BNA Plumbing & Heating Ltd

Great experience. Paul came to fit a new vertical radiator. He was very friendly and professional. Got on with the job and it looks fantastic. Benn was recommended to me by a friend and I asked him to quote the job. Very reasonably priced compared with others and then delivered an excellent job. Highly recommend the team at BNA.

After noticing my ceiling was damp I contacted Ben as I’d been recommended. I was so impressed with a quick call out and the source of the leak located and fixed. Very professional team and took time to make good and clean up. 10/10 and I will be using again. Thank you

Boiler installation. The planning of the work was very easy, the team came on the day we agreed and arrived on time. They were very respectful and efficient, left the place spotless. Couldn't recommend enough!

Benn’s team plumbed my entire new build house, first and second fix. We had a range of fittings, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and utility. Paul in particular was great to have on site and went above and beyond to make sure details and connections, such as height of taps through walls, and shower fittings, were as we desired. A few months after we moved in we had a couple of small matters that required sorting out. I think the test of a good company is the callback response and in both situations there was someone on site in just a few days (adjustment for shower pressure, and a waste trap that needed a seal sorting out).I would not hesitate to recommend BNA.

I highly recommend Benn and his team. Replaced our very old boiler efficiently. Polite, responsive, tidy and reasonably priced.

Great service, Arrived on time, repaired leak, good price, would use again & would definitely recommend 5 stars 🌟

We had our boiler installed by this company a few years ago, and they did an excellent job. They have also serviced it annually since then. They installed new radiators throughout our house, and the work was beautiful. They are always our first choice for any plumbing or heating needs we have. They are friendly and professional.

Benn was excellent. He provided me with a fast and professional service, and was very thorough in his work. He and his team installed a new boiler and also installed Nest thermostats and fixed my heating. His years of expertise were apparent, and he is a credit to his trade. I'll use him again for sure. Many thanks, Manuel.

I used Benn and the team at BNA Plumbing & Heating to install a new gas boiler. The guys were very professional and left the house clean and tidy when finished. I was really pleased with the price and they gave me a 10 year warranty. Overall a great experience. My friends have used them as well and have had a very positive experience.
