WOW! If you're looking for incredible service and a beautiful, high-quality kitchen, I couldn't recommend Cherry Kitchens enough. From the very first design appointment, Ben was fantastic. He completely understood the look I was going for from the start, and that's no easy task because I'm very particular! Ross was equally amazing. I had a very specific vision for the brass handles and finer details, and he absolutely nailed it. It was exactly how I had imagined it. When it came to fitting the kitchen, the team were brilliant. They kept us informed throughout the whole process, explained everything they were doing, and followed the design plan perfectly. Their attention to detail was second to none. Thank you all so much for creating my dream kitchen. You can really tell it's a family-run business by the care, pride, and attention that goes into every part of the process. Overall bad service. 2 months after having the sink fitted. It cracked. The work surfaces don't sit level anymore. Overall. Shoddy service
I highly recommend Cherry Kitchen! The whole team were professional, responsive, friendly, and did an amazing job completely transforming my kitchen. They were trustworthy and respectful in my home. They also came up with really helpful suggestions and creative ideas to make the most of the space. I appreciated that they brought samples to my home so I could see how the colours would look in the actual lighting in my home. It was extremely helpful that they were able to confirm the total price for all the work at the start which was reassuring, whereas when I enquired with big well known kitchen companies they were unable to do this. Thank you, Cherry Kitchen, for all your help and for creating a kitchen I truly love and enjoy every day :)
Our kitchen wasn't just renovated but transformed by Cherry Kitchens a few months back. Their team listened to our requests and adapted their designs accordingly, were prompt and the work was done well. Any small issues post fitting were responded to politely and someone always came over to sort them out quite quickly. A cost effective and efficient makeover that exceeded our expectations. Based on our experience, I am happy to recommend Cherry Kitchens.
We’ve just had our kitchen refurbished by Louise (and day 2 Harvey joined him). No complaints at all. They were on time, flexible put up with my husband’s questions and even spent time with our dog. The quality of the work was excellent and they cleaned up as they went. I’d have no problems using them again. Good job well done.
We have just had a recent kitchen refurbishment by Cherry February 2025. We were sent a door in the colour and range so we could see how it would look. 3 guys were here for a day and we are thrilled with the result!! They worked hard were very professional as well as respectful of our home, they even cleaned up after!! Thank you for a great job we would highly recommend Cherry 🍒 to anyone 😊
I first contacted the company to request a quotation at the end of November 2024 and managed to schedule an appointment to visit their showroom on December 5th. During my visit, I met Ben and Ross, the owners of the company, who were friendly and took the time to present their products. They assured me that the price list would be sent the same day. However, it was not sent. After making several follow-up calls to chase the quotation, I was informed that the delay was because the person responsible for sending it (Trish) was on holiday. Despite this, no one followed up or sent the price list as promised. This experience wasted both my time driving to the showroom and waiting for a prolonged period without receiving the information I needed. I found this lack of communication and follow-through very disappointing.
Cherry Kitchens installed a makeover for our kitchen following a flood. From start to finish these guys were polite, professional and efficient. The makeover was installed to a faultless standard by Simon. We were so pleased with the work that we recontacted Cherry Kitchens to install a new utility room. Again Simon and Charlie completed the work to a very professional standard and I'd have absolutely no hesitation recommending them for either a makeover or full install. Thank you.
Once I decided to update my kitchen the first port of call was Cherry Kitchens who are nearby. From meeting Ben, then subsequently Dan and finally Josh and Louis who fitted the kitchen it has been so easy. I am delighted with the result and have no hesitation in recommending this family concern who treat their customers with respect and care.
Absolutely superb. Really professional job by Charlie and Simon as well as friendly and helpful throughout. The new doors and cupboards plus the gorgeous worktops transformed my old kitchen. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Cherry kitchens refurbished our old kitchen to a beautiful appearance. Mostly new cupboards except some wall cupboards which were rehung and refreshed. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I would thoroughly recommend them.

My new kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The guys did a brilliant job from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond. Well recommend cherry kitchen, the team of workers were very good at what they did from striping out plastering tiling the floor all electrics and plumbing and finally the beautiful kitchen they installed. A job well done by all. Thank you.
The stars are for the workmen, they were clean helpful and hard working, unfortunately it stopped there, there was a scratch on the worktop and reported it, no answer then the leg came loose on the island which was rectified but the man also took a photo of the worktop and still nobody looked then was rung and told partners wife had just had baby and would be in touch soon but still not been and at least 3 months ago. Communication was very poor led to misunderstanding in installation, smaller than expected drawings not great and still not had receipt would definitely not use this company again

Our kitchen was recently totally replaced by Cherry Kitchens of Brightlingsea and I can only rate them 5 stars! This family owned company run a very tight ship and were professional and efficient from the planning stage right through to the final sign off. Design, electrics, plumbing, carpentry and floor laying all excellent. Superbly project managed so we didn't have any stress. Any small hitches along the way were dealt with swiftly and satisfactorily. So happy we chose a local business over the larger kitchen suppliers out there.
