Raffles worked with us to design and fit two bathrooms in our home which have just completed. Raffles were great in helping us plan and choose our designs, taking time to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Bathroom fitter Matt from TMS was outstanding in creating really perfect results with great care and professionalism.

Having decided to change my bath for a shower i went to Raffles and cannot praise the highly enough. Excellent advice and help from Matthew coming to measure, Krystyna’s help in deciding on the panels instead of tiles to David doing the fitting. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I couldn't be happier with my bathroom! Matt and Abigail were very patient and helpful with the design and suggesting the right products. What can I say about Phil; he did it again, he installed my bathroom and cloakroom last year and I didn't think he could surpass that installation. But he excelled himself with the Kitchen. The workmanship was exceptional, and nothing was too much trouble to make the space look so fabulous. I am thrilled with my new shower room! Matt came & did a survey of my bathroom & he and his team designed the shower room and suggested all products for it. Max and Kristina were a great help in finding & fine tuning items that I asked for and Abigail helped sort out final queries & offered support with operational instructions which was & is greatly appreciated! I know I can call on them if I have any problems. Dave fitted everything in my shower room to an extremely high standard and worked really hard. He left everything really clean and tidy at the end of every day too. I was very impressed. He was a pleasure to have working in the house. I purchased my current home in April 2024 and decided to update the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom. I approached 4 different companies and fortunately decided on Raffles. This was a very good decision and was based on their extremely helpful attitude. We have found Abigail absolutely super - her help and advice on design and choices has proved very successful and nothing has been too much trouble. Any change of mind by my wife or I on design or choices was simply met with patience and assistance plus obvious resolution. Also any changes after completion due to us have all been dealt with speedily and efficiently. David carried out all the physical building work with extreme care and was very tidy all the time plus he gave us so much confidence that we were able to leave our home for the time he needed to rebuild the kitchen. We now have a perfect kitchen plus 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom. Many thanks to Abigail, David and Raffles.

Would definitely recommend Raffles and the team. We had 2 bathrooms redecorated and this also involved some structural work. Abigail was highly supportive in the planning stage and then Phil and the team delivered an extremely professional finish. We are very pleased with our new bathrooms

We were very happy with our new bathroom, but only a few months later the shower tray has cracked and is leaking and the bath plug has rusted. I reported the issue and was told they had lots of other customers to serve first. The shower leak is now damaging other parts of the bathroom, and reaching the floor below. It also smells. Considering it cost £17k, I feel the response to my complaint has been incredibly slow. I still don’t know when it will be fixed. I’m sure the problems have stemmed from the poor sole fitter being rushed on the job. They allowed 2 weeks for the fitting, but both weeks had bank holidays and the fitter had a days leave booked, so out of a possible 10 working days, he only worked 7. No wonder it’s faulty and poorly done! I wouldn’t be so upset if they hadn’t completely dismissed by complaint.

Great company to work with, good selection and very reasonable price and easy to work with their installers. Looking forward to our new bathroom.

After trying Blok and Paines & Gray - Abi was hands down the most helpful kitchen designer in the area who was able to give me a quote very quickly and not over sell. I would recommend anyone designing a kitchen to go speak to Abi at Raffles.

Bodgers. Their kitchen fitter is hopeless and made numerous mistakes resulting in a seriously sub standard kitchen.

We’ve just had a lovely en-suite bathroom installed. The whole process was very smooth and a one stop shop from design through to fitting. Philip was very helpful with the design process, happy to answer any questions we had and help us make adjustments along the way and Ivan did a wonderful job with the fitting which is of a great quality. We’ll definitely come back to Raffles when the main bathroom needs doing.

Really pleased with the service. Used Raffles as we used them 15 years ago and bathrooms and toilets haven't aged. Delighted with ensuite. Good quality, fitter was excellent and paid great attention to detail.

We have recently had a new bathroom designed and fitted by Raffles. The experience was very easy from a visit to the showroom to the installation in our home. The bathroom looks fantastic and would not hesitate to recommend Raffles to anyone.

We were so impressed by the service we received and the high standard of workmanship on our new en suite shower room and existing bathroom . Disruption was minimal ,the guys arrived when they said they would , and each evening cleaned up brilliantly . So impressed by the level of experience and decency we encountered at Raffles. We had the misfortune of having to ask James to assess work carried out by another retailer with a view to getting some remedial work done. He was extremely thorough, had a fantastic eye for detail and was a pleasure to deal with at all times. My only regret is that we didn't go to Raffles in the first instance!

This review covers the second project that Raffles have completed. So, after the 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom, it was a building project to enlarge the kitchen, a complete redesign of both the kitchen and utility room. Again James had the perfect design solution and this time it was Phil and Tony who worked endlessly for 6 weeks. The skill factor of both the building project and refit was of the highest standard . The project was completed exactly on time and within the quoted budget. I would recommend Raffles every time.

Carine and James guided me through the design process with good suggestions along the way and responded to queries throughout the process. Ivan was a great fitter and made sure throughout that I was happy with the progress and they all made sure to iron out any minor issues I had prior to finishing the job. Bad experience! Messy, non-communicative, late start & early finish. Over 3 weeks for a 7ftx6ft en-suite. Non-logical design and clearly not used to working in a lived-in property.

We are delighted with our new bathroom! Very high quality finish. Would recommend to anyone. James and his team are very accommodating. Thanks especially to Ivan for such a good job, plus Carine for the original design. We got several quotes from places like Wickes but wanted to go with a smaller, local company. We are glad we did. Price wise they were very similar but we are sure the service here was much much better.

I came to Raffles with a problem of water damage that had been caused to some of my kitchen units. Although James didn’t know me, and had nothing to do with the supply or fitting of my kitchen, he took my problem as if it were his own, giving thought as to how the damage might be rectified and who might best be capable of dealing with it. After consideration he put me in touch with a small firm who were able to do exactly what was required, and to a very high standard. For his time, and for his wealth of knowledge, he asked nothing in return. He is a man of the old school who knows how he would like things to be done, and for my next kitchen, Raffles will be my first call.

Would highly recommend Raffles. James designed a kitchen which makes maximum use of the relatively small space available. Phil and Justin carried out an excellent job of installation, dovetailing all the tasks in such a way as to get a new kitchen in the minimum time possible whilst maintaining an excellent quality of finish. We are very pleased with the end result.

High quality

We used Raffles for our recent house refurbishment and found Matthew to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. Matthew listened to our requirements noting our budget and provided quotes quickly and efficiently. During our build, we had to change a few items we had chosen for our bathrooms due to space - Matthew was quick to research alternatives and arrange items to be swapped over with no fuss. Would certainly use Raffles again in the future.
