John Willies Country Kitchens

After considering a number of other kitchen companies, we discussed our requirements with John Willies County Kitchens. They were able to provide an ideal bespoke solution. From the very first meeting we were impressed by their professional approach. Sam and Joe were always available to talk to and offer advice and support. The attention to detail was demonstrated at all levels of the process, design, and fitting of the units and worktop. It is very clear that the company focus is on providing excellent service to ensure that the customer receives the best possible product and satisfaction. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ten years ago, we bought and fitted a hand built kitchen from John Willies Country Kitchens. We live in Scotland, but this was achievable, by communication, and no visit to the actual shop. We were delighted with the result. The service was impeccable. A few weeks ago, we were delighted to find that the shop was still in business, and we could extend our kitchen, by buying similar units. Again, this was all organised over the Internet - thanks to Sam Crocker. He has been so trustworthy and a great guy to do business with. The standard of workmanship, is second to none, and attention to detail is exceptional. Customer Service is to be applauded in this Company.

From planning to installation a very professional and trouble free process. By having bespoke units made we achieved the desired appearance for the kitchen in our cottage which we could not obtain with a 'ready made' product. The joints and fit were/are excellent and the paint finish was faultless. A good job well done.

From beginning to end the quality of service could not have been higher. We ordered a freestanding larder and on arrival it exceeded our expectations. The paint finish was excellent and the workmanship was great, lovely use of dovetails on the drawers. Every detail is as discussed, spot on. Always a friendly voice at the end of the phone and Samantha kept in great touch with us. We would not hesitate in recommending this company.

The whole experience was stress free and enjoyable from start to finish with John Willies. Nothing too much trouble.

I'm delighted with my larder unit. The staff were very helpful and the workmanship is second to none it was a very smoothe arrangement from beginning to end which took less time than expected. If you want great quality kitchen furniture , at any size then this company is the one to buy from.

From ordering to delivery it was an extremely relaxing and efficient experience. Then there is the actual piece we wanted! This is a large butcher's trolley that needed to be quite a centrepiece in our glamorous kitchen. Though the style is country, the quality, proportions and finish mean that it will look great with almost any style. We had a wide choice of finishes and colours plus the options of castors and a soft close drawer. We were very happy when we were called to let us know that the trolley was ready several week's earlier than expected - another plus. It is a unique piece, weighs a ton and is always given the wow factor when anyone comes in - plus it is actually amazingly practical and I don't know how I managed before it arrived! Would, 100 percent recommend using John Willies for kitchen furniture. And now have to try to think of another space that needs something......

We recently extended out property with an oak-framed kitchen-dining room. Sam and his team at John Willies Country Kitchens designed and installed a beautiful, bespoke kitchen to perfectly complement the oak-frame. Everything from design to service, advice and installation were all of the highest quality and we would 100% recommend John Willies.

From ideas to design and fitting, we had a great experience. The team do everything with such care and a real person touch, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were delighted with the quality of build, joints, finish and solid timber (no MDF). Customer service and delivery excellent. A great job by a nice team.

We recently had a kitchen extension and went for a part-fitted/part freestanding set up. We spent several weeks visiting a few recommended local suppliers of handmade kitchens and the odd national supplier like Fired Earth. The prices were all comparable but for us the quality of craftsmanship in the John Willies units were above and beyond anything else we saw. The guy there, Sam, was excellent - no pressure, patient while we fine-tuned our design, made us feel excited about our project and worked brilliantly with our builder. The care that went into the build of the units is evident as it is in the beautiful paintwork. The fitter was also excellent and completely unfazed by any fitting issues. We love our new kitchen and we would highly recommend J Willies to anyone.

I ordered a larder unit and from start to finish I received excellent personal service. My larder unit arrived and I couldn't have been more pleased with it. It is one of the nicest pieces of furniture I have ever bought and I can't stop admiring it! Thank you 😊

Beautiful kitchen units, made with real care and attention. Sam offered a superb, bespoke service modifying the furniture to suit our needs and offering advice whenever we needed it.
