The wardrobes themselves look nice, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The team’s time management was awful — I was given different fitting dates for over a week, and even on the confirmed day (22nd October), they were meant to arrive at 10am but didn’t show up until 1pm despite me calling twice. They also used leftover skirting board from my wall as shelf supports instead of bringing their own proper materials, which is not what I’d expect from a professional company charging over £3,000 for one wall of wardrobes. We had agreed on a design that included drawers, with the top drawer having compartments for makeup and jewellery. When I pointed out that the compartments were missing, the fitter told me to “just get some from IKEA.” After reminding him this was part of the agreed design, he said he’d return later that evening to sort it out — but he never did. Despite repeated messages from me and my husband, he kept saying he would come back but never showed up, and has now even blocked my husband’s number. While the wardrobes do look nice, the service was unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the high price. They do not stick to their word.

Very good experience with these guys, came on the day bespoke fitting into some tight areas and the jobs looks very well done. Very happy with the new wardrobes and customised really well into the space!

I have had work carried out by TMS Kitchens & Bedrooms team yesterday at my son’s house. I was amazed by the transformation of the house. Work done professionally and on the same day. Teammates came at given time and without wasting time started work. They were very focused and finished work with a very high quality. By looking at work, I was very satisfied and felt house value raised by a good difference. I would recommend very strongly these professionals to everyone to have better quality work.

Bedroom fitted wardrobes where designed, supplied and fitted to an excellent standard. The quality of material, fixtures and fitting details was done accurately and timely. Zubair and his team did alot of work for us. Wardrobes for 4 bedrooms. 2 media walls. Wainscoting/panelling in 2 lounges and stairs and landing. Fitting large mirrors for hall and gym. The quality of the work was superb and the team is efficient and responsive. Would highly recommend.

After having TMS kitchens highly recommended to us we decided to go through with the kitchen renovation. Upon starting of the job Zubair was very informative however he does not run the design through a computer configuration system therefore I was a little apprehensive of the results as he verbally explained my vision however given this I am glad i wasn’t able to see computer design prior to completion as this really helped me appriciate and absorb the process. Zubair & his team had endless samples for us to choose from so we decided the colours of each item from work top, units, profiles right down to plug sockets and spot lights. Zubair would take his time to speak to me and run me through everyday progress aswell as my opinions to make sure my input was present. While on job we faced some unforseen delays with extra work required which added time such a plastering and roofing issues again Zubair reassured us & fixed the issues. We also required a window blocking off additional units & a sink repositioned to other side aswell a new window installation. The reason i chose TMS over any other kitchen company was the quality assurance aswell as the attention to detail Zubair supplied & fitted all kitchen units aswell as cladding & flooring which many companies offer as additional or not at all, Zubair on the other hand offerd all services eliminating the need for external companies and carried out entire renovation with his team I am extremely pleased with the outcome as my vision has come to life the team were amazing I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen. Without hesitation I would recommend their service as 5 star

My family have been using TMS since over 15 years ago. My dad has had wardrobes fitted by the team and now 15 years later when I have purchased a property they were the first ones on my mind! The team provides excellent workmanship and top quality materials. The work they do is elegant and is done very professionally. If you are looking for a high quality look I highly recommend them. I have recently had my media wall and two wardrobes fitted by them and they look fantastic.

