We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with WHW and the results are absolutely stunning. From the initial design consultation with John Howard to the final walkthrough the experience was professional, seamless & well worth the investment. John understood what was required and had a lot of his own ideas, which was extremely helpful. John suggested the perfect layout which maximised our storage. The craftsmanship is top quality and attention to detail is evident. We were kept informed every step of the way and they stuck to the timeline. At the end of every step the install team left the area completely clean & tidy. We cannot recommend WHW enough.
We had a great experience with Wooden Heart of Weybridge. The service we received was beyond 5 stars! Simon was very conscience to make sure the kitchen fittings were the right within our space. We did go through the drawings a few times before finalising and Simon was beyond helpful. He visited the site a on several occasions and worked with us to make sure everything was perfect. As we were a new build our timing fluctuated, Wooden Heart worked with us throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Wooden Heart of Weybridge if you are doing a new build. The kitchen is practical, functional and attractive. We have had several dinner parties already and everyone loves the kitchen.
It's the little details that set a great design for a kitchen. The clever utilisation within the space and configuration around existing utilities made for a perfect arrangement. Simon and the team at WHW were excellent and helped cement the choice of units, colours and accessories. Their installation team were awesome. Highly recommended.
For a small area the redesign was excellently envisaged to enable efficient use of the space and maximise storage. The work was conducted timerously and communications were prompt. Fitters arrived on time were courteous and tidy. We were delighted and thoroughly recommend this company.
Had a beautiful Rotpunkt kitchen & utility room installed by Wooden Heart of Weybridge with lots of cabinets and drawers, a large island and extensive quartz worksurfaces/splashbacks. Expertly fitted. Great range and pricing - exceptional pre and after sales service. They have an inspiring showroom and you get the benefit of a long established, very experienced company which offers really personal service. Very pleased with the beautiful and very practical kitchen we've now got. Would heartily recommend.
Kitchen for Victorian house renovation. POSITIVE: design process and staff Designer was helpful and patient. Answered all my questions and didn't pressure any decisions. Subsequently offered to adjust a few small items in the finished product. Staff are polite and friendly. NEGATIVE: fit and finish of the kitchen Fitment - Panels cut very poorly, with rough edges and deep cuts visible. - Large end panel cut too short with visible gap to ceiling. - Top panels too narrow leaving large gap to ceiling. - Ovens fitted with incorrect shelf, leaving large gaps and final trims force-fitted causing one side to bend. - Noticeable flex in fridge/freezer doors, with visible rubbing on one corner leaving a mark on the inner oak panel. - Many doors not properly aligned and uneven. - Panels under cabinets not cut evenly leaving noticeable gaps. - Pull-out bin door has visible screw hole where an incorrect handle has been fitted and then replaced with the correct handle. - Corner piece under the peninsular seems to have a split in the middle that looks to have been glued back in. - Lower corner panel looks to be mounted too low, or the worktop has not been fitted correctly. There is a sizeable gap showing. - Above the extractor when opening cabinet doors pieces have been cut out of panels to allow for door hinges. These have been cut very roughly and are obvious as soon as the cabinet doors are opened. Finish - Significant flaws in painted doors and panels. Some are well painted, while others seem to have minimal paint leaving noticeable side by side differences in finish. - Replacement panels to address poor fitment arrived in completely different shade but were installed anyway. - Some sections of woodgrain finish had noticeable gaps in paint. - Significant number of rough edges and chips to various cabinet doors. Other - Pull out hose for tap not extending properly. - Gaps in splash back joins. - Lights under cabinets not positioned per the original plan. Later adjusted but then spaced differently under different cabinets. Initial response from Wooden Heart was to attempt to patch flaws and cover with touch-up paint. Some items such as additional hinges were added to doors but didn't address fundamental issues. Biggest concern is that Wooden Heart didn’t admit any of the problems and presumably hoped I wouldn’t notice. Even when they thoroughly inspected the kitchen they only responded to items I had pointed out, and ignored other flaws until I later pointed out more to them. I also am concerned about what other problems there are with the kitchen that I haven’t seen. I am now having to pay an independent carpenter to check the work by Wooden Heart as I have no confidence left in them. There is currently no plan in place to resolve all the problems, and the kitchen is beginning to hold up completion of the house.
Excellent design and installation teams resulted in my dream kitchen. Key to the successful project was the attention to detail, great communication and very high quality units, appliances and stone worktops. Highly recommended.
