Chris is truly amazing, trustworthy, and reliable. He transformed my once unattractive kitchen into a gorgeous space where I now love cooking and enjoying a cup of tea at my new breakfast bar. Before choosing Ikon Kitchen Designs in Purley, I sought several quotes, but I ultimately went with them because they handled every aspect of the renovation, including lighting, flooring, and walls. Whenever problems arose, Chris was always available and easily reachable at the other end of the phone line. A big thank you also to Jackson for showcasing his talent throughout the project. Been looking at Icon Kitchens for some time, visited the premises and also as most of us are rather cautious about investing in our properties these days. I have also attended 2 open days and seen the extent of Chris's work., there's budget kitchens for the developer and very high end work for the discerning customer. My wife is an interior designer and very impressed with the quality of the products particular the granite from Brazil, i particularly liked their solid granite surfaces in the showroom. Chris is very personable and will do what it takes to make your kitchen your " heart of the home." Highly recommended.

We’re going to use one of the larger kitchen suppliers but decided to go with Icon kitchens. They were recommended to us by our fitters, they had a wide selection and could provide us with shaker style units in a gloss finish, which we struggled to find elsewhere. We also hoped to receive a tailored service for what afterall, is a major purchase. I can say with confidence we made the right decision! Chris offers a professional and personalised service. He is courteous and provided us with some creative ideas, whilst respecting our preferences. Chris was always at hand and guided us through the entire process. Once we decided on the design, units and appliances, the units were delivered at the agreed time which was far quicker than the larger companies. All the measurements were accurate and the units, quartz worktops and glass splash-backs were of high quality. We now have a brand new beautifully stylish kitchen, at a comparable price, which the entire family takes pride in! 😀 We highly recommend Icon Kitchens. Thanks again Chris.

I appreciated the prompt and personal service from Chris. The new kitchen looks great, which is testament to everything having been thoroughly specified and checked from the outset. Installation was done by my own builders except for the countertop which was done most efficiently by the Icon team. Overall, very happy with the service and I would recommend it.

From start to finish Chris & Icon Kitchen Designs Ltd have been amazing. They have a great range of cabinet finishes & counter options to handles, sinks & taps. My kitchen was completed by Icon kitchens late last year. I am over the moon with the end result. The whole process was seamless and I love that when I sat down to discuss my options with Chris nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to discuss everything with me so that I was completely happy with the design. I did a lot of research beforehand on some of the other “bigger” companies and talked to friends who have used them previously and the one thing that struck me were the negative reviews on the time it can take to supply the kitchen and if anything is missing from the delivery it can take weeks to replace the missing item and customer service was a nightmare for them. I did it have this experience at Icon and it was a bespoke experience from start to finish. Our new kitchen was for a new extension so as soon as we were ready our kitchen was ordered and with us within 3 weeks. The team at Icon were always at the end of the phone for me with any questions I had which was really reassuring as it’s a massive purchase so nice to feel confident with all the decisions we had made. My kitchen is beautiful and I could not be happier! The other half was happy with the price too!!! 😉

I was looking for a company that would provide a personal service and help take the stress out of having to visit showrooms and being bombarded by salespeople. I was recommended to Icon Kitchens and I am pleased to say they provided all I was looking for and more. Chris helped me to formulate my ideas and gave me great advice on how I could tweak things to make them more efficient or pleasing to the eye. He was very accommodating in meeting my delivery date and was always available when I needed to get in touch with him to make minor requests or changes. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and feel it was money well spent. It's so cosy I spend a lot of my time there ...... and it's not because I enjoy cooking that much!