Very good abd efficient service

TMS completed a full kitchen renovation for us at our new home from scratch and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! We had a design in mind and used a photo for inspiration but left the rest to them. They did an amazing job with making use of every inch of space we had including small useful storage spaces under the oven and on top of the fridge. We were quoted a lot more by two other businesses who were showing us designs that didn’t make use of any corner spaces yet TMS found ways to open up our kitchen even more! It’s been a couple of months now and everything is holding up really well, the tiling is symmetrical and every finishing touch is immaculate. The way the sink and other edges have been sealed is so neat you can’t even see it, so many people have commented on how clean the work is! All work was done within the time we wanted and the owner was very polite and professional the whole way through. He gave us a sketch to begin with and talked us through the process and suggested changes based on his professional opinion and we’re so glad we went with them because it all turned out even better than originally planned. We also had wardrobes fitted by TMS on a curved wall and it completes the room perfectly while making use of the chimney space which otherwise would have been a pain! Tms kitchens recently completed a large project for us. They travelled to us for the initial consultation and design; they created a plan for our kitchen, utility room and hallway. They sat us with and designed everything from scratch, they came up with creative ideas and advised us on how to make best use of space we had - whilst still giving us lots of options. They were extremely patient with us and gave us plenty of time to decide, the customer service was excellent and they always made themself available to answer queries. Before going to TMs, we met with local designers but found that the service from TMs is unmatched. TMs always went the extra mile to allow us to achieve our dream kitchen. Although they specialise in kitchens, they also advised us on other areas of our house. We would recommend TMS to all those that are looking for personalised, tailored service along with excellent craftsmanship. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. TMS have not only created a space that looks beautiful but is also functional. Everything looks sleek and modern with maximum and practical storage solutions. I have used TMS a few times in the past few years and I must say that the customer service is outstanding. Brother Zubair is very professional and goes above and beyond with his passion of work to make sure that everything is done smoothly from measuring budgeting, designing , delivering and fitting. Work is done with higher standards making sure that flooring is kept tidy once the job is done they clean up both inside the house and the garden outside. I haved used TMS twice for fitted wardrobes over the last few years. The quality of workmanship is of the highest standards. Ingenious ways of fitting in awkward locations. They cleaned up after fitting and even cleaned my garden where they did the assembly. They were very accommodating to all my design demands and delivered within agreed timescales. This business fitted my new kitchen. I had my wardrobe fitted by this business too a few years back and it still is in beautiful condition. Brother Zubair fitted my kitchen perfectly just as I asked. All plumbing, electric, flooring and gas works included in a. very reasonable price. They fitted my kitchen within a good timeframe and still the work was done immaculately. Anytime I needed some extra work doing he was always happy to help. Even after fitting the kitchen he would ring and check everything is in working order. I could not be more happier with my kitchen and it is all thanks to brother Zubair and his workers. Definitely recommend to everyone, his work is magnificent! Thank you once again brother Zubair👍

Where do I start with TMS. I got kitchen fitted through a recommendation of a friend. What a disaster of a choice. What was supposed to take 2 weeks took 3 months. Then once all fitted they said get the laminates in and we will fit your laundry in. Rang on 6 seperate occasions. Made promises and never turned up. Eventually thought let's get it done our self. Went to fit and realised only 1mm space on each side. Pushed laundry in half way and it got stuck. Won't go in or out. Rang TMS said owner in Pakistan when he comes back will call u. Again no calls. So ended up getting another fitter to help us out. Not only was there no space on either side. The units height was also too low. So he had to shave off the units. Also he took off the feet of the washing machine. In the process the new guy scratched the floor. Its been bad experience. Problem now is, if something ever goes wrong how do I pull out the washing machine. Very poor company

Wrapping peels of after fitting within 2week, the guy in shop and fitter offer you the world to wheel you in but after that break their word and try charge you extras alot of cutting corners on fitting, had to pay different builder to fix the mess

Worst customer service ever! They fitted in my kitchen.. it all started peeling off. When I contacted them they kept saying they will call me but never did. I tried again and he promised again. They took my money and that's all they were interested in.

Very very very very bad customer service. The work is good and they have done majority of it however they cut one piece wrong and I have been waiting for them to refit that one piece for months. They were very quick to take the money for the work but very slow is ensuring the work is complete. I have rung continuously and even after saying that they will come down they fail to do so. I have been down numerous times to the showroom and still no luck. The fitter seemed nice and did a good job but as for the rest, not worth using. Stay away from this company. It has come to a point now where drastic measures will need to be taken. After fitting an led strip light, it needed replacing as it wasn't fitted correctly and they are still to sort that out.
