old loos - the first was a fairly standard job, but the bottom floor toilet was heavy and had a radiator behind that was rusted solid. He removed that at the exact time required so the flooring could be replaced then came back to install the new one, just before we moved into the house. He couldn't have done more for us and we were delighted with his help. Great job, thanks Patrick.

Patrick replaced our on suite shower tray, splash backs, floor and flooring. All in a very tight space for such a big lad. He is very hard working and works to a high standard. He does his upmost to keep the jobsite and surrounding area as clean as possible. We found his costs to be very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Patrick refitted our bathroom and cloakroom, as well as making changes in our utility room. Everything was done to a very high standard. Patrick refurbished our bathroom to a very high standard. No problem was an issue even when he had to replace all the joists. He was meticulous about the finish - everything was done to a very high standard and I am thrilled with it. We have used Patrick several times - he replaced the boiler and radiators when we moved house. I would have no hesitation recommending him!

Very happy with the job Patrick did for me. I needed to replace an old shower, bathscreen and tiles in a flat. As I wasn't there when the job was being done Patrick was great at giving daily updates. He has a keen eye for detail and takes care to get a great finish. Patrick is a tidy worker, good at timescale, very easy going and accommodating, especially when I hadn't ordered sufficient number of feature tiles - he could have been frustrated but he just worked around it (he even collected the additional tiles for me). I would definitely recommend Pat for any bathroom renovation. I certainly will use him again in the future.
