Had a problem with radiators not getting hot and boiler making strange noises and cutting out. Called Paul who immediately suggested some ideas to get me going until he could attend. Called at my house 7:30am next morning on his way to his first job of the day to properly asses my situation. Quoted me that evening and managed to fit me in soon afterwards. Carried out the work and showed me the parts / blocked pipe work that was causing the problem. Job done. Very impressed with work ethic and attitude

Called around 5 or 6 plumbers in the Reading area for an emergency after coming home from a holiday to a broken boiler. Paul was the only one who actually advised over the phone fixes we could try ourselves in the meantime (which worked!) until he was able to come round and check. Really great service, absolutely recommend.

I have used Howard Heating & Plumbing services for nearly 8 years. Paul repaired my old boiler in my old home and then serviced it for 4 years (there were no issues after the repair). In my new home home, Paul installed a complete new central heating system, boiler and water tank. He services the boiler every year and there have been no issues over the past 4 years. I should add that Paul has always kept to agreed date/time, carried out the work that was agreed and never charged more than the pre-agreed quote/price.

Paul has serviced my boiler before and always been helpful. This time round I called him because my hot water had stopped working. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and was kind enough to squeeze a visit in the next day where he fixed the problem quickly. He is always on time, knowledgeable and tidy.
