Fantastic service. Steve was able to find the problem with my boiler, ordered a new valve and fixed it. It's an old boiler and I suspect someone less experienced who had not worked on that model before would have given up and told me to get a new boiler. 100% recommended, really happy.

Boiler replacement went really well. Felix coordinated everything. Everyone turned up on time and were really professional in their work and friendly. Felix found water in the oil tank and sorted it's removal.

The service I have received from this company has been excellent from start to finish. From Darren, the owner to Alison in the office to the James, the engineer who installed my new boiler, they were all polite, friendly and efficient. I was not the easiest of customers, changing my mind on things and probably being a bit of a pain but Alison couldn't have been more polite and understanding. I would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends and family!

Fantastic company, would highly recommend! After attempting to repair my old boiler and finding it was actually beyond rescue, Village Heating very quickly organised a visit for a quote and then fitting of a brand new boiler within 10 days. Jamie, their engineer, was great, he worked carefully and respectfully in my home and created the neatest pipework I've ever seen! I couldn't believe how much work he did in one day; the electrician was booked ready for the second day and it was all done in no time at all. The ladies in the office were very easy to talk to as well, they actually told me I had an immersion heater, which was great news when I thought I had no hot water!! A new boiler installation can be a daunting prospect, but the team at Village Heating made it easier than I had expected. Thank you!

VH put up our solar panels. Planning, installation and after care was superb. We can thoroughly recommend VH. They even arranged the scaffolding company who were very professional and quick.

We had an odd problem - hot water getting hotter and hotter, but boiler controls switched to off. We didn't dare switch the heating on, so thought we'd be faced with a very cold week ahead. We called Village Heating on Monday morning & they managed to get someone out to us that day. Felix instantly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part. Excellent service. While he was there, I mentioned another small (but not urgent) issue with a radiator - again, he knew straight away what the fault was & has since been back and fixed it.

First time ‘boiler service’ from VH and was suitably impressed with Felix. He was prompt, extremely professional and knowledgeable; together with being friendly and respectful. A definite 5 star review and would definitely use VH again and recommend.

Excellent work on replacing an old oil fired boiler with an up to date system, done to budget and schedule. Impressive work by Felix, who was on site for all five days, and Craig for one day. Both were a pleasure to have around.

We had an issue with our rather old boiler or timer and made an appointment with Village Heating to come and have a look. Felix arrived on time and did a very thorough job, giving it a good service as he went and ascertaining the problem was a stiff valve. Job done with charm and professionalism. Thank you.

Faultless service. Boiler needed urgent attention. Called mid morning and Felix arrived mid afternoon. Sorted the problem quickly and was very friendly with it. Would strongly recommend.

Amazing service from Village Heating. Boiler went out of action overnight, phoned Village Heating at 8am the next morning and engineer arrived at 10am. Felix was professional, courteous, friendly and really knows his stuff. Turned out I needed a new pump which Felix already had in his van and promptly fitted - boiler and heating back up and running in an hour. Highly recommend.

Village Heating installed an ASHP, Solar PV and batteries for us in the summer and asked if it would be okay for us to be used as part of their yearly MCS inspection. You know you've chosen the right company when the inspector says 'I wish all installers were this good' a great investment and a great company. Well done to all at Village. Top class and outperformed their great reputation.

Village Heating are amazing. Super quick to come out when help is needed. And their engineers really know their stuff. I have used many heating companies over the years but Village Heating are the best by a long distance. Special shout out to Felix who was excellent - calm and knowledgeable - all with a great manner.

Felix has just completed a boiler service for me, he arrived on time, was polite, carried out the service quickly, efficiently and cleanly. What more can I ask, very pleased with Felix and Village Heating Company!

Village Heating sent out Felix who was very polite and helpful. He explained the issue - bad news - new motor!!! However he tried an interim fix & it worked. Will come back on Monday to fix new motor. All very efficient.

I was impressed from the outset. A company that wanted to help me providing very prompt response and professional service.

Don't confuse this company with VHL. The first time I used them, the engineer replaced quite a few things, including the tank filter but just left that in the garden beside the tank. I'm told he no longer works for them, which is just as well since I put off calling them again in case he came. Our engineer was Stephen who was very professional and thoughtful - like taking smelly oil stuff round the house instead of stinking up the place. The only downside I would say is the price of the spare parts. Updating the review after a visit from Felix, I would give five stars for him. Friendly and approachable and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder. :-)

I have been using the Village Heating Company for years to service the oil boiler at our previous property. Last week we had our old oil boiler removed and a new oil boiler installed in a new location. Both the Village Heating team that came and their electrician from Holland & Johnston were excellent and the job carried out to their usual great standard. Thanks!