Great company - beautiful kitchens and wonderful service at affordable prices
A really great company. Fantastic design, fitting and overall customer service. 100% recommend.
I would highly recommend Wooden Heart Kitchens. The fitters were prompt and efficient. Overall I am very pleased with their bespoke product.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Si at Wooden Hart of Weybridge on our kitchen project, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The design process was smooth and enjoyable, thanks to Si's creative vision and attention to detail. Any adaptions we made were executed quickly and with no fuss. The project was completed quickly and efficiently, with a lot of flexibility to accommodate our specific needs. Si, in particular, was fantastic to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in our satisfaction. Would Highly recommend! Thank you, Si and the Wooden Hart team, for a job well done! 🌟
Just wanted to finish on the year after a very long house build to say thanks to Wooden heart Kitchen for a great kitchen. Sending in cleaners, returning for minor snagging and having the design eye and expertise to finish a kitchen on an ever moving budget. So, not always the fastest in coming back to you on a quote, but I've also experienced other suppliers and they attention to detail and end product is excellent. So that's the pay off. It's worth it. Happy Christmas ans happy new year to all do the WHW team fitters and showroom.
We recently had the pleasure of working with the WHW team and we couldn't be more impressed with their exceptional service. Right from the start, the entire team were helpful, patient and took the time to understand what we wanted from our new kitchen, which was part of a whole house renovation. They guided us through the process of designing the kitchen and utility room and we worked together to come up with an amazing plan. We made lots of changes along the way and they were patient and amenable to these, and were even happy to make some last minute changes during the installation process. They offered really great after care service even after installation was complete. The quality of the kitchen also speaks for itself and it has become the focal point for our newly renovated home. Shout out to Simon, Michelle, Paul and the installers for their professionalism and warmth that made the process of achieving our dream kitchen a really enjoyable process.
It's the worst service you can imagine. poor quality fittings and been attempting to replace a faulty door for 6 months. staff is rude and fabricates excuses constantly, that the material comes from far away, that the fitter has resigned. then they call you to say all is on order only to find out weeks later it was all a lie, nothing is on order. next you find out you are asked to measure items yourself, you become a kitcken expert in the process and pay a hefty amount for the kitchen in the process too. you better off with Ikea honestly so much quicker and cheaper
Can't recommend Wooden Heart Weybridge highly enough. The product they deliver is fantastic and their service brilliant. Lovely people to work with and I have a beautiful kitchen to thank them for!
As good as ever! This is the 5th kitchen I have had from Wooden Heart and the product range and service just keeps going from strength to strength and in particular Louis Arnold who is an exceptional ideas guy as well as a unique problem solver and all of this is done with ease and a smile on his face. Nothing is an issue and even with a high maintanance client like me I know we will always arrive at a satisfactory place with everything. However I can't give all the credit to Mr Arnold as he is supported completly by Michelle who picks up any slack and really goes above and beyond to ensure comunication is slick, thorough and on point. I can't recomend this company & team enough and will continue to use them always for all and any kitchen requirements we have.
Great service!
I had such a great experience using Louis and the team at WHW that I was very surprised to see any negative reviews on here. We've just completed a major house renovation and I can hand on heart say the easiest part by far was the kitchen. Louis has such a passion for getting the design right and couldn't be more helpful. He has a solution for everything. The installation team just got on with it. When there were small snags, it was mostly things they picked up on themselves and worked out a solution for before it became a problem. I didn't have any surprise extra charges. Noting one of the other reviews I'd say yes it might sometimes take a while to get information through in the early stages, but I expect a degree of that from comapnies that are successful in their field because they're in demand, and true expertise is in limited supply. Highly recommend WHW.
Just had a wonderful kitchen installed. Staff amazing and nothing too much trouble. A wonderful local family business. Highly recommend
We are thrilled with our new kitchen. Fitters Steve and Keith were excellent as is Paul with his excellent after care service. Louis’s expert advice was superb. Very good ideas for our rather small kitchen. Overall an excellent organisation who highly value their customers and provide excellent service. Highly recommend 👍👍😊
WHW have fitted a number of kitchens for me both personally and for my company (house builder). The WHW team have never let me down, from the initial design to the fitting and after sales service.
