We had an Anglia Factors Kitchen installed two years ago and couldn't be happier with it. Dan and the team were brilliant in making sure the design featured every detail that we asked for and were invaluable when suggesting elements that hadn't occurred to us. Their experience is obvious as they were able to pair practicality with great design and style. The cookery school set up clearly needed different practical features to a domestic kitchen but this didn't phase the team. We had a tight turnaround deadline when installing the kitchen but once the Anglia Factors team were onsite they worked quickly and efficiently. Everything had been planned and prepared so that the install avoided potential problems. Their eye for detail is brilliant and they recognised any snags before we even had to mention them. We have had so many compliments from clients attending classes and many have mentioned how the kitchen is far more user friendly. Two years on and the kitchen still looks fantastic, which considering that we have around a hundred people a month attending classes is brilliant. We would recommend Anglia Factors to anyone looking for a hard wearing, practical kitchen that looks beautiful too!

I would just like to say that Anglian Factors were brilliant from the very first visit to the showroom, to the very end. We decided to visit them because our parents had their kitchen fitted over 30 years ago and it is still and looking so good. The whole team are extremely professional and always on hand with advice/suggestions. Anglia Factors were brilliant from start to finish. During the design process, they provided a huge amount of expertise which helped us maximise the space of our East Dulwich coffee shop. Dan and Jo were guiding lights in helping us bring our vision to life. Even with Anglia Factors being based in Suffolk (and us in London), they were incredibly attentive to all our questions and design requirements. From a project management perspective, everything ran very smoothly. I couldn't recommend Anglia Factors more highly.

We only needed a replacement magic corner cupboard where ours had broken. Despite that being a very small job on the scale of things, we received the same excellent customer service from Jo in the showroom, with some technical knowledge from her colleague who assembled and made the units in the on site factory, he advised on the updated version of our broken unit. The young man that fitted it was super polite. He did the job in quick time, left absolutely no mess and put forth the probable reason our door had broken in the first place. He then proceeded to move the offending door knob for us. The products are not cheap, but they are exceptionally good quality and the customer service is excellent. We have had many jobs done by this company, including Kitchen, breakfast room and 2 bathrooms and we have been very happy with all of them.

Customer service is as poor as you get. Doesn't deliver customer brief. Been waiting around 11 months for a replacement fridge door that was damaged on delivery. Not taking responsibility for scratches on oven door that employee done. Never returns calls. The list goes on. Product is good quality but other factors out way this.

Dan and team are first class, from the designing to the delivery and all that goes on in between. The project management that they offer was key for me and terrific. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and bathroom which included a rebuild as well as refit. Thank you

We knew that Anglia Factors kitchens were good but what we did not know was how excellent they are. The care taken in the design, manufacture and installation of our kitchen was the very best. The workmen were very skilled and nothing was too much trouble. The layout works extremely well and the kitchen is a pleasure to cook and eat in.

We had Dan and his team re-design and fit a new kitchen, bathroom and shower room for us earlier this year. We have been living with the new rooms for 6 months now and love them even more than when they were first finished. Dan's design is extremely clever in maximising the use of the space and meeting the brief we gave him - the kitchen is a genuine pleasure to use and works perfectly for us. The home visit from Gaggenau to teach us how to make the most of the kit was the icing on the cake. Very high quality finish, excellent craftsmanship, and as smooth as any such build could be. Strongly recommended.

We are delighted with our new bespoke Anglia Factors kitchen. It not only looks stunning, but we had input into the details so it works well for us. The design (thanks Dan and Jo) involved moving doors and knocking down bits of wall, so it was not straightforward, but all the installers and workmen were excellent, hard working and polite. Just completed transformation of my kitchen and bathroom. Excellent service from design, manufacture, re- configuration to fitting. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. All the people involved in building work, electrical work, plastering, decorating and fitting have been great and have positive “can do” attitude. Any little snag was dealt with immediately. Good customer service and impressive showroom although unfinished displays and nice to know a bespoke kitchen is made out of good wood! Long lead time but I feel & see the quality is worth the wait compared to other so called bespoke hand made companies . Once extension approved we will be back! After having AF transform our bathroom a few years ago we went with them again to revamp our very tired kitchen and utility room. Again they have done a wonderful job, not only in the design, provision and fitting of the new units but also in much building work that was necessary (new ceilings, plasterwork, plumbing, etc). We are delighted with the result and recommend them wholeheartedly.

We are happy to recommend Anglia Factors as kitchen unit manufacturers, kitchen fitters and project managers for all of the associated work necessary to complete our kitchen. We have been impressed by a number of factors during the process, not least the consultation and changes achieved during the design stage, the quality of materials used by Anglia Factors in the manufacture of the kitchen unit carcasses, and the outstanding effort, competence, compassion, cleanliness and flexibility shown by the kitchen fitters (nothing, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, if anything needed doing twice (and there was very little on our snagging list) it was attended to immediately without comment. We feel qualified to make comparisons with other companies as we have experience of three previous new kitchens (in different houses) thus have no hesitation in recommending Anglia Factors and would use them in the future. An excellent company.

Wow is the first word I will use. Our kitchen was completely redesigned by Dan and his team at Anglia Factors and it is amazing. It has become the room where we spend the most time in our home. When walking into the kitchen after work or first thing in the morning it is still feels like an absolute dream to us. We would most definitely recommend Anglia Factors and will certainly be using them for other projects in our home in the future.

We chose Anglia actors to re-design and refresh our sad, old bedroom and the result was absolutely stunning. There was no fuss and no problems. The workmanship was outstanding, as was the quality of the new fittings. They were always available to answer phone calls and emails. The fitters/electricians/decorators were without exception tidy, courteous and responsive to any queries/concerns. I have only good things to say about Anglia Factors. Its a top operation.

Fabulous service from Dan and his team. Everyone we dealt was friendly, knowledgeable and skilful and did a great job on our kitchen. Highly recommended!

Although initially pleased with bathroom and cloakroom installations they have been very, very slow in responding to a a couple of minor snags which have cropped up since. eg leak to shower screen, cracked grouting.
