Harrison and Fletcher Ltd Middlesbrough are widely praised for their high-quality fitted kitchens and bedrooms, alongside reliable design and installation work. Customers frequently highlight Alan's patient guidance through the planning and CAD stages, as well as the tidy, thorough fitting provided by Pete. The overall service is consistently described as professional, helpful, and good value, though one trade client felt unwelcome when dealing with a smaller enquiry.
I couldn’t recommend this Company enough, the quality of the units, the workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service is excellent. There aren’t many Companies that run as smooth as this. We are just in the throws of having one of their kitchens fitted, absolutely stunning! Alan came to look at the extension being built, and the space, and as soon as it was built the units were there on the day required. A totally reliable Company, and professionalism you don’t sadly don’t see anymore, with a lifetime of experience. I also had a facelift on the bedroom wardrobes a month or two back , again the staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful, and the quality white gloss doors look lovely), I’d recommend the whole team and use again anytime, just lovely staff, quality products and amazing at their jobs.
Once booked your time with Alan is well spent. Expert opinion, strong autoCAD skills and an all round nice guy. The quality of the products is excellent.
Class from start to finish
Very professional and courteous
Friendly give good advice
Fantastic service and quality from these guys. Dealt with Alan for the majority who was fantastic and patient with our many queries. Middlesbrough’s best kept secret this place. Much better value for money than the competitors we had quotes from. Pete the kitchen fitter was also fantastic and very patient with my endless questions haha.
Called in today helped by answering some questions pointing us in the right direction
Great service
Had our kitchen designed, made in house & fitted by Harrison & Fletcher. Alan was fantastic as always, he came out measured, designed, suggested alternatives without anything been a problem. When it came to us ordering the material for the kitchen we changed our minds again, but Alan soon got the new colour design over to us. Alan's fitter Peter, was amazing, so quick but thorough at what he dose. Turn around was about 6 weeks but this gave us time to get things sorted, wires moved & things finalized. Would definitely recommend Alan & his team. Thank you guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great customer service and excellent products
Mother in law purchased a kitchen, could not recommend this company enough very professional even one member of the top management came out to check if everything was ok. And helped in the matter of an additional cabinet to be made smaller, we will be purchasing a kitchen from this company in the future, suggest if anyone wants a high end kitchen with the professional attitude buy from these guys.
Fitted bedroom was installed the end of October, very pleased with it. Pete and his team who fitted it did a great job, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
Very disappointed with service and cost. The quality is ok but both me and my customer felt like they didn’t want our custom. Might be different with bigger jobs but I wouldn’t use them to find out after my experience.