Amazing job. Simon designed my dream kitchen. Cannot fault the services what so ever. The fitter Steve was excellent and nothing too much trouble. All the staff were so respectful and polite and very accommodating. Also Michelle was my first point of contact and went leaps and bounds to have things just the way I wanted and promptly. Paul the plumber fantastic too. I also recommend use of there recommended electrician as he too was fantastic. A very happy customer 😁
Amazing Company!! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Designer Simon was very knowledgeable, flexible and such a super guy to work with. Listened to our needs and made them fit carefully into the overall design. Paul who fitted the Kitchen, was brilliant, polite, friendly, and so skilled at what he did. A joy to have in the house. And he made bespoke banquet seating to match the kitchen. He went Above and Beyond! Such a delight to work with a professional company like this. Having been burnt by cowboys in the past, we were thrilled to have been recommended WHW and thrilled ever since we made the decision to go ahead. Exceeded all expectations. (And we've had lots of work done and experience many building companies in the past, so we have a good feel for what is expected). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Andy & Zoe. Weybridge.
Extremely happy with the service I received from Wooden Heart of Weybridge in 2022 which consisted of a complete design and installation of a large kitchen and utility room. Louis was so patient with all my queries and changes, and was hugely knowledgeable, and the whole team was professional from start to finish. Delighted with the finished product. Would definitely recommend. Thank you WHW.
Exceptional design, customer service, communication and I now have the most beautiful and practical kitchen that I could ever have anticipated . I cannot stress how happy I am with all areas of the work from the beautiful design , by Simon, and the incredible workmanship , by Paul. Every little space has been made use of. I simply went into their beautiful showroom in Weybridge and chose everything within minutes. Then Simon used the information , having first photographed my initial kitchen , to produce my new kitchen image on the computer. So impressive . I just cannot thank them enough and my faith has been restored re excellent old school workmanship and customer care. Thank you so much !
very bad customer service, the "designers" and show room managers give false promises, they say they come back to you and reply, they never do, they quote you and then when you want to order, the price almost triples, apparently some factory refit meaning that they weren't taking any orders "this side of 2022", someone else here had mentioned B&Q, if you are after service, quality of these guys MIGHT be better, but then again IF you cant have a pleasant service and experience, you might as well go to Howdens or even another overpriced kitchen company but not these guys
I popped in today without an appointment and I was really impressed with the showroom. There was a huge variety of modern and traditional kitchens to look at and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly.
Shockingly poor level of customer service. Blatantly lied or gave false promises to me several times over the phone and the quality of the visuals was worse that a B&Q design. I cannot comment on the value because after 2 weeks they still haven't come back with a quote for a very simple kitchen design. 3 other companies came back in 3 days or less. I tried to give these guys every opportunity to provide plans, visuals and costings for a kitchen, because the reviews of the Rotpunkt kitchen were better than the other German kitchens we had looked at and been quoted on. But after a a week of waiting and then a week of chasing them daily and being told "we will get them to you by lunchtime" or "give me a few hours" or "my software isn't working" "I've lost your email address" "I promise to get them to you this evening"..... It's now Friday and we still have no costings. I've worked with tens of different suppliers, and fitted various different types of kitchens but I've never ever come across such a poorly run business like this. I can accept software issues or technical issues, but don't lie or promise things that you know won't be delivered. Don't make customers feel that you think exhibitions are more important than their kitchen order, or tell them that "another customer is in a more advanced stage than you so you will have to wait" When potentially spending 10's of thousands on a kitchen, each customer needs to feel like they are the only person you are dealing with and that's what makes other suppliers from stand out from these guys. I had high hopes with this one but it really is lipstick on a pig.
I have read your response and your information is incorrect . Pam from your warehouse has sent me an email confirming that the tap was well within it's warranty period and they did everything they could to avoid rectifying the problem . If you are thinking of buying a kitchen from Wooden Heart , please beware , as they are totally unhelpful when there is a problem with their equipment and workmanship .
We did a major extension and were advised to talk to Wooden Heart. We had a fantastic experience with them - NOTHING and I mean NOTHING was too much problem. Great creative design - we had a few odd corners and choice upon choice of colours cupboards etc etc . Price was a factor but again they guided us through it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and the staff to anyone. Thanks again guys
Great experience all round! In love with my new kitchen
I would not touch them ever again and I urge no one else to, over priced, late delivery, broken promises and unfinished work. Unresponsive/evasive Directors that leave it to their front line team to deal with the mess. The cherry on the cake was the sink falling through into the cupboard because they fitted it with silicon rather than an adhesive.
