Response was initially very responsive and repaired my water leak quickly. However, with my insurance company insisting on a particular breakdown of costs on their invoice, I have now waited nearly four months to get the revised invoice, despite numerous e mails and calls with Paul & Emma. In the meantime, I have not been able to submit my insurance claim and I am seriously out of pocket. Good work - terrible admin.
Paul was helpful on the phone prior to his visit. It's important to get a fixed quote before work starts. There was an issue with the invoice amount, but Paul resolved this satisfactorily.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Paul and his team at Response Heating and Cooling. They installed a heat pump for us through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, and the entire process was smooth and stress free, especially applying through the gov scheme and receiving £7,500 towards the cost. Paul was professional, knowledgeable and guided us through every step, making sure we understood how everything worked. The installation was done with minimal disruption to our home, and the attention to detail was excellent. Both my wife and I re extremely satisfied with the install. A job well done !
I’d booked for Paul to come and visit for a service, and on both occasions no-one turned up despite having been told they would. There was no follow-up or call to advise of a change in plans. Rather poor customer service.
I called Response heating today morning to look into a boiler issue. They quickly arrived and repaired the boiler. We had a bad night without heating and this was a saving grace. Highly recommend their services.

I was struggling to find a plumber late on a Saturday. I rang a few companies and got no answer. Rang this company got an answer straight away 😃. They came out. Did me a temporary fix and then fixed the job the next week to a high standard. Highly recommend.
